Shadille Estepan, Senior Manager of Communications for Born This Way Foundation, co-founded by Lady Gaga and her mother, Cynthia Bissett Germanotta, has observed the power of storytelling from her earliest years as a member of the organization’s inaugural youth advisory board. In her current role, she helps bring the experiences of others to life and helps share the compelling narratives behind the Born This Way Foundation’s programs.
