It is posited that the zodiac signs, particularly the sun, moon, and rising signs, significantly influence compatibility and relational behaviors. The speakers highlight the necessity of self-awareness and understanding of one's astrological chart to navigate relationships effectively. They contend that relationships can elicit both the best and worst in individuals, emphasizing the importance of recognizing one's emotional triggers and vulnerabilities, which are often reflected in their astrological placements. The conversation further explores the nuances of synastry, the study of how two individuals' charts interact, and the implications these interactions have on relationship dynamics. You think it can't be slanted?
Speaker A:You think it just be planning?
Speaker A:It's about explode collateral damage.
Speaker A:I managed to maintain to explain we here to evolve.
Speaker A:But the damn thing changed.
Speaker A:Thank you for joining us for episode 49, relationships in astrology.
Speaker A:How you doing, Walter?
Speaker B:Pretty good.
Speaker B:How are you?
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:D may join us a little later on.
Speaker A:She has the previous engagement.
Speaker A:Today we have a returning special guest astrologer Barbara B.
Speaker A:You guys may remember her from the Uranus episode.
Speaker A:How you doing today, Barbara?
Speaker A:How's Uranus?
Speaker A:How's Uranus treating?
Speaker C:Much better.
Speaker C:Yeah, Much better now is in opposition to my son, but it's applying to my moon soon.
Speaker C:Yeah, I got a little bit of a reprieve.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:Wow, y', all.
Speaker A:We got some high level astrology talking.
Speaker A:What you know about that?
Speaker A:Walter, did you understand what she just said?
Speaker B:Yeah, yeah, I. I was just trying to.
Speaker B:You're a Scorpio son.
Speaker C:No, I'm actually wasn't in opposition.
Speaker C:I. I misstated it was.
Speaker C:It was conjunct my son.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:Sorry about that.
Speaker B:Okay, okay, okay.
Speaker B:I was like, wait.
Speaker B:I think the last time I remember she was in Aries, if I'm not mistaken.
Speaker C:Sorry about that.
Speaker C:It was.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker C:And now it's applying.
Speaker C:I have a Scorpio moon, but it's applying to an opposition to my Scorpio moon.
Speaker B:Hey, listen, it's.
Speaker B:It's an opposition to my Pluto.
Speaker B:So I kind of understand what you're going through.
Speaker C:And I was thinking, I was thinking because I have Uranus in my.
Speaker C:In my ninth house in library.
Speaker C:So I was thinking about it there in opposition because naturally it's at.
Speaker C:It's separating, but it's 26.
Speaker C:It's like 26 degrees.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:So you have a.
Speaker B:A natal Sun, Uranus opposition.
Speaker B:Okay, that's interesting.
Speaker B:So people come into your life kind of like.
Speaker A:Well, well, it's interesting that you.
Speaker A:That you said, hey, people come into her life because in all actuality, this is what this topic is about.
Speaker A:Relationships and relate.
Speaker A:What is relationships, Walter?
Speaker A:People coming and going in and out of your life.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:Relating to others.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Relationships can bring out the best in people and it also can bring out the worst in people.
Speaker A:Straight beast mode.
Speaker A:People fear intimacy.
Speaker A:Would you.
Speaker A:Would you say that, Would you agree with that statement or disagree with that statement?
Speaker C:I would say it depends.
Speaker C:Maybe for the majority, but it really depends on the natal placements, to be honest with you.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:So when it comes to relationships in the.
Speaker A:Well, I just want everybody to know this.
Speaker A:When it comes to doing readings and stuff the relationships is in the top three questions asked to astrologers.
Speaker A:Always.
Speaker B:I would say, I would, I would say top one.
Speaker A:You think that would be the first one?
Speaker B:Yeah, because I mean, at least for me, I've always, I've always received people that one of their first questions is, so what am I compatible with?
Speaker C:I get that too.
Speaker A:Well, just for the record, what do you think this two and three would be then?
Speaker C:Just about themselves.
Speaker C:People like to hear about themselves.
Speaker C:When you look at their chart, they want to see if you can get them right.
Speaker C:Because there are a lot of people who are like, are sometimes are in disbelief that about astrology you may think that's a lot of, you know, mumbo jumbo until you start saying things about them that you never told them before.
Speaker A:The other one for me would be career and money.
Speaker C:Yes, would agree.
Speaker A:All right, quick question, Barbara.
Speaker A:When it comes to, if somebody comes to you and asks you about relationship, what's your go to?
Speaker C:Well, I first ask them what kind of relationship is it?
Speaker C:Is it someone you're dating or is it a marriage or a long term relationship?
Speaker C:And long term?
Speaker C:I would say maybe.
Speaker C:I want to say two, but I'm gonna say three or years or longer long term.
Speaker A:Oh, you break it up like that.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:Wait, three, three years is long term?
Speaker C:Well, that's really kind of, that's, it's a, it's, that's a good little while to be dating, to be in someone's life, you know, but, but to be honest, yet I would say if it depends on the relationship, if you're not married, that's fifth house.
Speaker C:If you're married, that's seventh house.
Speaker C:But sometimes some people show up as seventh house because they've been in relationship for so long that they start just, at least in my, my experience, maybe showing up as like seven health characteristics.
Speaker A:What do you think about sunshine compatibility?
Speaker C:I think sun sign to sun sign, just in terms of synastry at a high level.
Speaker C:I would say sunshine to sunshine, sun sign to moon sign, rising sign to sun sign, rising sign to moon sign, and vice versa, like, and then sun, moon and rising aspects to like the north node and Saturn.
Speaker B:I have so many questions now, but I want, I want you to finish.
Speaker B:Paul?
Speaker A:Yeah, I was about to say.
Speaker A:Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Speaker A:Everything you just said, you take in, into consideration when talking about a relationship.
Speaker C:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker C:I mean, I look at Venus and Mars too, but that's just like, you know, Venus for a woman or just in a person's, you know, perspective, it's like Venus is how you love and also.
Speaker C:And then also depending if it's like same sex.
Speaker C:So if it's same sex, then I.
Speaker C:Then that matters too.
Speaker C:Just in terms of the characteristics or qualities of the person that you're attracted to.
Speaker C:I look at your Mars and Venus.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:What, what do you think about Venus contacts with the Ascendant?
Speaker C:I like that.
Speaker C:I think that.
Speaker C:I think just for long term, you know, I wouldn't look at it in a kind of like a fling.
Speaker C:I wouldn't even call it a flame.
Speaker C:But I wouldn't, I wouldn't necessarily think that it was a major like contact, you know.
Speaker C:But it's a good thing because I think that someone's Venus hits someone's Ascendant, then it depends on it could go either way.
Speaker C:So they could find that person really, really beautiful or just they just want to experience the good things with them, you know, so they could just adore that person or vice versa.
Speaker A:Would you say that would switch depending on the sign that so on that.
Speaker C:Probably.
Speaker C:Obviously there's, there's variables to everything.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:Because the condition of the Venus is important.
Speaker C:You know, if the Venus is at home in its home sign.
Speaker C:If it has.
Speaker C:Or it's a fallen detriment or if it has difficult aspects.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker C:To another planet deep in it.
Speaker A:So it could be okay.
Speaker A:I was about to paint this out.
Speaker A:What if that Venus is in Virgo on the ascendant?
Speaker C:Again, it just again, Venus is not like my top go to.
Speaker C:So if you're so I would look at that again for Venus for a man.
Speaker C:If a man's Venus and was in Virgo, I would say and they, you know, interested in women.
Speaker C:I would just say that you're looking for someone's earthy, probably very self directed because it's in the first.
Speaker C:First house.
Speaker C:It's Aries.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:That's typically the Aries house.
Speaker C:So I would think that they're.
Speaker C:They're interested in a person who has somewhat of an Aries characteristic.
Speaker C:Someone who is.
Speaker C:Who likes to serve or maybe has healthy.
Speaker C:A healthy type of lifestyle.
Speaker C:Very natural.
Speaker C:I would just look and think about those qualities and characteristics just in terms of what they may or may not be interested in.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:Now my next question is your response to a man with Venus and Virgo in the first house would be different to a woman with Venus and Virgo in the first house.
Speaker C:I would look at a woman's Venus as how she loves or likes to be loved or gives love.
Speaker C:But if she were interested in A woman, then I would say then it would be someone much like her.
Speaker C:Because if she was a Virgo rising then.
Speaker C:And it depends on.
Speaker C:So yeah, because that would be a Virgo rising.
Speaker C:That would be the seventh house.
Speaker C:Seventh house would be Pisces and then so Venus rules the second house and then it's going to reverse Taurus going to be.
Speaker C:Taurus is going to be in the ninth.
Speaker A:Yes.
Speaker C:Yeah, I would think that that would be, it would describe the ways I look, I look at the houses in which Venus rules as to also kind of give more information about how the person loves or chooses to be loved or if it's, if it's a woman who is.
Speaker C:Let's just do, you know, non same sex.
Speaker C:You know, just sex.
Speaker C:I would just look at it that that's how she loves and gives love.
Speaker C:And, and then the, and then the houses that Venus rules would color would add more color to that to me.
Speaker C:And also it also for me, when it's on Venus is on the Ascendant or any planet, it is on the Ascendant, I also think about how the person looks.
Speaker C:So I think it would impact the person's looks, you know, too, because it's the first house and the first house represents the self.
Speaker B:No, I'm, I'm taking in what you're saying.
Speaker B:The reason why I asked the Venus contact question is because I recently have.
Speaker B:I, I've seen that it's a, it's a, it's a, it's a very, you know, exact degree contact to the ascendant with Venus and then, and then a slight almost exact contact Venus, the Ascendant and the north node.
Speaker C:So the north node is there.
Speaker B:Yeah, yeah, the north, the north node is in.
Speaker B:It's a trine.
Speaker B:So the north node is in contact to the Ascendant off by one degree.
Speaker B:But.
Speaker B:And then, and then the north node is in contact to Venus off by one degree.
Speaker B:But then Venus and the Ascendant are, are exactly.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:Wow.
Speaker C:And so Venus do you.
Speaker C:For this, these, this particular.
Speaker C:Is it a person or is it someone.
Speaker B:For these, for this particular, for these two particular charts, it's Venus is in Leo right at the 29th degree.
Speaker B:And, and it's trining an ascendant at the, at the 29th degree.
Speaker C:So both people have Venus in Leo.
Speaker B:No, no, no, no, no, no.
Speaker B:The other person has Venus somewhere else.
Speaker B:But.
Speaker B:But one person's Venus is, is trining the other person's Ascendant.
Speaker B:And then that same.
Speaker B:The, the Venus person's north node is Also trining the other person's ascendant.
Speaker C:Well, that's definitely a harmonious, you know, for sure.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:Because it's making aspects to the north node and then both, and then both.
Speaker B:People have the same moon sign off by like maybe four degrees.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:So for me I would give more weight to this industry to the north node and the moon signs versus the Venus.
Speaker C:But you asked about the Venus.
Speaker C:So now it, now that has greater information.
Speaker C:Yeah, makes sense.
Speaker C:While there's an attraction or why they're, they're connected.
Speaker A:I have a question.
Speaker A:Do you look at.
Speaker A:What which one do you look at?
Speaker A:The most sinister.
Speaker A:Do you look at composite charts?
Speaker C:Not, no, I, you know, I took a class in that and I, I've done it for myself from like, for my ex husband and a person that I was seeing.
Speaker C:And I've also looked at like meeting charts too.
Speaker C:But no, I don't really look at composites charts unless it's like a long term relationship.
Speaker C:For me, composite charts are more valuable for long term relationships because it's like you're, you're joined together.
Speaker C:Now we, how do we blend together?
Speaker C:I mean you obviously you can do a composite chart with any two people.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:It doesn't necessarily mean that they have to be in long term relationship, but that's sort of how I was trained.
Speaker C:So I only look at it in that way.
Speaker A:And that would be three or more years.
Speaker C:Yeah, I want to say longer, but I was really being generous.
Speaker B:I like the composite charts, but what.
Speaker A:Would you, what if you was wanted to say longer?
Speaker A:What would be that number?
Speaker C:I'm thinking in terms of Saturn.
Speaker C:Saturn sevens and Saturn are, are important.
Speaker C:So a seven year relationship.
Speaker C:Long term.
Speaker A:Says the Aquarius.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker B:Saturn itch right there.
Speaker C:I'm gonna, I'm a Saturn Saturnian person.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:Yeah, because that's why I said Saturn too in terms of synastry or just looking at relationship points because Saturn wants to lock things down.
Speaker B:So you know, let me tell you something.
Speaker B:The relationships with Saturn squares, they're mighty interesting.
Speaker B:Look at your face, man.
Speaker C:I have, I have some synastry with some.
Speaker C:I have a person, my person has moon in Pisces with Saturn in Pisces as well.
Speaker C:Moon and Saturn.
Speaker B:Oh, Moon and Saturn.
Speaker C:And I have a Saturn Gemini.
Speaker C:So we have Moon Saturn moon contacts and also my north node, their son is in Gemini.
Speaker C:And so I have a, I mean I have a south node in.
Speaker C:In Gemini.
Speaker C:So the nodes contacts.
Speaker B:Oh wow.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:I have a question for you.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker A:What's your stance on Twin flames?
Speaker C:That's a good question.
Speaker C:I, I think, I think just in terms of like, I'm gonna be nice.
Speaker C:So I think that we all, I think we all have soul.
Speaker C:I think we have soul contracts.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker A:Well, okay, there's a dip.
Speaker A:So there's a difference between soul contract, twin flame and a soulmate?
Speaker C:Well, you know, it depends on what the definition you're using for like a twin flame soulmate.
Speaker C:But I just, I'm just asking yours.
Speaker A:I'm going, I'm rolling with yours.
Speaker C:So for me broadly, I would just say that we have soul contracts with people and some of us were meant to be, you know, in long term relationships and then some of some people are just meant to come in for.
Speaker C:To be cliche, a reason and a season, you know, and then they leave and.
Speaker C:But it's the, the whole point of it is to advance our soul.
Speaker C:Our, you know, I think we, we reincarnate and with each incarnation we're here to just grow our.
Speaker C:Grow and advance our soul until we don't incarnate anymore.
Speaker C:That's just my belief.
Speaker A:So yes and no on twin flame.
Speaker C:I mean, I don't believe in twin flames.
Speaker C:You're just gonna press me on it?
Speaker C:I mean, I think that of course he's a Virgo.
Speaker B:He needs that technicality.
Speaker B:Coming up.
Speaker C:I just think that we have soul contracts with each other.
Speaker C:You know, we, we travel in, in soul pairs.
Speaker C:I think, you know, in a.
Speaker C:In past lives, we've all the three of us have been something to one another.
Speaker C:Some form of fashion.
Speaker B:I could go with that.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Tangentially, there's a book that I read that has had a huge impact on that perspective is Many Lives, Many masters.
Speaker B:By, by Dr. Brian Wise.
Speaker B:I love that book.
Speaker B:A great, great book.
Speaker C:Yes, yes.
Speaker B:And, and, and, and there's a follow up, Is Real.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Only Love is Real.
Speaker C:Or, or there was another one that I had that I had that didn't have that title, but so he must have more than two books.
Speaker B:I recommend Only Love is Real.
Speaker B:You'll like it.
Speaker A:Okay.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:I have to get it on audio.
Speaker A:I do have down here that each relationship brings you.
Speaker A:Brings a different experience out of yourself.
Speaker C:Absolutely, absolutely.
Speaker C:Some to.
Speaker C:You know what, it's all, it's all about perspective because you can look at things as good or bad, but it's all to grow us.
Speaker C:And whether we like it or not, you know, there's a lot of times we have to just get uncomfortable with being uncomfortable and being uncomfortable, which is like those squares and oppositions those, you know, they're there for a purpose.
Speaker C:You know, obviously the oppositions, we have to strike a balance between them.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And then the squares, it's just like those.
Speaker C:Those squares.
Speaker C:Oh my gosh.
Speaker B:You know, I agree exactly with what you're saying because I have actually often found myself in relationships or have had people around me where there's a lot of oppositions and squares and.
Speaker B:And this isn't in any sort of relationship.
Speaker B:I mean, Paul and I have a lot of oppositions.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:But you know, we're not in an intimate relationship.
Speaker B:But in the intimate relationships, I think it takes a little bit of extra effort from both parties to really want to be uncomfortable in the.
Speaker B:Uncomfortable Uncomfortability.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:You have to push through it, push past it.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:And it always feels.
Speaker C:A lot of times just feels tense or it.
Speaker C:I think it pushes you to advance, to figure out like, to really kind of go deep, like what is going on here.
Speaker A:Yeah, I actually have down here some of our highest highs have been connected to some relationships as well as our lowest lows, but we keep coming back for more.
Speaker A:Why?
Speaker C:Because we are spirits living.
Speaker C:Living a physical experience.
Speaker C:So that's sort of the point until we.
Speaker C:Until we, you know, crash and burn, die basically leave our skin and return back to our original form.
Speaker C:That's the whole point.
Speaker C:You know, it's like getting up and trying again.
Speaker C:Getting up and trying again.
Speaker C:Getting up and trying.
Speaker C:And a lot of times, you know, I had felt.
Speaker C:I felt like.
Speaker C:Like right now I feel like I don't know if I would want to get married again.
Speaker C:But that's just today.
Speaker C:I could.
Speaker C:I could change that.
Speaker C:That perspective.
Speaker C:Tomorrow.
Speaker C:It could be something just, you know, because I'm also partly Uranian.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:And so the thing is, is I say that fall because obviously we know, because we're astrologers, that we have our birth chart, right.
Speaker C:And our birth chart is the main story line.
Speaker C:And then the transits are like the sub tones, the sub topics and the.
Speaker C:The stories that happen in.
Speaker C:In between and.
Speaker C:And then all the.
Speaker C:The regressions and all that stuff.
Speaker C:Those are all like little sub stories and.
Speaker C:And those things can those sub stories or.
Speaker C:I'm trying to think.
Speaker C:I'm trying to relate it to like a movie.
Speaker B:Chapters.
Speaker C:Chapters or scenes.
Speaker C:Scenes, yeah.
Speaker C:You know, there's other characters and scenes and so there's layers to a movie.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And all of those sort of add perspective to the life of the individual, to the.
Speaker C:To the default program code that would.
Speaker C:That is the natal chart.
Speaker C:And huh.
Speaker A:Go ahead, go ahead, finish.
Speaker A:Go ahead.
Speaker C:Oh, no, actually, that is it.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:Oh, you know, because I, I was gonna say, actually this question.
Speaker A:How many relationships end because they're having too much fun?
Speaker B:How many relationships end because they're having too much fun?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:Ask you that.
Speaker C:What do you think?
Speaker C:I, I, I've never thought that I would never thought to write.
Speaker C:I mean, I see.
Speaker C:It was a trick question.
Speaker A:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker A:Well, I mean, you know, none.
Speaker A:But here's the follow up question.
Speaker A:How many relationships end because of unrealistic expectations?
Speaker C:I think that's a key contributor to a lot of relationships.
Speaker C:Endings.
Speaker C:Relationship endings.
Speaker C:I, I think I don't, I wouldn't have the, I don't have the data, but you know, when you hear about two people, you know, our friends, you know, we all have people.
Speaker C:I've had people talk about their relationships to us or, you know, family members or whatever the case may be.
Speaker C:And you know, and I think that there's always, that's always like, well, not always, but it can be a key contributor to it.
Speaker C:Outside of this like unfaithfulness, you know, or money.
Speaker C:So them.
Speaker A:Have you, you know, sometimes in reading, have you ever heard have somebody say this?
Speaker A:You, you, you like delineating a chart and you tell them what it means and their response is, well, doesn't, doesn't everybody?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:And, and anyone ever said that to you?
Speaker C:Yes, and I, I think I kind of touched on that in the, in the beginning of how, you know, when you say, when you guys ask about like questions people ask you, you know, about their natal chart and then you start, and people want to hear about themselves because they want to see, because they maybe are disbelievers.
Speaker C:But, but yeah, I've heard that too.
Speaker C:They, they say though that's just general.
Speaker C:You know, that's just general.
Speaker C:And some of it may be true, but it may be more applicable to the person that you're describing because of the placements that they have.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:And that has happened to me.
Speaker A:Like, like for instance, let's just say, hey, you, you have a, you have.
Speaker A:I'm talking to a female and I said something about, you know, she has an attraction to, might have an attraction to guys that have money and stuff like that.
Speaker A:And her response was, it never.
Speaker A:I feel that's every female.
Speaker A:And I was like, no, no, just that person.
Speaker C:You know, when I hear generalizations like that and I try, I try to catch myself if or when I'm, you know, being general in that way, it tells me that that person May they need.
Speaker C:They need more experience, more with other things.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:Hey, in my response to that person always is, whatever thought that you have that you think, doesn't everybody?
Speaker A:You need to go ask a whole bunch of people that question.
Speaker C:That's a good point.
Speaker C:That's a.
Speaker C:That was a good response.
Speaker A:You know, you.
Speaker A:You will quickly find out no in there.
Speaker A:Like, one time I asked someone with the moon and the 12th, you know, if emotional outburst at times leads to their self undoing.
Speaker A:And they said, no.
Speaker A:Well, I feel that's everybody.
Speaker A:And I was like, no, that's not everybody.
Speaker C:You know, and it's funny you asked that question.
Speaker C:My mind just went to.
Speaker C:That would be someone who hides their emotions.
Speaker C:12th house.
Speaker A:Hey, that.
Speaker A:That look in a relationship, if you're hiding your emotions, what's that mean?
Speaker C:Yeah, you can't be.
Speaker C:Yeah, you're undoing it, but you can't.
Speaker C:I don't think it's good to be in a relationship where you're not emotionally vulnerable.
Speaker C:You know, just to go back to the.
Speaker A:Wait, why.
Speaker A:Why you need to be in a relationship that you're emotionally vulnerable?
Speaker C:Well, I feel like there's a reason.
Speaker B:There's a.
Speaker C:There's a picture that you have in your mind.
Speaker C:So let me just say this, describe it in this way.
Speaker C:I think emotionally available and vulnerable.
Speaker C:To be able to be able to.
Speaker C:Because your person, you should.
Speaker C:I think you should be able to expose yourself to your person.
Speaker C:You should be your person.
Speaker C:There should be safety and being able to expose yourself to your person.
Speaker C:And if you can't, then that can lead to repressed or suppressed, like, things.
Speaker C:You can bottle things up and that can.
Speaker C:That's when the whole emotional outburst or just something just, you know, seems like out of nowhere comes and the relationship dissolves.
Speaker C:So I think it's important to be.
Speaker C:To have that in relationships.
Speaker B:I agree.
Speaker A:Do you.
Speaker A:Do you think people should want a soulmate relationship?
Speaker C:I think that.
Speaker C:So from my personal perspective, I listen to.
Speaker C:Are you both familiar with Abraham Hicks?
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:So I listen to a lot of Abraham Hicks, and she.
Speaker C:So she kind of helped give me that.
Speaker C:That this perspective.
Speaker C:A lot of times in life, we, based on our experiences, we learn what we don't want.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And that does lead to what we do want.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:Gosh, I forgot your question.
Speaker A:Like, I was going, should people really want a soulmate relationship?
Speaker C:Okay, so.
Speaker C:So essentially, I think that based on all, like all of my past relationships, I've learned things that I didn't want and learned things that I loved and liked and also maybe have even thought about things that may have been missing.
Speaker C:And so I've literally scripted.
Speaker C:There was one particular recording that I heard of hers, and someone asked about relationships.
Speaker C:And so she inspired the person.
Speaker C:And I then got inspired.
Speaker C:She inspired the person to just write out how the person, what the person wanted in relationships or interest in life and called it my life relative to abundance and to really just tap into the feeling of what you really wanted.
Speaker C:And I was just started being very descriptive and was writing it out, and it brought me joy.
Speaker C:So I think, I think the person, I think we should be keyed in on what we don't want.
Speaker C:And because having a soulmate relationship is a very broad statement, I think you have to be very deliberate and intentional and specific about what it is that you want.
Speaker C:And it's not saying, you know, people being picky or whatever, but like, one of the things is like, being supportive of one one another's, you know, ideas and perspectives.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And supporting each other through that.
Speaker C:Having a home that's filled with joy and laughter or just, you know, continuity, you know, just ease, you know, being descriptive, you can be even more descriptive than that.
Speaker A:But I'm glad you, I'm glad you use that adjective, ease.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Because I, I, I'm tell you what, I got down here for soul mate, too.
Speaker A:What?
Speaker A:Unless Walter, you want to say your opinion also make you think relationship.
Speaker B:I think every relationship is a soma relationship.
Speaker B:I think every, I think even, even.
Speaker A:That person that checked me out at the grocery store.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:Yeah, keep going.
Speaker B:No, I, I think, I think ultimately, I think if you're referring to soulmate in terms of romantic relationship.
Speaker A:All right, let's go there.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:So if you're referring to romantic relationships, I think even more it's, it's kind of difficult to not have a soulmate relationship.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Because I think if you want to go very deep into, you know, spirituality or how soulmate would interact in a romantic level, the romance is going to be off the charts.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:There's going to be this feeling of home, this feeling of ease to some extent.
Speaker A:Well, that's not, that's not what I have down there for soul mates.
Speaker C:Now let's hear what you haven't put down there.
Speaker C:That was on the tip of my tongue.
Speaker C:I wanted to answer the question.
Speaker A:Hey, you know, you, you scroll through social media and all that, and you watch people and they always say, I want to sell my soul mate.
Speaker A:And sometimes I say, do they realize that soul mates kill each other?
Speaker C:Do they?
Speaker A:Oh, yeah, because.
Speaker A:Because a soulmate relationship.
Speaker C:Literally.
Speaker C:Literally.
Speaker C:You think so?
Speaker A:Okay, so watch this.
Speaker A:Because a soul mate relationship is here to help alter our soul.
Speaker A:You think that's an easy process?
Speaker A:What if that person wants to bucket and fight?
Speaker A:Fight the fight.
Speaker A:The altering of that soul process.
Speaker A:What can, what can happen?
Speaker A:Now we go into placements of planets.
Speaker B:I, I think it also depends on, On.
Speaker B:On what timeline your soul is in.
Speaker B:Because what if you're on a timeline where.
Speaker B:Where you're cruising.
Speaker A:And what if that person isn't?
Speaker B:Then it's not going to work out at that, at that time and place that you're in.
Speaker B:It's gonna.
Speaker B:It could happen later.
Speaker B:You can meet later.
Speaker C:So it's funny you that that analogy or that story you told, it brought me back to an analogy that I used for someone I was seeing.
Speaker C:And the story, the, the analogy that came to mind about that person just in terms of like killing each other.
Speaker C:Have you both seen Avatar?
Speaker C:The first one?
Speaker A:Yes.
Speaker C:Jake.
Speaker C:No, you haven't?
Speaker B:I haven't.
Speaker C:Okay, so the main character, Jake, he was, you know, he was human, but he basically took on this avatar.
Speaker B:Oh, wait, wait.
Speaker B:Yes, yes, yes, I have.
Speaker B:Avatar with the, with the blue people.
Speaker B:Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, I have.
Speaker B:I have.
Speaker B:I'm sorry.
Speaker C:And so there was a part in the scene where he had to choose his.
Speaker C:The.
Speaker C:The flying animal, whatever it was.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And the, the main character, Zoe, Zeldania's character, she said, he asked, you know, how.
Speaker C:How did the relationships between the bird and the.
Speaker C:And the, the person connect?
Speaker C:And so she said, you'll know because they'll try to kill you.
Speaker B:Interesting.
Speaker B:Right?
Speaker C:And so basically that the main, the big badass bird, excuse my French, but that was there.
Speaker C:Basically, you know, who was, who basically ran the sky.
Speaker C:Jake ended up.
Speaker C:That ended up being Jake's bird.
Speaker C:But he tried to kill Jake before he made the connection.
Speaker C:And once he finally made the connection connect, the tail, you know, it was smooth sailing.
Speaker C:So there's some, maybe some relevance that it, it may feel like you're dying, you know, because there's so much, you know, going on up and down, up and down that until you finally make the connection, the bond, sealing the bond, then things begin to smooth out.
Speaker A:Would you suggest.
Speaker A:Go ahead.
Speaker B:No, I, I think it's interesting that you say that because for, for like a few months, I had like this feeling that I was dying.
Speaker B:And then I, like there was a person that entered my life.
Speaker B:So I think it's interesting that you just said that.
Speaker B:Wow.
Speaker B:The feeling of death.
Speaker B:It's, it's not a pleasant feeling, let me tell you.
Speaker A:Do you think someone can identify their soul mate using astrology?
Speaker C:I think anything is possible, but I, I would rather go by feeling only because I'm a.
Speaker C:My chart of predominantly air and water and so.
Speaker C:And a little bit of fire, no earth.
Speaker C:So I'm either thinking or feeling.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:So for me, I like to, you know, it's, it's all about the feeling.
Speaker C:So it's all about the feeling versus looking at a chart and saying, oh, I think this person might.
Speaker C:Because, you know, if we're talking about knowing, having seen the person, having met the person, looking at the chart and saying, oh, I think we're meant together, meant to be together.
Speaker C:I feel like there had to have been some already some chemistry that, that exists to bring two people together.
Speaker C:And I think we all kind of know when there's a strong like, you know, magnetism that happens between you and another person.
Speaker C:I think we can all sense and feel it.
Speaker A:Barbara?
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker A:Are you a hopeless romantic?
Speaker C:No.
Speaker C:My Venus is in Pisces.
Speaker C:You would think so, but it, it.
Speaker B:No, well, progressed progress is probably either Aries or Taurus right now.
Speaker C:It might be.
Speaker C:I have to, I have to look.
Speaker A:I'm glad you asked that question.
Speaker A:Would you do synastry with using progress charts?
Speaker C:I haven't, but I think it's possible.
Speaker C:I think it's possible.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:I have.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:And how, how did that come out?
Speaker B:Well, I've done it for myself.
Speaker B:No, I mean I, I see, I see, I see connections, you know, and it's, it's interesting we're talking about progressions because earlier today I had like this thought that even the progressed chart follows some pattern in the natal chart.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:So like even if, if some planets move a little bit, eventually they move right back to where they were natally, just in different signs.
Speaker B:Does that make sense?
Speaker C:Yeah, I mean basically it's like a.
Speaker C:From how I see progressions is like another layer of a clock over overlaid, you know, and so it's just that clock moving around and touching certain aspects that.
Speaker C:Yeah, it's the default code.
Speaker C:But yeah.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:I do have a question.
Speaker A:Do you look, do you use asteroids?
Speaker C:No.
Speaker C:I mean I, No, I, I was, I was trained to, but I haven't seen a lot of.
Speaker C:I just know.
Speaker C:I just don't use it.
Speaker C:What about you guys?
Speaker C:Do you guys use asteroids for synastry?
Speaker B:I look at Lilith.
Speaker B:I've looked at.
Speaker B:I focus on some Lilith.
Speaker C:Mars placements, you know, Lilith Mars.
Speaker C:Why?
Speaker B:Interesting, because I, I've seen it and, and I, I kind of dove deep into it and, and it was, it kind of.
Speaker B:It interested me a little bit because it was pretty much the, the delineation on that.
Speaker B:It was like a very high intensity sexual connection.
Speaker C:I was gonna ask you that question.
Speaker B:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker A:So go ahead.
Speaker C:Were there any other connections that their.
Speaker C:Mars had and was it like hitting another mar.
Speaker B:Mars?
Speaker B:Yeah, there was a connection between Mars and Mercury.
Speaker B:A connection between Mars and Saturn.
Speaker B:See, the Mars and Saturn, I'm not going to lie, they scare me a little bit sometimes.
Speaker C:I have conjunction.
Speaker B:Yeah, you have a Mars Saturn conjunction.
Speaker C:Well, applying.
Speaker C:So my.
Speaker B:Do I.
Speaker C:My Saturn is a critical degree, but Mars is 3 degrees away from it.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:So do I. I have, I have Venus sandwiched between Mars and.
Speaker A:Question answers.
Speaker A:Y' all talking about conjunctions.
Speaker A:What do you think about a Venus Mars conjunction in a chart?
Speaker C:See, that could be a high sex drive depending on like where the placement of it.
Speaker A:The fourth.
Speaker A:Well, Taurus.
Speaker B:What about a high emotional drive?
Speaker C:That too, but that could be that.
Speaker C:And hopefully.
Speaker A:By the way, by the way, that would be Venus and Mars conjunct in your chart in the fourth because that'll be Aquarius rising.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:So because Venus is strong in Taurus.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:So the Venus person, whoever you're talking about, this person having both of those placements.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Conjunct.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Okay, well if you want to just throw a little spice on it.
Speaker A:Near Chiron.
Speaker C:Well, there could be so near Chiron, the wounded hair.
Speaker C:So if it's a male, since Mars could be the penis, there could be like a disease or something like that too.
Speaker A:Well, it's a female.
Speaker C:It's a female.
Speaker C:She could have some.
Speaker C:But it's a female.
Speaker C:So fourth house.
Speaker C:So she's an Aquarius rising too.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:What would you, what would you tell yourself if you had displacement?
Speaker C:What would I tell myself if I had this placement?
Speaker C:I always feel like your questions are kind of trick questions.
Speaker A:No, no, there's no trick to it.
Speaker A:There's no trick.
Speaker A:I'm just.
Speaker A:What?
Speaker A:Well, I.
Speaker A:So basically I'm a Gemini rise and Virgo sun.
Speaker A:So basically you call me the magician.
Speaker A:I'm not the trickster.
Speaker A:I'm not.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:Yeah, Yeah, I always get that sense.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:So because Mars rules my, my tenth house.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:And then my third house.
Speaker C:It could be she.
Speaker C:She could have been like sexually abused by a sibling potentially.
Speaker C:And.
Speaker A:What if that didn't happen?
Speaker C:What if that didn't happen?
Speaker C:Maybe this person works at home because 10th houses could also be like a career thing or maybe her father maybe sexually.
Speaker C:Because it's, it's on the parental axis.
Speaker C:Right, but Venus also.
Speaker C:But Venus rules that this is an Aquarius Rising person and Venus rules her second house and her ninth house.
Speaker C:So that's a value, her sense of self.
Speaker C:No, not her second house.
Speaker C:Our Venus rules her ninth house and her and her fourth house.
Speaker C:So ninth house is like faith and church and school and education and.
Speaker C:Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker C:So her Venus is strong.
Speaker C:But the Mars is in fall.
Speaker C:So it could be something about her siblings maybe living with her or parent, you know, living with her or her working at home or something like that or doing things at home.
Speaker C:But we're talking about synastry.
Speaker A:No, no, just a natal chart.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:Well what would I say about it?
Speaker A:Probably tension in the home.
Speaker A:Probably from the, from the father figure or something like that.
Speaker A:Or the mother figure.
Speaker A:Really?
Speaker A:Because you know something.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Too.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:I do have a lot of self studying people that listen to this show and they sitting back thinking well what should I do to find out about my relationship?
Speaker A:So if somebody who's just looking into their chart and just trying to find out stuff.
Speaker A:What would be your advice to them for relationship stuff?
Speaker A:Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker A:If they just trying to find out about their love language like what motivates them in love?
Speaker A:Their attitudes towards love and stuff like that.
Speaker C:Venus and Mars for sure.
Speaker C:And then how they can communicate and just in general because obviously communication, we're, we're.
Speaker C:We all communicate with each other.
Speaker C:So communication is important.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:And then how that aspects the, the other person that they're, that they're seeing.
Speaker C:You know, communication is hugely important in relationships.
Speaker C:You know, one of the things I've done to kind of.
Speaker C:I feel like I.
Speaker C:This is on a tangent but it's relevant.
Speaker C:Well let me say it like this.
Speaker C:Since I learned astrology, I've like try to dig into the, the charts of the people that I used to date.
Speaker A:Actually I had that question down here to ask you.
Speaker A:Do you.
Speaker A:Would you advise people to look at their exes?
Speaker A:Like go back in time and look at their exes?
Speaker C:Absolutely.
Speaker C:Because you start to see patterns.
Speaker C:You can start to see patterns of who you're attracted to and because I'll talk to people like oh man, I'm always attracted to Gemini's or Geminis are attracted to me.
Speaker C:And I'm like because you have a north node or you have Saturn there or you know, or in, in this.
Speaker C:That's why you know, or you Have Mars or Venus, you know, and so, and it, that explains it to me.
Speaker C:It.
Speaker A:Oh, so wait, wait, so you hear that, you hear that question?
Speaker A:You hear that statement a lot.
Speaker A:Hey, this man, there's a lot of this sign around me.
Speaker A:Yep, all right, I hear that too.
Speaker A:And so you, so, so what it, you, you just said because of this and because of that.
Speaker A:But what does that actually mean to somebody?
Speaker A:You said, hey, because you're Saturn's in Gemini.
Speaker A:So somebody with Saturn and Gemini and they get surrounded by Geminis.
Speaker A:What, what is, what is the universe trying to tell that person?
Speaker C:Because Saturn likes to lock things down.
Speaker C:Saturn likes quality over quantity.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:It's just, it's a long term energy.
Speaker C:It's, it's a very serious.
Speaker A:Wait, wait, say that again.
Speaker A:Saturn like wanted quality over quantity.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:You know, because you think about like Saturn and Jupiter are opposites to me.
Speaker C:They're, you know, Saturn is subtraction and Jupiter is adding.
Speaker C:You know, there's expansion and Saturn is contraction.
Speaker B:You would, you would make Saturn and Jupiter opposite.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker B:That's funny.
Speaker B:I, I, in my, I actually didn't think about that.
Speaker B:I would, I was thinking more like Saturn and the moon are opposite.
Speaker B:I mean they're the antithesis of each other.
Speaker C:But for sure, I, I agree with that.
Speaker B:But I like that, I like, I like that you saying that, that they're opposite Saturn and Jupiter.
Speaker C:Yeah, for sure.
Speaker C:And, but so Saturn.
Speaker A:Well, why, why are they opposite?
Speaker A:Why do you see them as.
Speaker C:Just by their characteristics, the quality, the qualities that, you know, that they share archetypally.
Speaker C:You know, Saturn wants to build over time.
Speaker C:Right?
Speaker C:Just, it's like it's in no hurry to be in a hurry.
Speaker B:No hurry to be in a hurry.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker B:Very good statement.
Speaker B:They should put that on a shirt about Saturn.
Speaker B:No hurry to be in a hurry.
Speaker A:No hurry to be in a hurry.
Speaker B:I'm gonna borrow that one now.
Speaker C:Go right, go ahead.
Speaker C:I say it all the time.
Speaker C:Go right ahead.
Speaker C:That's, that's big time Saturn energy.
Speaker C:And so, but Saturn likes to lock down like, especially like Saturn Moon.
Speaker C:For sure.
Speaker C:Because I'm glad you said that, Walter.
Speaker C:For sure.
Speaker C:And the thing is, is that Saturn and Moon have similar transits.
Speaker C:Time wise.
Speaker C:Saturn is 29 and a half and moon is what?
Speaker C:29 and a half, you know.
Speaker B:Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're right.
Speaker A:Days to years.
Speaker B:I personally think that in relationships and I say this, I say this also because our friend here, Paul has a Saturn in Gemini and for a while he found himself surrounded by A lot of lunar Geminis, and.
Speaker B:And I.
Speaker B:And I think the moon people come to the Saturn people to soften them up a little bit and to be like, hey, like, chill out, you know, here's some emotion.
Speaker B:Let me thaw.
Speaker B:Let me thaw you out a little bit here because you're a little icy maybe.
Speaker A:Who, me?
Speaker C:Yeah, I think he's talking about you.
Speaker C:But.
Speaker B:But people.
Speaker C:But I'm a.
Speaker C:But the thing is, is.
Speaker A:Well, it is in my first house, so.
Speaker C:And that's.
Speaker C:That's.
Speaker C:That's really.
Speaker C:I think the.
Speaker C:The point that she's making because.
Speaker C:Because you have Saturn on your ascendant, right?
Speaker B:Saturn.
Speaker B:Yeah, he's a Saturnian.
Speaker B:He's a Saturnian Gemini.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:Most.
Speaker B:Most mo.
Speaker B:Most Geminis have that childlike youth, like, quality.
Speaker B:And I'm not saying that you don't, Paul, but.
Speaker B:But you're more serious about.
Speaker B:You're probably serious about having fun too, you know?
Speaker C:Yeah, and I am, too.
Speaker A:Well, I play mad and I'm trying to win.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:You know.
Speaker A:You know, I've told guys before, hey, what.
Speaker A:Tell me what y' all think of this statement.
Speaker A:Hey, y' all really should get you worried about your girlfriend's sunshine.
Speaker A:You really should get more familiar with a moon sign because in a relationship, women are more in that emotional space than anything.
Speaker C:I agree.
Speaker C:My ex husband and I, we had moons.
Speaker C:His.
Speaker C:My moon fell in his 12th house, so.
Speaker C:And when someone's moon or anything falls in your 12th house, that's a blind spot, you know, So I think he couldn't.
Speaker C:Just emotionally.
Speaker C:We.
Speaker C:We really kind of didn't.
Speaker A:Wait, wait, wait, hold on, hold on.
Speaker B:Because.
Speaker C:Sad rising.
Speaker C:Sad rising.
Speaker A:Wait, hold up, hold up.
Speaker A:When.
Speaker A:Who's it a blind spot to?
Speaker C:The person whose 12th house it is.
Speaker B:The 12 house person.
Speaker C:Yeah, the 12.
Speaker C:No, the.
Speaker C:Yeah, the 12.
Speaker C:Yes, the 12th house person.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:So your.
Speaker B:Your moon would fall in his 12 house.
Speaker B:So he had a blind spot in terms of your.
Speaker B:Of how you emotionally reacted.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:Yeah, he couldn't.
Speaker B:He couldn't get it.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker C:And the same.
Speaker C:My daughter's the same way.
Speaker C:And a lot of times she some doesn't get it, but she.
Speaker B:The.
Speaker B:The.
Speaker C:The thing is, also, she has a moon Pluto conjunction in her first house, so that kind of gives it a scorpionic energy, but a lot of times she misses my.
Speaker B:As in.
Speaker B:As in.
Speaker B:As in they can't quite understand why that is triggering you or why that is making you feel, you know, some type of way.
Speaker B:Mm.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Well, I just say this, Barbara I never really look at center street charts that much.
Speaker A:But you, now you're making it sound interesting.
Speaker A:I'm thinking to myself, oh, maybe you need to start looking at more synastry charts.
Speaker C:The industry charts are amazing.
Speaker C:Shocked.
Speaker C:I'm shocked as much as you.
Speaker C:You know, we talk about astrology.
Speaker C:I'm super shocked that you haven't done that.
Speaker C:Me, But I'm just like, surprised.
Speaker C:Not a bad thing.
Speaker C:I'm just like, wow.
Speaker C:As deep as you go, you have gone that.
Speaker C:I've learned that you go that.
Speaker A:Would you like to know why?
Speaker C:Please tell us why, Paul.
Speaker A:Because why are you asking me about somebody else when you really don't understand yourself?
Speaker A:Hey, let's get you to understand yourself first.
Speaker A:Then maybe, maybe we could talk about somebody else.
Speaker A:But if you ain't starting to work on some of the.
Speaker A:That you came down here, these lessons and all that, what does it matter if I tell you about this?
Speaker A:In a relationship, you just gonna act the same and do the same?
Speaker C:Well, here's the thing.
Speaker C:I think that you know your chart at this stage.
Speaker C:I think you know your chart pretty well.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:But if you.
Speaker C:I don't know if you've looked back at some of your, you know, current or past relationships to see what type.
Speaker C:Where their planetary placements hit and what kind of.
Speaker C:What potential, you know, things were of ease or difficulty between the two of you and could, you know, just kind of foreshadow some things in the.
Speaker C:In the future.
Speaker A:Yeah, well, I wasn't talking about me personally.
Speaker A:I was just talking about people that come to me for a reading.
Speaker C:Oh, God for God.
Speaker B:God forbid the Scorpio moon ever gives out information about himself.
Speaker A:I mean, no, I'm.
Speaker A:Yeah, I've looked at me in exes before.
Speaker A:I'm just.
Speaker A:I've done that personally.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:But if somebody's coming to me for a reason and they don't understand their Saturn, they know node or whatever, why should I be.
Speaker A:Why should we even be talking about you in a relationship?
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:So you're attracting people who've yet to learn themselves, learn their default program code.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:So once I think people have done that and, and they learn, I think in the process, they begin to learn astrology.
Speaker C:That's when they can sort of expand the horizons and start thinking about Sy street in the process.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Because I mean, once you really understand that Venus and fall in the 12, four in the six.
Speaker A:So you know what I'm saying?
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:How they're showing up in relationships.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker C:They're bringing.
Speaker C:That may Be of detriment.
Speaker C:Venus and fall or detriment.
Speaker A:Okay, I got a question.
Speaker C:I'm thinking it's the same.
Speaker C:It's the other person.
Speaker A:No, I got a question for you, boy.
Speaker A:Have you ever tried to explain, get somebody to explain a hard aspect and a blind spot to somebody?
Speaker A:Was it easy to get easy or hard for them to see it or admit to it?
Speaker C:I think it may be.
Speaker C:Sometimes there's, it takes having a paradigm.
Speaker C:Having, having paradigm shifts.
Speaker C:Can.
Speaker C:There's layers to it.
Speaker C:You know, I think you and I had this conversation recently.
Speaker C:You know, paradigm shifts, you.
Speaker C:And when I was talking about how there's.
Speaker C:Initially when there's disbelief, you know, and then they realize like, oh my God, this is, this is a real thing.
Speaker C:And then there's that cognitive dissonance that kind of comes into play.
Speaker A:Hey, I just had the experience of cognitive dissonance two days ago.
Speaker A:Keep going.
Speaker A:Hey.
Speaker A:And this person wanted to fight.
Speaker B:Like.
Speaker C:A male or a woman.
Speaker B:Yeah, like scrap, like fight you with their fists.
Speaker A:Damn near.
Speaker A:It could have, it could have damn near came to that if I wouldn't have been like, this is silly.
Speaker A:Yeah, but keep going.
Speaker C:But, but yeah, I mean, I think that.
Speaker C:So to answer your question, it can be an issue if the person isn't really open enough to see, you know, be ye transformed.
Speaker C:This is be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Speaker C:You know, I'm not really, I'm not.
Speaker A:Say that again.
Speaker C:I'm not really religious, but it's like a scripture.
Speaker C:Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
Speaker C:It's biblical.
Speaker C:And I literally, I take that literally.
Speaker C:Like we once, we like have, we.
Speaker C:We have these mental downloads that transform us and we have to be able to be open enough to allow that to happen.
Speaker C:And I think the person has to be in a state of self reflection, a state of self evolvement and willing to evolve and grow to be able to be open to saying, okay, well that could be creating.
Speaker C:I could be causing this.
Speaker C:I remember when I had that revelation.
Speaker A:What, that you, you was actually causing something?
Speaker C:Yeah, something.
Speaker C:Yeah, because I'm, I'm Saturnian.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And so Saturn rules Capricorn and Aquarius.
Speaker C:So it's like so Saturn rules my 12th and my first.
Speaker C:So it's like there are things that I do that are self undoing.
Speaker C:So maybe like the lack of planning, a lack of consistency of, you know, doing things step by step constantly and building.
Speaker C:Because my Saturn is, is not strong.
Speaker C:It's in Gemini.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:Even though it's, it's kind of neutral, but it's, it's.
Speaker C:Have you guys looked at the.
Speaker C:It's what you use when I have to pull it up where the planets are rated in your natal chart.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:Essential dignities chart.
Speaker B:Essential dignity.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:I think my Saturn is one of the weakest planets in there.
Speaker A:I was rated.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:Have you actually.
Speaker A:Are you familiar with Demetri George's book?
Speaker C:I know who Demetra George is, but I don't think that I.
Speaker C:Well, I, I haven't read her book for sure.
Speaker A:Well, I was going through it and she made.
Speaker A:In that book.
Speaker A:She made me.
Speaker A:Well, she makes you give your own planets grades like that.
Speaker C:She makes you grade your own planets?
Speaker A:Oh, yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:She's a workbook where you pretty much grade your.
Speaker B:Your planets.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:So what they say your Saturn is.
Speaker A:You may not see it that way.
Speaker C:What?
Speaker C:What, What.
Speaker C:What.
Speaker C:Why was that that beneficial?
Speaker B:What.
Speaker C:What does she.
Speaker C:What does she think that is the benefit of doing of us self rating our planets?
Speaker A:Well, if you have to write down that, if you have to acknowledge that, oh my Venus is in fall or detriment, which is not a good place, and then you got to factor in the house that is.
Speaker A:Hey, is this a good house?
Speaker A:Is it one of the bad houses?
Speaker A:Is it the 12th?
Speaker A:Is it, you know, the 8th?
Speaker A:The 6th?
Speaker A:Is it in the.
Speaker A:You know, once you start bringing in all of that stuff and now you got to give it a grade.
Speaker A:Is this, Is this Venus?
Speaker A:Hey, you got to bring in.
Speaker A:Is this, this.
Speaker A:You got a.
Speaker A:A feminine planet?
Speaker A:Is it in a masculine sign, Ma.
Speaker A:Very masculine conditions.
Speaker A:Is this Venus happier, happy or sad?
Speaker A:That's pretty much what I say.
Speaker A:Happy or sad.
Speaker A:A sad Venus or a pissed off Venus is going to act a certain way.
Speaker A:But I, when I'm doing this, I got to do this for other charts too.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:So, yeah, I just think maybe for me, it's kind of like horary.
Speaker C:If I'm.
Speaker C:I'm trying to read a chart for myself, I don't.
Speaker C:I don't feel like I can.
Speaker C:Do you both know what horary astrology is?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:Well, for the people that don't know, go ahead.
Speaker C:Horary astrology is casting a chart based on a question that you have, and you cast the chart.
Speaker C:So if I asked right now if I lost my shoes that I was looking for, and right now it is at the time of this recording, it's 4:02pm on Saturday, April 22nd.
Speaker C:So I cast the chart and look at the chart and I look at the placements of where.
Speaker C:What house my shoes represent.
Speaker C:And I look to see where my shoes are and if I find them.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:And wait, wait.
Speaker A:You know, you got people out there saying, wait, what.
Speaker B:What house is looking for your shoes?
Speaker B:Some people are going to be like, I'm just going to cast a chart looking for my keys.
Speaker A:Yeah, I mean, but.
Speaker A:But reason they saying is you could do that.
Speaker C:You can.
Speaker C:We're going on a tangent, but I actually did that for a friend of mine.
Speaker C:She.
Speaker C:She had lost her key.
Speaker C:She lost her keys and she had texted.
Speaker C:She had a.
Speaker C:A group chat of her friends and she was like, I've been looking for my keys for two hours.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:And at the time, that's all she said.
Speaker C:And I.
Speaker C:At the time, I thought that she was still looking for them.
Speaker C:So I. I cast a chart.
Speaker C:I said, where are her keys?
Speaker C:And.
Speaker C:And I said, okay, they're in it.
Speaker C:So her keys are in Aries.
Speaker C:It was like the planet was in Aries and it was near.
Speaker C:I forget.
Speaker C:There was something else.
Speaker C:I said, look for something hot metal, red or whatever.
Speaker C:And so she had found them on her ironing board under her red T shirt.
Speaker C:The keys would be what?
Speaker B:The sun?
Speaker C:No, I don't remember what.
Speaker C:What.
Speaker C:So the second.
Speaker C:So the second house would be where her possessions are.
Speaker B:Oh, okay, okay, okay.
Speaker C:And our second house was Aries.
Speaker C:Gotcha.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker A:Do you like Horari?
Speaker C:I do, I do.
Speaker C:My teacher, you know, I learned a lot through him.
Speaker C:And.
Speaker C:And so basically, just.
Speaker C:Just in terms of being.
Speaker C:Going back to the Demetra George thing.
Speaker C:I'm glad you said, because I was like, what were we talking about?
Speaker C:I don't always feel like I can be objective.
Speaker C:So if I'm asking a question that is something related to me, I'll ask someone else to answer or look at the chart instead of looking at it myself.
Speaker A:Wait, you don't think you could be objective when it comes to myself?
Speaker C:Well, there's something in horary than asking.
Speaker C:I'd rather someone else look at it.
Speaker A:Yeah, well, hey, therapists have therapists.
Speaker A:Walt is my astrologer.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:And I'm hers.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker A:Pretty much.
Speaker A:I mean, we.
Speaker A:We delineate stuff for ourselves, but then we say, hey, what you think of this?
Speaker B:Yeah, I agree with that statement.
Speaker B:I think it's very difficult to be objective with yourself, especially when it comes to something like this.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:So just in terms of rating my own planets, bringing it back there, I didn't feel like I would.
Speaker C:I could be objective.
Speaker C:I'd rather kind of Take in the subjective, I guess, ness of how someone else is rating my planet.
Speaker A:Well, well, when I was, I was going to tell you when I was learning, I had to try mine, but I'll just let you know, it's a lot easier grading other people's planners than your own.
Speaker C:Exactly.
Speaker C:That is the point.
Speaker C:That is the point.
Speaker C:So it's like, you know, that's why I asked the question, like, what, what did she seek to get out of it?
Speaker C:Because I think a lot of times we might be like, oh, I think, I think I'm great, you know, or we might be harder on ourselves and then that might be a good planet that is like highly rated in the chart.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:Yeah, but, but just going back to like saturn and like 12th house and undo itself.
Speaker C:Undoing.
Speaker C:My Saturn is in my fifth house.
Speaker C:So.
Speaker C:And when we're talking about like, you know, part of my maybe self.
Speaker C:Undoing, maybe, you know, the.
Speaker C:It's in Gemini because it's kind of weak.
Speaker C:It's an immutable energy, you know.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker C:My daughter just said to me the other day that I don't plan, but that's her perspective because where's my Saturn?
Speaker C:In my fifth house with my south node.
Speaker C:So it's like.
Speaker C:And Mars.
Speaker C:So it's like sometimes I, I like to just kind of go with the flow.
Speaker C:I have three planets in plate.
Speaker C:Pisces.
Speaker C:That's very Pisces.
Speaker B:But you have, you have Mars, Saturn and the south node all together in Gemini.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And Venus as well.
Speaker C:No, just I think they're three.
Speaker C:Malefic energy.
Speaker C:Oh, wow.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:Wow.
Speaker B:I can relate to that, though.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Okay, well.
Speaker A:But when it comes to relationship, is there anything you want to add before we go?
Speaker C:I think, I think you made some good points.
Speaker C:Know, know thyself first because we need to know how we show up in relationships.
Speaker C:So know, knowing your chart and knowing if you have.
Speaker C:Looking at how you communicate and, and your values and how you like to love.
Speaker C:Mercury is your communication planet.
Speaker C:Venus being what you value, how you love the sweet things in life, and Mars being your drive and your energy, maybe even your sex drive as well, knowing those things and looking at the aspects in your own chart to see if there's, you know, if there's tension within, you know, and then sometimes we project outward and if we can say, okay, this tension is already here in me.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker C:And this is the energy that I know that I'm bringing to a relationship.
Speaker C:But you have to be able to be open and honest with yourself about your Energy.
Speaker A:Did you just, did you just say the aspects are more important than just the planets placements themselves?
Speaker C:Absolutely.
Speaker C:They're important because.
Speaker C:Because the planets is in our own chart is the energy.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:But I like to.
Speaker C:Plants are people, places and things.
Speaker C:People, places and things.
Speaker C:So how my planets, how my code is, my default code is in my chart.
Speaker C:What that is and how it express how it is typically or generally expressed.
Speaker C:Can that, can you change or can it like evolve?
Speaker C:Especially if it's like you're in the lower vibration of it, but over time and through your life experience and you getting to know yourself more and more and more and obviously with progressions and progressions and what else did we talk about?
Speaker C:Those transits, those can help with any difficulty that we have in our placements.
Speaker C:But then the things that maybe have been easy to us all our lives based on the Trines and the Sextiles, there might eventually be something that a planet that comes in and forms a difficult aspect where it's like, oh, wait a minute, hold on.
Speaker C:I've never had to try before because, you know, things kind of just come, you know, with ease with those placements.
Speaker C:They can kind of sometimes make us a little lazy.
Speaker C:But.
Speaker C:But the squares and oppositions make.
Speaker C:Drive us to, to.
Speaker C:To really work on things.
Speaker C:So knowing yourself and then just knowing how you communicate what you value and then look at synastry.
Speaker C:So I want someone whose moon is.
Speaker C:If, if it's not in the same moon or, or I want it to be in trine or sextile to mine theirs.
Speaker C:So my, my moon is a water.
Speaker C:So my moon is in water.
Speaker C:So I would love for somebody to have another water moon, a Pisces, a Cancer or Earth or an Earth sign.
Speaker B:Or the say, or the same moon.
Speaker B:Would you want them to have the same moon sign as yours?
Speaker C:I wouldn't mind that because especially with my, my moon in Scorpio, it hits different.
Speaker C:It hits different because a lot of times you don't.
Speaker C:It's like Scorpio energy.
Speaker C:You can talk, you can speak without speaking.
Speaker C:And there's just like innate knowing and an awareness and sometimes we don't want to have to explain stuff.
Speaker C:It was like, don't you just get it?
Speaker C:You just get it.
Speaker C:Paul's got the straight face.
Speaker A:He.
Speaker B:He knows, he knows.
Speaker B:We actually just had this conversation at to Lago where I told him I was like two people with the same moon sign.
Speaker B:It's like, it's like, it's like wow.
Speaker B:Like, it's just so different.
Speaker C:It's.
Speaker C:It's it's just easy.
Speaker C:It's just easier.
Speaker C:But you can also feel the intensity of it.
Speaker B:Absolutely.
Speaker B:I personally have, I personally have had a lot of relationships with moon and Pisces people.
Speaker B:Obviously conjunct my son, but square my moon.
Speaker B:So my moon is a sag.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker B:So, so I, I have a natal sun moon square.
Speaker B:But, and you know, and for a really long time I thought that, that, that Pisces moon, Pisces sun contact was so, you know, otherworldly and it really was, you know, but, but because of my SAG moon, ultimately there was this, there was a square.
Speaker B:It was, it didn't feel, you know, it didn't feel quite how I would have wanted it to feel.
Speaker B:I don't know if that makes sense.
Speaker C:Is it because, you know, you are.
Speaker C:So there's a part of you that wants.
Speaker C:Well, no, that's a double Jupiter energy.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:And so my Jupiter is in detrimental fall.
Speaker B:It's in Virgo.
Speaker B:You, you, you, you delineated my son and Jupiter very well.
Speaker C:Actually once I did.
Speaker C:What did I say?
Speaker C:I don't remember.
Speaker B:You, you talked to me about how I was a very Jupiterian person, you know, and like Jupiter pretty Jupiter ruled my son, my moon.
Speaker B:And then it was in, it's in my 6 whole sign in Virgo.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker B:So it was kind of like in fall, you know.
Speaker C:Where's your Mercury then?
Speaker C:Because Mercury rules your Jupiter.
Speaker B:My Mercury is in Pisces.
Speaker C:Okay.
Speaker C:Wow.
Speaker C:So they have mutual reception though.
Speaker B:Yeah, they do have mutual reception.
Speaker C:That's good.
Speaker C:So they help each other out.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:Not.
Speaker B:But they're off by like Jupiter and my, my Jupiter and Mercury off by about 7 degrees.
Speaker C:But so, but the thing is your Jupiter is in your is in Virgo and your Mercury is in Jupiter.
Speaker B:So my, yeah, my, yeah, my Mercury's in Pisces.
Speaker B:So yeah, they're in mutual reception to each other.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:So it's almost like, so what do you, what do you feel like was, was, was off?
Speaker C:Was it because either you, you wanted space or you wanted, you know, because SAG kind of like is, you know.
Speaker B:It'S funny you say.
Speaker B:It's funny you say that.
Speaker B:I've always had this urge to merge.
Speaker B:I, I, I do have Pluto in the eighth.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:Which you know, my.
Speaker B:So I'm an Aries rising.
Speaker B:Mars rules.
Speaker B:Mars rules my first.
Speaker B:It rules my eighth.
Speaker B:Like I have this and it's right next to Venus.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:So it's like it wants, you know, connection a lot all the time.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker B:But I think you're right.
Speaker B:I think, I think my moon in SAG has always needed, like, space.
Speaker B:And it's not that I, it's not that I haven't had space.
Speaker B:I, I think I said this once to, To Paul.
Speaker B:It's that.
Speaker B:It's that some of those placements that I've.
Speaker B:I've been in relationship with, with, With Pisces people or with PI.
Speaker B:I've been in relationship with.
Speaker B:With heavy Pisces placement people.
Speaker B:And, and it sort of gets to a point where there's an idealization.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Not just of me.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker B:Maybe of the relationship or, or perhaps the relationship becomes awe.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And I like people that have passion, but I don't just want them to have passion for me.
Speaker B:I want them to have passion for something else.
Speaker B:And, and I think to some extent I want that passion for something else because I'm so Martian.
Speaker B:It's kind of like, am I competing for this passion?
Speaker B:Not, not that I'm literally in competition, but.
Speaker B:But it, it gives me this edge of, okay, like this person has passion for something else, not just for me, you know, like, like I should also have passion for something else, you know, so it drives me.
Speaker C:I, and I love that.
Speaker C:And I think we all should have interests apart from one another.
Speaker C:Yeah, all should.
Speaker C:And I think that's a healthy way to be in religion.
Speaker C:This is just a personal perspective.
Speaker C:Not necessarily.
Speaker C:And, and the thing is, is giving you.
Speaker C:Giving you space, but also still space to be you and, and who you are and whatever you want it wherever you want.
Speaker C:And then.
Speaker C:But also I think that that will.
Speaker C:I think that that will pull you closer to that person.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker C:Feels like you feel like, oh, well, they're there.
Speaker C:They're going to be.
Speaker C:They're going to let me be who I am, you know, do whatever I want and not feel threatened or anything.
Speaker C:And the love is still there.
Speaker B:And the love is still there.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:And I'm sorry, but.
Speaker B:No, no, no, it's.
Speaker B:Well, what I was going to say is I was going to circle back to what you said about the Mercury, Jupiter reception.
Speaker B:You know, for a really long time.
Speaker B:I don't know where I got this from, but for a really long time I, I thought I was terrible at communicating.
Speaker B:And, and I've learned recently and, and through some experience that I'm actually not that bad at communicating.
Speaker C:And I feel the same way.
Speaker C:And we'll come back to you in a second.
Speaker C:But I feel it because my burpees in Pisces as well, but it's square.
Speaker C:It's in square to my Saturn.
Speaker C:So I.
Speaker C:Okay, that wasn't share I was sharing with Paul.
Speaker C:Sometimes I don't.
Speaker C:I don't.
Speaker C:I was blurted out like a lot of times.
Speaker C:I don't want to sound stupid.
Speaker C:You know, I'm very.
Speaker C:I'm kind of fear with the things that I say because Saturn also represents your fears.
Speaker B:Right.
Speaker C:And I want to make sure that.
Speaker A:Whatever you say, you don't.
Speaker A:You don't want to sound stupid.
Speaker B:You don't.
Speaker B:You don't though.
Speaker C:Thank you.
Speaker B:That means.
Speaker B:That means that you practice for a really long time something smart.
Speaker C:Yes, I. Yeah.
Speaker C:And it's funny because I didn't even realize it until I started learning astrology.
Speaker C:I remember sent me saying that I was attracted to people who are really good communicators because I wanted to be better at communicating.
Speaker C:I was very much attracted to people.
Speaker B:I love Virgos.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:I do have a question for you.
Speaker A:Well three.
Speaker A:Before you go on a date with somebody, do you pull look up, look them up?
Speaker C:So no, I. I haven't had to do that because anyone that I've been in relationship with have come to me.
Speaker C:It's in a sense, you know.
Speaker C:And I don't really look for.
Speaker C:I don't actively seek out relationships.
Speaker A:All right, next question.
Speaker A:Would you look at a chart and be like oh hell no, I can't mess with this person.
Speaker C:It's funny I think about that when I'm doing that like looking at other people's chart.
Speaker C:I'm like we wouldn't be probably.
Speaker C:And I do that like people with cancer placements.
Speaker C:Even though it would be in trying to my moon, you know, it's the.
Speaker B:Emotional manipulation for me.
Speaker C:Yeah.
Speaker C:Oh my God.
Speaker C:Real.
Speaker C:And I'm.
Speaker C:And then they get mad like we really going on attention.
Speaker C:Then they get mad when you see them.
Speaker C:You know, because that Scorpio moon like I see like you nothing to do that today.
Speaker C:Next week.
Speaker C:No.
Speaker A:And the last question is, when you hear someone says I hate this sign, what goes through your mind?
Speaker C:I think that it's something more.
Speaker C:You know what?
Speaker C:I think that they're.
Speaker C:They're.
Speaker C:They need to learn astrology more.
Speaker C:It's more than just the.
Speaker C:The zodiac sign.
Speaker C:There's something else in the charts that are causing the friction that.
Speaker C:That that causes that has caused that person to have these.
Speaker C:Whatever experience they had to lead them to say that.
Speaker C:I think not just sun.
Speaker C:It's.
Speaker B:It's.
Speaker C:For me, sun is surface.
Speaker A:I just say this and my response to them is, hey, y' all Stop blaming.
Speaker A:Stop hating a whole sign because of.
Speaker A:Because of an ex.
Speaker A:You know, that X is not representative of that sign.
Speaker A:Maybe you.
Speaker A:Hey, maybe you was dating an unevolved.
Speaker C:Yes.
Speaker A:Scorpio or, you know, Virgo or whatever, and you need to get up with a high vibration of that energy.
Speaker A:Maybe you'll see that energy in a different light.
Speaker C:Yes, I agree.
Speaker C:I totally agree.
Speaker A:With that being said, are you doing readings for people yet?
Speaker A:I mean, could you.
Speaker A:You don't want.
Speaker A:Because usually I say, hey, how could people contact you?
Speaker A:But you might not want people to contact you.
Speaker B:We're on the same boat here, right?
Speaker C:Yeah, they can follow my page, but I don't really.
Speaker C:I don't post that much, but I just like to.
Speaker C:I like, for the most part, I've just been, like, talking with people.
Speaker C:I like having natural conversations with people about astrology.
Speaker C:I like expanding people's awareness, especially with people with Capricorn placements, because, look, you know, in Virgo places, a lot of them, a lot of times they are the doubters that are that Earth energy.
Speaker C:Like, I need proof.
Speaker C:Material, proof.
Speaker B:Prove it.
Speaker A:All right, well, how.
Speaker A:Go ahead, Go ahead.
Speaker B:I was done.
Speaker A:I was just gonna say, how can people get.
Speaker A:What is your social media so people.
Speaker C:Can follow you on Instagram at.
Speaker C:I am living water.
Speaker C:I am living water.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:And I want to thank you for coming through today, Walter.
Speaker A:Anyway, any last words on relationships in astrology?
Speaker B:Well, this has been.
Speaker A:Here's your soapbox.
Speaker A:Go ahead.
Speaker B:I don't.
Speaker B:I actually don't have one today.
Speaker B:No, I. I'm.
Speaker B:I'm very appreciative and grateful for this conversation, as always, Barbara, you.
Speaker B:You've left me with an expanded mind to go out and.
Speaker B:And seek out more information, you know, and I actually.
Speaker B:I love synastry, so I very much enjoyed hearing what you have to say.
Speaker B:Thank you.
Speaker C:I enjoyed the conversation as well.
Speaker B:Absolutely.
Speaker B:And, yeah, if you guys want to get in touch with me, you can find me on Instagram at Walter.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker A:And y' all know how you can get in touch with me?
Speaker A:I am astrologyreadings gmail.com I am astrologyreading.com.
Speaker A:follow me on social media and all that.
Speaker A:I really would appreciate it.
Speaker A:If you like, follow.
Speaker A:Share the show with three of your friends and cousins.
Speaker A:Send it down the line.
Speaker A:Hopefully Barbara will come back and see us.
Speaker A:I think she wants.
Speaker A:May want to talk about one of Walter's favorite subjects, which is astrology in the stock market.
Speaker B:Oh, yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:Well, I. I follow.
Speaker B:I. I follow you on that as.
Speaker A:Well well you know hey and and with that being said you know how and know thyself balance you I started off with questions and then it's number two things on my mind why this what that what should we do the question that the searches diving into the seeking go f le tweaking where you going to be get to preach it you don't be telling me that my fate is in the stars you remain energy you got the recipe to get the ecstasy I'm shifting gears on the things that you must believe let people know deceive she saw some Christmas seed it's from the start that's why you trap you such a can invest me on your knees confess your s don't have the have the face you trust you told the truth you can't be slanted you think it just be planning it's war the bounce explodes collateral damage I managed to maintain to explain we here to evolve but damn thing change.
Speaker C:Sa.
