What is going on here He needs God's help. And he's like asking God for help. And in my life, I know that God has called me to what I'm doing. In fact, I heard an audible voice telling me, they will come.
He said that to me, they will come. I was in the midst of praying, asking God, what I should do, why I should do what I'm doing. What am I doing Like what like, why am I quitting my job to go do real estate That was my first entrepreneurial journey, right And I was so confused, and I didn't know what to do. So I was asking God, like, who else should I ask Right So when I was asking God, I said, God, what am I supposed to be doing this I'm just gonna give up. This is so dumb. I'm not doing this anymore. This is this is I'm out. God. Okay. This is not working. I tried it. I failing about, he said, they will come.

the Holy Spirit alerted me to Exodus 33. And in the Message translation, it says, Moses said to God, is what I was saying, right Look, you tell me leave this people, but you don't tell me who you're going to send with me. You tell me I know you will. And you are special to me. If I am so special to you. Let me in on your plant. That way, I will continue being special to you. Don't forget this is your people your responsibility. In my mind, he got real sassy with God and was like, Look, dude, if you want me to do this thing for you, then you need to do need to help me. I can't do this on my own. This is your thing. Your people, you helped me out, okay, I'm not doing this on my own. I can't do it. That's how I was feeling. I was feeling like God, if you want me to keep doing this, you gotta send me some people because I can't do this. I physically can do this, but I'm going to be worn out. It is not going to look good. It's going to be not it's gonna be a hot mess. I can't do this by myself.
I can't.
I need I need a handler I need somebody telling me what to do every day. I strong ADHD visionary brain right here. And it's hard for me to just sit down and do the things.
So I was reading this and I was like, Yo, Moses, I feel you bro. Like I feel that in my soul. So when I started reading more,
God was like, Look,
this is verse 14 In the message access 33 God said My presence will go with you. I'll see the Journey to the End.
Moses said if your president says and take the lead here call this trip off right now. He's like, if you're not going to tell me where to go, I'm out bro. How else will it be known that you are with me in this with me and your people Are you traveling with this or not How else will we know that we're special I and your people among all other people on this planet earth.
God said to Moses, all right. Just as you say this, I will also do do for you. Well, you and you are special to me. I know you by name.
So basically God says
no, I will go with you. I will go ahead of you. I will do this. I will do this for you because you are special to me. I do love you. I am with you. I am not leaving you. You are my people.
Sometimes I forget that
sometimes, unintentionally.
With my ADHD brain, I stray away from God. And I think that he's not there with me. And he's not helping me. And he's not showing me the way.
But also, sometimes I forget to listen.
I've been parenting my kids this week, we're going through a transition in our life. And they have not been listening. They've been acting a fool. And I'm like, What is going on And then I thought, I wonder if this is what God
is thinking of me right now Is God thinking of this of me Am I the one that's listening And he's showing me through my children with what I'm doing to him
Is that what's happening here
Because I'm asking him, God, I'm, if I'm special to you show me the way. And he's saying, Yeah, I'm just trying to show you the way. You're not listening. You're not doing what I'm asking you to do. So this morning, I did something scary.
I take that back. It was not scary, I did something uncomfortable, I did something that did not feel great.
And I did it because God told me to, not because I was jazzed about it. I was on jazzed about it. But I did it because God said to you.
And I got to continue doing those things when God tells me to.
Even if I'm not jazzed about doing those things,
I think that's all he really wants is are obedient. And if I am going to be a servant of the Lord, the first thing I need to do is serve Him,
not man or people or other people's feelings, or worry about those things, because I don't control them.
And sometimes I forget that I don't control other people. I only control me, I don't even tell my kids, you know, I'm saying.
So I want you to remember this.
God does have a plan for you. God does want good things for you. God also want your obedience and your listening skills. He will go with you, especially if you put a call on your heart. He will go with you till the end. And he will follow you if you ask Him to show you the way, which I have been asking God to show me the way so God is showing me the way. I just have to listen. When I feel a little poll in my heart that says go this way. And I'm like, is that scary II I don't like the way that feels. Do it anyways, because that's from God.

And then after that, he asked God to show him his glory.
And he does a little bit like, like when in this in this passage, if you don't know this passage,
this is the first time we see that somebody is like seeing God. Like kind of. So God basically says okay, I will show you my glory. I will show you I will show you me. Nobody's ever seen God because basically God says at this point, if you see me you will die. I'm too magnificent and powerful for you to see me it's like looking, touching the sun. Okay, you cannot see me but what I can do is I can hide you in this rock and when you I will put my hand up so that way you will not be blinded and when you see my hand Leave, you will be able to see my glory fleeting
And when I think of this as more like, I don't think of glitter. I just think of glitter. Like it's like, like you can see the Lord and like the remnant of God you can't actually see God's back or God's like the see God. You're gonna see like the glitter shining away from falling down from his presence passing.
Like proof that he was there
I want that. I want to see God's glory. I don't want to die and see God I want to see God's glory. And so
