Speaker:

Hi, Jim Carella here, aka Jimbo Pickleball.

Speaker:

Last tip we talked about dinking and why we dink.

Speaker:

This tip is gonna be on where we dink.

Speaker:

So when dinking straight ahead directly to your opponent,

Speaker:

it's only 14 feet.

Speaker:

Make sure your dinks are low and precise.

Speaker:

Dinking in the middle creates more confusion.

Speaker:

That's about 20 feet.

Speaker:

And when you go on the diagonal,

Speaker:

you can create as much as 24 feet

Speaker:

between you and your opponent.

Speaker:

It gives you the most opportunity to hit it harder and higher.

Speaker:

It also opens up the court.

Speaker:

Remember, try to dink with a purpose.

Speaker:

Each dink is a good one, but it serves a purpose.

Speaker:

Hopefully this helps and happy pick a link.

Speaker:
