When you come together, you're creating one another. That's what prophecy does, it creates one another.
Just getting together. If you're aware, and you know that Christ is within you, our conversation is prophecy. Our conversation is creating.
Because you're just conversing, and speaking the Word, and the Lord kind of comes in, and He's the one that's speaking the word through us. That's the ultimate place we must arrive to is we humble ourselves to the point where we open up, and then He's able to come in and minister through that prophecy to us and to one another. That, I think, is the epitome of what it is we're about now: is just opening ourselves up and recognizing we're the channels through whom He wants to minister through.
Today is the day of salvation. Today is the only day we got to speak this Word, because yesterday, we can't do anything about that, and tomorrow ain't arrived yet. But what we're speaking today is creating tomorrow, and it's not us that are creating it. It's the Lord through us that's creating tomorrow. So as long as we keep the right perspective here, watch out, folks, anything's possible.
We're reaching into that place. It's no longer us, but it's Him, functioning together in a way we've never expected this to ever happen, but it is happening.
What's the one thing you and I have that God cannot cross?
Our will. And that's the one thing He's after. When we take our will, and we reach that point in our walk with Him and say, not my will, but Thine be done, and lay that down before Him, that gives Him full throttle to come in with all authority and all power to work through that particular channel, because He is totally yielded, or she is totally yielded to Him.
I have one simple scripture for you. Paul quoted it. “I must decrease. He must increase.”
I was thinking about authority. As you come closer to the Lord, more of His authority is expressed through you. And I was thinking about the Lord when He was on the earth. The way he expressed Himself, He expressed Himself with authority. There was authority in what He said. He didn't have to prophesy anything. When He expressed Himself, there was authority in it, and it created all the time. To me, that is what we're saying. The unveiling of Christ within us brings forth everything. And we don't have to worry about how to say it, or how to prophesy, because as we become it, we're going to say it, we're going to act it out, we're going to say it, because it's Christ in us, walking it out, speaking it.
It's an outflow. What's going to flow out of me? Because what was imparted to me by Christ? I'm not trying to mechanically walk through my days saying what would Christ do? Or I should prophesy, or I need to wait on the Lord, or I need to pray, or name something, right?
It doesn't matter what it is, because I don't believe it comes from a human level. So why would I attempt to walk with God on a human level? I'm coming and receiving an impartation of Christ with an expectancy of saying: wow! that was an awesome time with the Lord. Now what's going to flow out of me today?
He increases, I decrease. How is He going to express Himself for me since we had this talk? Because we didn't just have a talk; it was Christ imparting to Christ.
