It’s growing, because people want and need to connect. Being a podcaster or entrepreneur can be isolating, and so being part of a community can make all the difference in your wellbeing and success. Human connection is vital to our life and business. I learned that the hard way (you can hear my story in episode #1 of the Women in Podcasting Show). Trying to do it alone can cause burnout and it’s no fun. But, the good news is you don’t have to go it alone. That’s why I created this community and why I have a passion for fostering collaborative communities where every woman can shine.

Passion for Podcasting

Can you believe… I studied podcasting for 10 years! I finally launched in January of 2020. I took a lot of huge leaps and life-changing action steps during that 10 years – like taking my business from part-time to full-time, founding and then selling a large business network and more – but podcasting was the one thing I kept putting on the back burner. While learning, I met a lot of people and made a lot of connections in the industry. But, even though starting a podcast was a burning desire in my heart for a long time, I kept putting it off. I think we all struggle with that kind of thing at some point or another, where we put things on the back burner that we really have a passion for, something that we really want to do… has you ever experienced that? So that’s why being part of a community is so important. It can help with us with staying on track and being accountable for showing up and shining in our zone of genius.
