If you look at any magazines or any media, television and especially social media lately, you might have noticed that many people look like they weigh a buck-09, right?
Here's the deal, most of the photos that you're seeing on social media or that we see in magazines have been airbrushed. Most of the movie stars or the celebrities that get a lot of media attention have personal trainers, chefs, access to various weight reducing technologies to deceive you into thinking they are some tiny, toned, flawless type of person.
This is a big, big deal. I've received a slew of messages lately of women comparing themselves to these photos they're seeing on major media platforms. Many women even struggle with eating disorders because they are striving to look like that TV actress or model or girl they saw in a magazine.
Today's episode is all about making a mindset shift, taking care of ourselves, not comparing ourselves to unrealistic expectations, educating ourselves on how to exercise correctly and how to eat to live. Let's dive in.
