Aaron Fragnito started as Realtor in 2010 and quickly learned distressed sales. By converting his clients into investors and teaming up with my partner to this day, they have developed a $10M portfolio over the last 9 years and actively wholesale or fix & flip over 20 properties per year. They syndicate about 1 apartment building in NJ every quarter and work with about 30 local investors to do so. On top of all that they have also developed their own management company.
