Use the meditation of being aware of your breath and body in any task at hand. The body and breath are always there for you. Continuously come back to the breath and feeling in the body to be more mindful in your life, on and off the mat.
Journal Prompts:
- Do you consider yourself a good multi tasker? What are the pros and cons of this? From your own perspective or belief system?
- How can you be more present in your day to day activities?
- Where do you run? Or stay more busy to avoid feeling or being with the task at hand?
- Are there certain feelings that you run from or don’t give permission to be here?
- How would being more present in your life positively impact your life?
