Shownotes

Breast milk is truly a miracle food designed specifically for babies, and in this episode, I delve into the critical reasons why formula should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. Many parents find themselves overwhelmed in grocery aisles filled with various formulas, often marketed as healthy options, but the truth is that most of these products contain harmful ingredients that can negatively impact a child's health. I discuss the implications of using formulas that are laden with corn syrup, vegetable oils, and other synthetic additives that lack the vital nutrients found in mother's milk. Furthermore, I emphasize the importance of understanding the unique composition of human milk, which cannot be replicated in a lab or a plastic tub. By the end, I aim to empower parents with knowledge about healthier alternatives and the potential dangers of choosing commercial formulas for their infants.

Speaker A:

Welcome, healthy moms, to the reality of health.

Speaker A:

Yes.

Speaker A:

We just finished four parts of breast milk, Mother's milk.

Speaker A:

Why it is a miracle food.

Speaker A:

Then I said, probably should do one.

Speaker A:

On why you shouldn't consume formula unless you absolutely have to.

Speaker A:

Which there's really no reason, because I went over in last episode, things that you can do now.

Speaker A:

I'm gonna.

Speaker A:

Yep, I'm gonna have to do it.

Speaker A:

I hate having to do this.

Speaker A:

Because there's people in the world that this is all they can do for many reasons.

Speaker A:

Mostly because the world.

Speaker A:

Yeah, the world has issues.

Speaker A:

For those that are in more control, let's go through this.

Speaker A:

You're standing there in the grocery store or wherever, and you're looking at all these tubs of stuff, and there's marketing all over it.

Speaker A:

You're thinking to yourself, I have no idea what to get.

Speaker A:

What's the right one?

Speaker A:

Because they got all kinds of formulas.

Speaker A:

Matter of fact, a couple of the biggest.

Speaker A:

They've got like, 30 different formulas.

Speaker A:

Why do you need 30?

Speaker A:

Oh, many reasons for that.

Speaker A:

The main one actually is because most of them are so bad.

Speaker A:

Like this one they made causes all these issues in the kids.

Speaker A:

And they're like, oh, we made this one that doesn't cause those issues.

Speaker A:

But then that one, they make another one to say, well, those issues that you get, don't worry, this one won't cause those issues.

Speaker A:

And it just keeps going and going and going all because it's fake food.

Speaker A:

And the ingredients are so bad that when you look at the, like, what they're made out of, you're.

Speaker A:

It's.

Speaker A:

I don't know how to describe it.

Speaker A:

It's like, how can we make literally the cheapest food in the world, give it to the most vulnerable in the world and expect them to be healthy?

Speaker A:

How is that a thing?

Speaker A:

Well, guess what?

Speaker A:

It actually is a thing.

Speaker A:

It's one of the most profitable food items in the store, not to mention for the people making it.

Speaker A:

So first, let's put this into context.

Speaker A:

You're having a hard time making breast milk.

Speaker A:

So then you think, or you just don't want to make.

Speaker A:

You just don't want to nurse.

Speaker A:

You're just like, I can't take this anymore for whatever reason.

Speaker A:

Oh, and by the way, let me just make a quick note here.

Speaker A:

Again, this is not medical advice.

Speaker A:

I'm not your doctor.

Speaker A:

Not telling you what to do.

Speaker A:

I'm just sort of giving you some education.

Speaker A:

So this is for educational purposes.

Speaker A:

Also, this is the last warm night probably of the year.

Speaker A:

I'm in Michigan, as some of you know.

Speaker A:

And right now it's like 70 some odd degrees.

Speaker A:

So my windows are open.

Speaker A:

If you hear goofy things in the background, try not to focus on those a little bit.

Speaker A:

Yeah, and I'm also wearing a white shirt.

Speaker A:

Anyway, the context is I don't want to or I can't breastfeed, therefore I'm going to use a product.

Speaker A:

Well, last episode I showed you what you can use.

Speaker A:

Let's do goat's milk.

Speaker A:

Let's do raw milk.

Speaker A:

Let's add some spirulina to the goat's milk.

Speaker A:

Raw dairy is the best way.

Speaker A:

There's lots of different dairies you can use.

Speaker A:

But if you're to the point where you're thinking, nope, not doing any of that, I'm just gonna buy a tub of something and make milky type food product in a bottle.

Speaker A:

Okay, let me show you why you don't wanna do that and that there's many ways that there's many things that are issues.

Speaker A:

And again, I said it a couple times, the two things, the two beings on the planet, kids and animals, can't tell you how they feel.

Speaker A:

So it's up to us to make sure we do whatever we can to make sure that their tummies don't hurt and their joints don't hurt and they don't have headaches from the food they consume.

Speaker A:

So this is a big problem right here.

Speaker A:

This is an issue.

Speaker A:

All right, let's get into it.

Speaker A:

The constituents in human mother's milk is what's important here.

Speaker A:

So I've said a few times recently in these four episodes of Mother's Milk.

Speaker A:

Mother's milk is a life giving food.

Speaker A:

You cannot recreate it into a powdered substance and putting into a plastic tub.

Speaker A:

That's not possible.

Speaker A:

And even if you tried to do that to this level of what you see on the screen right now, never going to happen.

Speaker A:

What we have is everything from proteins and enzymes and creatine and glucosamine to fats and sugars and vitamins and minerals and all the stuff.

Speaker A:

And guess who created all of these in a bioavailable perfect human form for your own baby?

Speaker A:

You.

Speaker A:

This is like gold.

Speaker A:

It's connected from mom to baby.

Speaker A:

It's biologically how you say it, coded almost for your own child.

Speaker A:

Now you could also say it's just human, like coded for humans.

Speaker A:

Well, yeah.

Speaker A:

So you could help another mom out and help feed their baby, or you could help feed.

Speaker A:

They could help feed your baby or you could help feed theirs because you're human.

Speaker A:

And this is the.

Speaker A:

But there's nuances for your baby only that nobody knows about.

Speaker A:

It's just between your body and their body.

Speaker A:

There's so much more to life than we know.

Speaker A:

And anybody who says it's not scientific and you can't prove it, you don't have to prove it.

Speaker A:

It's a fact.

Speaker A:

You can't get something in a jar that can mimic mother's milk.

Speaker A:

Do all the science you want.

Speaker A:

Not going to happen.

Speaker A:

Let me also state, no way I'm going to get this into one episode and be under like a long time.

Speaker A:

So I'm going to chop this one down a little bit.

Speaker A:

The general concept is there's, it's impossible to make this into something you add water to and feed your baby and expect your baby to be perfectly healthy and everything is great and wonderful.

Speaker A:

There are many more factors to growth than just the nutrition you put into a baby.

Speaker A:

There's outside influences and love frequencies like sound and the sun, water, a lot of things.

Speaker A:

But obviously this mother's milk episodes and now what would be baby formula episodes is about the contents of the milk and how you can't make it in a lab.

Speaker A:

Yeah, let's.

Speaker A:

Let's get into the two most ubiquitous and most sold formulas in the industry.

Speaker A:

This is one of the brands, Enfamil I picked out of the myriad of formulas the sensitive infant formula because it is the most hypocritical and actually pretty much makes my point across the board.

Speaker A:

All right, you've probably seen this.

Speaker A:

Notice.

Speaker A:

Darn it.

Speaker A:

Notice four sensitive tummies.

Speaker A:

Remember that brain building expert recommended dha?

Speaker A:

Okay, well, Enfamil Sensitive is our easy to digest formula specially designed for lactose sensitivity that has brain building omega3dha.

Speaker A:

Global experts recommend easy to digest proteins and has omega3dha.

Speaker A:

Oh, interesting.

Speaker A:

Well, that's pretty awesome until you look at the ingredients.

Speaker A:

What's the first one?

Speaker A:

Oh, that'd be corn syrup solids.

Speaker A:

The last I checked, corn syrup solids are never in mother's milk.

Speaker A:

There is no breast tissue on the planet of any living creature that creates corn syrup solids and gives them to their young.

Speaker A:

Nobody.

Speaker A:

And by the way, those of you who know that ingredient listings, it always starts with the most amount first.

Speaker A:

So corn syrup solids is the most amount followed by vegetable oil.

Speaker A:

Again, I'm curious, is there a breast on the planet or anything that creates mother's milk is the second ingredient that mother's milk is made out of.

Speaker A:

A vegetable oil of any kind whatsoever.

Speaker A:

None.

Speaker A:

Zero.

Speaker A:

Whatsoever.

Speaker A:

So the Choice for their oils is always the same in all the formulas.

Speaker A:

Palm kernel oil, they want to call it something else so that you don't know what it really is.

Speaker A:

Because the media says, oh, palm kernel oil is terrible for you.

Speaker A:

And then some people say, no, palm kernel oil is good for you.

Speaker A:

But palm kernel oil doesn't sound great.

Speaker A:

Sounds like I probably shouldn't eat that.

Speaker A:

So they call it palm olene oil.

Speaker A:

Olean oil.

Speaker A:

Hmm.

Speaker A:

Oh, it sounds better.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Coconut oil.

Speaker A:

Still not in mother's milk, which has MCTs, which irritates the gut for many, many people, including a baby.

Speaker A:

A baby who has a very sensitive gut.

Speaker A:

Remember talking about a sensitive infant.

Speaker A:

Floor formula soy oil.

Speaker A:

So we put in some of the least expensive oils, and then we put in the most, least expensive oil of all time, soybean oil, which is absolutely detrimental to the human body.

Speaker A:

And no one should ever consume it, ever, no matter what.

Speaker A:

Ever.

Speaker A:

So we give it to our babies.

Speaker A:

Yeah, it's called profit margin.

Speaker A:

And of course, who makes this?

Speaker A:

All that would be a pharmaceutical company.

Speaker A:

And then, of course, hy oleic sunflower oil.

Speaker A:

And they have to throw the hyo laic meaning, oh, look, see, it's high in this.

Speaker A:

Good thing.

Speaker A:

No, it's not.

Speaker A:

These are bad for you.

Speaker A:

Vegetable oils and seed oils are bad for you.

Speaker A:

Known fact.

Speaker A:

You can't dispute it.

Speaker A:

And if anybody tries to dispute it, you're just flat out wrong.

Speaker A:

Milk protein isolate.

Speaker A:

So you took the protein out of a milk substance.

Speaker A:

Which milk did you pull it out of?

Speaker A:

First thing?

Speaker A:

What kind of quality was that?

Speaker A:

Milk.

Speaker A:

And you just isolated it.

Speaker A:

Let me ask you, does a breast make an isolated milk protein?

Speaker A:

Nope.

Speaker A:

It's just protein within the entire milk.

Speaker A:

So in a sense, wouldn't it be better just to consume, like, raw dairy that it already has it in there?

Speaker A:

Why would you isolate a protein?

Speaker A:

Anytime you isolate a nutrient, it always becomes very powerful and has consequences.

Speaker A:

Sometimes they're good consequences for a short amount of time.

Speaker A:

Less than 2% of this stuff.

Speaker A:

All right, now I want to show this is where it gets really interesting.

Speaker A:

Obvious.

Speaker A:

I'm going to get to two things here in a second.

Speaker A:

But look at all the vitamins and the minerals.

Speaker A:

They're all the worst forms, by the way.

Speaker A:

They're terrible.

Speaker A:

They're the cheapest garbage stuff that you can buy.

Speaker A:

They are never going to buy the highest quality, top of the batch vitamin E or niacinamide.

Speaker A:

They're buying the lowest grade because you're put in a mix.

Speaker A:

No one's going to know.

Speaker A:

I Know this for a fact.

Speaker A:

I know people who make supplements.

Speaker A:

I've met many people.

Speaker A:

I know inside industry people.

Speaker A:

They are there in the plant, they're like, oh, yeah, some of this stuff is the worst product ever.

Speaker A:

Some companies have the highest quality of whatever nutrient that is because they've got ins with the people who make those things.

Speaker A:

All right, so let's point out the two oils.

Speaker A:

Bortiorella, alpena oil.

Speaker A:

Second one is schizo chytrium sp oil.

Speaker A:

All right, we're going to get into those, don't you worry.

Speaker A:

Corn syrup solids, an easily digestible source of carbohydrates for infants with developing digestive systems.

Speaker A:

Again, if the breast milk does not make corn syrup, then why would you want that in a developing digestive system?

Speaker A:

What would be better?

Speaker A:

Would that be lactose and oligosaccharides?

Speaker A:

Remember lactose and oligosaccharides?

Speaker A:

Yes, much better.

Speaker A:

Plant based oils.

Speaker A:

Let's think about this for a second.

Speaker A:

Is your baby a plant or is it a living being made out of tissues with organ systems and central nervous system and everything else that goes on a digestive system?

Speaker A:

By the way, does it need plant oils?

Speaker A:

No, it doesn't need plant oils.

Speaker A:

If they're bad for you when you're 14 or 44, they're not good for you when you're four days old.

Speaker A:

Oh, boy.

Speaker A:

Anyway, they try and give a source of DHA and ara, which is arachidonic acid with those two oils.

Speaker A:

I'm just going to call them alpena and sp oil.

Speaker A:

Just easier to say.

Speaker A:

Just amazing.

Speaker A:

All right, so we saw that this is a sensitive infant formula.

Speaker A:

Let's move on to Similac.

Speaker A:

Must be better, right?

Speaker A:

Different company.

Speaker A:

2.

Speaker A:

Best selling, by the way.

Speaker A:

All right, let's see what we got here.

Speaker A:

Ingredients.

Speaker A:

We got corn syrup as the very first one.

Speaker A:

Again, so that means this is mostly a corn syrup product.

Speaker A:

Milk protein isolate, hyalic safflower oil.

Speaker A:

That's a seed sugar.

Speaker A:

Okay, this can be really, really difficult for me not to get really sarcastic and very upset about this.

Speaker A:

And if you're not already, like, what?

Speaker A:

Wait a minute, why it.

Speaker A:

Hopefully by the end of this you're going to go, all right, I'm telling everybody, no, no more formula.

Speaker A:

No, no more.

Speaker A:

So in the first five ingredients, you have two sources of sugar.

Speaker A:

How much sugar does a baby need?

Speaker A:

It doesn't need more than what human mother's milk would make, which is, yes, the largest portion.

Speaker A:

But it's easily digestible and it's quick and it changes over time.

Speaker A:

As the milk gets more mature, it gets more fatty.

Speaker A:

You need the fat, which is why they're putting these different fat sources in there.

Speaker A:

The problem is they're the worst and the cheapest garbage that you can buy.

Speaker A:

At least right here they've got human milk oligosaccharides.

Speaker A:

From where and what made them?

Speaker A:

Because I'm going to show you.

Speaker A:

You know, they make things in labs.

Speaker A:

Not everything is made like you would think human milk oligosaccharides would be made by a human.

Speaker A:

Like there's some mom somewhere like, you know, producing milk, and they take that milk and they separate those, those oligosaccharides just to put in your, you know, sensitive baby formula.

Speaker A:

That's not what's happening.

Speaker A:

These are made in a lab to be similar to what you would make as a human.

Speaker A:

And again, we have the SP oil and the Alpina oil and then all the garbage, vitamins and minerals.

Speaker A:

Okay, just another product.

Speaker A:

What do you think that, what do you think the price of this really is?

Speaker A:

You have a 20 ounce tub for $35.

Speaker A:

What was this one again?

Speaker A:

Enfamil.

Speaker A:

Enfamil was $39 for 19.5 ounces.

Speaker A:

Okay, that's 28 cents per fluid ounce.

Speaker A:

And then the Similac, whatever that turns out to be, that's really expensive.

Speaker A:

Do you know how expensive that is?

Speaker A:

The amount of servings in that tiny little tube?

Speaker A:

And they know, they gotcha.

Speaker A:

So they have the worst quality ingredients, the cheapest stuff that they can put in there.

Speaker A:

And then they charge you an arm and a leg for it because they know you have to use it because you're not willing to go buy goat's milk or raw dairy or make your own or find a wet nurse, all that stuff.

Speaker A:

This is highly profitable because it's a pharmaceutical company and they know how to make profit.

Speaker A:

But you think because all the labeling is good and everything, five different probiotics and prebiotics and brain development, digestive health, immune system support, on and on.

Speaker A:

It's not a healthy product.

Speaker A:

And again, it's not real, it's fake.

Speaker A:

It doesn't have anywhere near all of those.

Speaker A:

See all that.

Speaker A:

This is real stuff right here.

Speaker A:

This list is not the same as this list, is it?

Speaker A:

Calm down, Eric.

Speaker A:

You're going to get all worked up.

Speaker A:

Yeah, I'm going to.

Speaker A:

Because the baby can't tell you that they're not feeling well.

Speaker A:

Why don't they feel well?

Speaker A:

They're you.

Speaker A:

After all, they're using a sensitive infant Formula.

Speaker A:

All right.

Speaker A:

What did I tell you was in there?

Speaker A:

Told you that there was the SP oil and the alpena oil.

Speaker A:

Right?

Speaker A:

What's that for?

Speaker A:

DHA and ara, which is arachidonic acid.

Speaker A:

All right, you follow me.

Speaker A:

Ready?

Speaker A:

Here we go.

Speaker A:

From the Cornucopia Institute, which is an organic watchdog group and certifier and all kinds of stuff.

Speaker A:

Wonderful organization.

Speaker A:

Do great, great things.

Speaker A:

Here we go.

Speaker A:

Important information for parents.

Speaker A:

DHA and ARA in infant formula have been linked to severe diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, and gastrointestinal pain in some infants.

Speaker A:

You know, the sum is.

Speaker A:

The sum is a lot.

Speaker A:

And it starts small, and then it ends up being a lot of babies.

Speaker A:

After all, I mean, they had to make a sensitive formula, right?

Speaker A:

Since these additives are relatively new in infant formula, not all pediatricians are aware of their possible side effects.

Speaker A:

If your infant experiences these symptoms, a formula without these additives may relieve all symptoms within 24 hours.

Speaker A:

Please check ingredients lists for formula without alpena oil and SP oil.

Speaker A:

These oils are extracted from fermented fungus and algae with a neurotoxic chemical solvent.

Speaker A:

You heard that?

Speaker A:

And some infants.

Speaker A:

You ready?

Speaker A:

Experience serious adverse reactions to these additives.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Why do you think that they're experiencing symptoms?

Speaker A:

Is it the fermented fungus or the algae?

Speaker A:

Not really.

Speaker A:

It's the fact that they're fermented and extracted utilizing a neurotoxic chemical solvent.

Speaker A:

You see that?

Speaker A:

That's called cheaply making something and not caring about your baby.

Speaker A:

And yet the commercials sound like they care so much.

Speaker A:

Don't worry.

Speaker A:

We got you covered, moms.

Speaker A:

We got DHA in there and ARA in there, and we got all the sensitive formula because your baby has a hard time with normal formula.

Speaker A:

Well, if it's sensitive formula, then why are you putting in something that causes severe diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, and gastrointestinal pain?

Speaker A:

Eric, you understand it's only.

Speaker A:

Some infants could only be, like, 3%.

Speaker A:

What if it's your 3%?

Speaker A:

What if your baby's in there?

Speaker A:

What if it's 3% only from, let's say, week two that the baby is out of the WOMB to week four, and then after that it's 10%, and then after that it's 20%, and then we have 50%.

Speaker A:

And then you keep changing formulas to try and chase these symptoms.

Speaker A:

They've got formula made so that a baby doesn't spit up.

Speaker A:

What?

Speaker A:

You know why they're spitting up?

Speaker A:

Because you're feeding them fake food.

Speaker A:

No baby will spit up raw dairy from any animal.

Speaker A:

Probably any animal.

Speaker A:

Maybe even like the most crazy animal you can think of, but we would never do that anyway.

Speaker A:

So when I say any animal, I'm talking about camel to goat, sheep.

Speaker A:

I mean, you could even.

Speaker A:

I mean, buffalo.

Speaker A:

That's not that bad.

Speaker A:

But like, any of the normal milks you could actually get, it doesn't happen usually when babies will spit up from normal breast milk.

Speaker A:

A lot of that has to do with how they were fed, the angle that they were at.

Speaker A:

Did you not express first, like we talked about last episode, a little bit before you went into the full feeding?

Speaker A:

Because you're getting a lot of water and they get filled up really fast.

Speaker A:

So the concentration of nutrition is lower in the beginning.

Speaker A:

So they just keep drinking and drinking and drinking.

Speaker A:

Instead of, like, let's calm that down.

Speaker A:

Let's get rid of the.

Speaker A:

Let's express the beginning.

Speaker A:

Get rid of all the watery type milk and get into the more thicker, heavier fat milk.

Speaker A:

They won't.

Speaker A:

They won't consume as much.

Speaker A:

They.

Speaker A:

That fat turns off.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Have you ever heard of leptin and ghrelin, those two hormones?

Speaker A:

They dictate how you eat.

Speaker A:

Ghrelin tells you to eat.

Speaker A:

It's a stimulant saying, yep, time to eat.

Speaker A:

Well, then when you get enough fat, then leptin's released and that tells your brain, okay, we're done.

Speaker A:

No more eating.

Speaker A:

You see?

Speaker A:

So if the baby is getting watery, she'll get in protein and water only from the very first beginning of the feeding.

Speaker A:

The brain's not being turned off.

Speaker A:

They'll just keep eating and eating and eating, and then they get really full, and then they can't digest anymore.

Speaker A:

And then you're like, okay.

Speaker A:

And you're like, okay, all right, you're good.

Speaker A:

And all of a sudden, well, that's because they had too much at the beginning of the feeding.

Speaker A:

Okay, now, I pointed this out because you're telling me that you add fake DHA and ARA into an infant formula, into a sensitive infant formula, only to find out it causes the same issues.

Speaker A:

Yeah.

Speaker A:

Yes, that's what we're saying.

Speaker A:

The same issues.

Speaker A:

I'm just.

Speaker A:

You.

Speaker A:

Do you understand why I do this whole podcast?

Speaker A:

The reality of Health?

Speaker A:

It's about the truth.

Speaker A:

And I understand.

Speaker A:

Not everybody knows this stuff.

Speaker A:

They don't have the time to figure this out.

Speaker A:

Eric, you don't understand.

Speaker A:

I'm so.

Speaker A:

I don't have.

Speaker A:

I get it.

Speaker A:

This is why if you have a half an hour to listen to something like this when you're upcoming.

Speaker A:

Mom, you should know.

Speaker A:

You know what?

Speaker A:

I heard this guy on a podcast and he said don't do these type of formulas.

Speaker A:

Well, yeah, because now you see why.

Speaker A:

Very bad.

Speaker A:

Really, really bad.

Speaker A:

So I'm saying be careful what you're buying.

Speaker A:

By the way, this is going to be a multi episode topic because there's no way that I can just make this in a short amount of time.

Speaker A:

Let's go back really quick.

Speaker A:

These are the.

Speaker A:

Let's go to just baby.

Speaker A:

These are Simulac products just for the baby, not even for toddlers.

Speaker A:

Okay, see what we got here.

Speaker A:

Let's just scroll for a second.

Speaker A:

Hmm.

Speaker A:

There are 65 results for Similac products.

Speaker A:

Why do you need 65 different products to feed a baby?

Speaker A:

There's only one that comes out of the breast tissue, am I right?

Speaker A:

We got infant formula.

Speaker A:

Irish farm starts with cows from Ireland.

Speaker A:

If you think that that's a higher quality product.

Speaker A:

No, they ruined the milk that's in there.

Speaker A:

See this?

Speaker A:

Total comfort.

Speaker A:

Oh, interesting.

Speaker A:

Gentle, easy to digest.

Speaker A:

Trust me, I went through all of these.

Speaker A:

They're all the same.

Speaker A:

They are literally all the same.

Speaker A:

Look at this one.

Speaker A:

Infant formula for fussiness and gas due to lactose sensitivity.

Speaker A:

It's okay.

Speaker A:

You see, I just go on and on.

Speaker A:

Advanced brain nourishing, eye health, growth and development.

Speaker A:

Infant formula with iron.

Speaker A:

It's ridiculous.

Speaker A:

Allergies and colic.

Speaker A:

You have to make all these because babies can't digest this stuff.

Speaker A:

Don't worry, I'm going to get into all the ingredients and why they can't digest and why they're bad.

Speaker A:

I didn't want to get super detailed in the breastfeeding episode.

Speaker A:

I didn't want to get super detailed in this.

Speaker A:

But then I thinking, you know what, I don't have to get really detailed.

Speaker A:

I give you a big overview and then you can see like wow, okay, wait a minute.

Speaker A:

There's a lot more information.

Speaker A:

Maybe I should do my own research into this.

Speaker A:

Look at these ingredients, search them because I'm going to show you what these ingredients are like anyway.

Speaker A:

Do not forget this right here.

Speaker A:

By the way.

Speaker A:

Let's just make it really quick.

Speaker A:

So a fermented fungus, that's not a problem with that.

Speaker A:

There's funguses everywhere.

Speaker A:

They produce all kinds of great things for us.

Speaker A:

That's not the big deal.

Speaker A:

The algae, not a problem at all.

Speaker A:

It's the neurotoxic chemical solvent that's the problem.

Speaker A:

Why would you give that to your child?

Speaker A:

They don't clean all that out.

Speaker A:

They can't clean all that out.

Speaker A:

So when you do things like even vegetable oil, like you buy a canola oil or grapeseed oil or any of this garbage in the stores, they use chemical solvents.

Speaker A:

They don't clean those out.

Speaker A:

You're getting those chemical solvents in that supposedly healthy grapeseed oil that you use in your cooking now.

Speaker A:

Okay.

Speaker A:

Let's continue the next episode.

Speaker A:

I promise you, it gets more ridiculous.

Speaker A:

I don't want to hold back.

Speaker A:

Thank you for listening.

Speaker A:

Hope you listen on the next one and then pass this information off to your children who are about to, you know, give birth or they're talking about getting pregnant.

Speaker A:

Most of my listeners are older anyway, so they could send this down to their kids.

Speaker A:

Appreciate everybody listening.

Speaker A:

And let's let's continue this on Thursday.

Speaker A:

Thank you.
