Our paths have nearly crossed several times; he was a training manager at TAC in the early 1990s! Richard started a tour guiding business and thrived until COVID shut it down. He is giving back by helping others and is embarking on a philanthropic endeavor: a facility to provide meals for latchkey children in his neighborhood.
