Today Lindsey and John dive into the story of Judge Joe Don McGaugh of Carroll County MI, who was recently suspended for a full year without pay. The Commission on Retirement, Removal, and Discipline has alleged 12 counts against him for breaking the judicial code. Do you agree that he should be suspended?
