Shownotes

We cover:

* How to grieve when you need to work

* Why you need to run toward the pain

* What happens when you can get out of the "I"

And much more

Leslie founded Grief Warrior after experiencing firsthand the overwhelming intensity of grief and the discomfort that our culture has with death and grieving. On June 21, 2015, her husband, Steve, died.

That day, the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, became the worst day of her life. Grief Warrior was founded to bring recognition, respect and re-connection to the grieving through organizational trainings and workshops, individual and group coaching, digital courses and Heartfelt sympathy gifts for grievers.

Her LinkedIn Learning course, Supporting a Grieving Employee: A Manager’s Guide, was the first of its kind. Leslie has spent the last two decades running her own business and supporting other entrepreneurs with theirs at Intuit QuickBooks. She has written for Entrepreneur.com and Small Biz Daily, is a trained coach by the world-renowned Co-Active Training Institute and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
