The people's perspective - Jo Clark talks about her health and wellbeing
Thank you for listening to my podcast with Jo Clark.
Jo works for the Devon and Cornwall Police in their facilities department. She is an exercise enthusiast and very keen to ensure she stays well so she can get out on her bike and zip around the Devon lanes.
We talk about how she stays well and the things that are important to her health and how she has learned to manage her mental health through working at home during the Covid crisis.
I hope you enjoy listening to this podcast. If you know of anyone who might like to come on and talk about what health and wellness means to them, do get in touch with me. My email is below.
Thanks you Jo for your time and for sharing your story with me.
bounce soft, feel good with bellicon®
I am so pleased to announce my affiliation with bellicon® There are many things I like about this company but for starters, the rebounder trampolines are fully customisable. They have four different designs that can be personalised to suit your needs.
We know exercising is another important part of our wellbeing so first of all I would encourage you to just get out and get moving and if you feel so inclined to learn more about rebounding, get in touch with me. I would be delighted to talk about the health benefits.
