On an all-new, all-different episode of The Superhero Show Show, The Taste Buds are finally putting the spotlight on the second season of Stargirl. Summer school is fully in session, and the students are settling into their villain of the season, Shade. Or is he the villain? Cort and the gang decide to do some research to find out what's up with Shade, and what the hell an Eclipso is. Meanwhile, Cindy begins to form the ISA Jr. in earnest, gathering outcasts from all sides of the school. What do the Taste Buds think of the triumvirate of Shade, Eclipso, and Cindy? And is Pat Dugan still their heart? They're glorious, beating heart?

With the rest of the Legends stranded, they come up with a plan to get help by using Rory (Dominic Purcell) as bait that will also help reunite him with something that is special to him.
