Lauralee Norris is the District 7 Public Relations Manager for Toastmasters International. She has been a member of Toastmasters since 2016, completing her Advanced Leadership Bronze, Advanced Communicator Silver, and received her Leadership Excellence Award. Outside of Toastmasters, Lauralee is a graduate of Oregon Coast Community College with two associates, and is a current student at Eastern Oregon University. She credits Toastmasters for helping her land an internship with Financial Freedom Wealth Management Group LLC, and advanced to a Public Relations Specialist for Bateman Funeral Home, Affordable Burial and Cremation, and Pacific View Memorial Chapel and Gardens. 

John Rodke is the District 7 Director for Toastmasters International. This CEO role supports 3000+ members by leading a diverse structure of teams to enable the organization's members to become better leaders and communicators within our community. John has been a member of Toastmasters for over 9 years. He has had the opportunity to learn from, and with, thousands of people along this journey. John is a polymath with a background in Mechanical Engineering, and the owner of three companies. These companies provide Coaching for Public Speaking, Product Development for tools and outdoor equipment, and Residential Construction. The skills developed in Toastmasters have enabled John to listen, learn, lead, and thrive through the variety of life's opportunities.
