Speaker:

Oh, hello everyone. It's so wonderful to be back with you on

Speaker:

another episode of when Spirit calls, I have a beautiful guest

Speaker:

today. You've learned a little bit about her as I read you the

Speaker:

bio, but I am so delighted to spend this time with Monica. Hi,

Speaker:

Monica.

Monica Ramirez:

Hello. Thank you so much for inviting me to your

Monica Ramirez:

podcast. I really appreciate it. And to all your viewers.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: I am so happy that you were able to make some

Monica Ramirez:

time. I know that you're going through a move, and lots of big

Monica Ramirez:

things are happening for you. So thank you for taking the time

Monica Ramirez:

with us. And you know, you and I have now known each other for

Monica Ramirez:

quite a few years, and we even got to spend some time together

Monica Ramirez:

in Sedona in person. And you know, one of the things that I

Monica Ramirez:

really admire about you is the grace that you carry. You know,

Monica Ramirez:

I've witnessed you having to go through some difficult times in

Monica Ramirez:

your life, and you always manage to just exude this calm Grace to

Monica Ramirez:

You. And I always feel such a calm when I'm with you. I feel

Monica Ramirez:

like I can be myself. And I think that's really important

Monica Ramirez:

these days, that we can hold space for other people, and you

Monica Ramirez:

do that so beautifully, but I'm sure you didn't always have that

Monica Ramirez:

level of grace. And so I would love to hear, and I'm sure our

Monica Ramirez:

audience would love to hear what, what was the backstory?

Monica Ramirez:

Because you grew up in a different way than many of us,

Monica Ramirez:

and you had to grow in a different way than many of us,

Monica Ramirez:

and I'd love for you to share that story with all of us.

Monica Ramirez:

Thank you. Yes, I grew up in a narcissist family

Monica Ramirez:

where money was more important, or how much you have, or where

Monica Ramirez:

achievements you have more than who you are, so it was not

Monica Ramirez:

important how you feel. In fact, no one asked how you feel,

Monica Ramirez:

because no one really care. Wow, you. So for me, I did a bunch of

Monica Ramirez:

mistakes more when I was a teenager, I did a lot of

Monica Ramirez:

mistakes, and of course, they haunt me to the point that right

Monica Ramirez:

now, my family is not even talking to me for the mistakes

Monica Ramirez:

that I did when I was 15. Wow. But carrying the guilt and the

Monica Ramirez:

shame and the blame and the guilt you feel I was feeling not

Monica Ramirez:

powerless. I feel like I was worthless. So that took me to

Monica Ramirez:

make more mistakes, because, of course, when you feel like that,

Monica Ramirez:

when you are worthless, you're gonna attract more, more of that

Monica Ramirez:

that we will prove to you that you're worthless. So I have

Monica Ramirez:

different marriages that they proved me that I was worthless.

Monica Ramirez:

And my first marriage, he was chaotic. He was I got pregnant

Monica Ramirez:

when he was 21 and my husband was bisexual, and I did not knew

Monica Ramirez:

that after having two kids, until finally, find him and I

Monica Ramirez:

got divorced when I was 21 with two kids, then the second one.

Monica Ramirez:

It was very unfair and faithful. So I was not feeling good

Monica Ramirez:

enough. That was proving again, again and again and again, what

Monica Ramirez:

I was all, what I was carrying since a child and the third one,

Monica Ramirez:

the third marriage, it was a man that he was beating me every

Monica Ramirez:

time I expressed myself.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: wow. So you were really living in that, okay, I'm

Monica Ramirez:

worthless. And so you attracted these experiences that validated

Monica Ramirez:

the belief that you were worthless

Monica Ramirez:

exactly until actually love for me. Myself for

Monica Ramirez:

my kids, because I have first my fourth child, it was a little

Monica Ramirez:

girl, and I thought, I don't want to she grow like me. I

Monica Ramirez:

don't want to she experience what I experienced in this

Monica Ramirez:

patriarch society. My other kids were boys, so for them it was

Monica Ramirez:

there was an entitlement, because they were already born

Monica Ramirez:

as a man, my daughter is like I did not want it to live to that.

Monica Ramirez:

So with all the fears in the world that they were going to

Monica Ramirez:

kill me if I divorce and so and so, I confront my fears and

Monica Ramirez:

because of the love I have for my daughter. But when I was

Monica Ramirez:

already did that, I was already my nerve system and my immune

Monica Ramirez:

system was really messed up. I got sick with glucose Ra, and,

Monica Ramirez:

of course, I was so depressed that I just I wanted to clock

Monica Ramirez:

out, but I couldn't clock out because my daughter, wow. So I

Monica Ramirez:

have to overcome my learn how to overcome my fears and learn to

Monica Ramirez:

overcome also my own depression, and at the same time. So my

Monica Ramirez:

daughter that there's a world is here and and she was not going

Monica Ramirez:

to see a weak mother and and a mother they're giving up in

Monica Ramirez:

life. And that's when, in a way, God and you pray to God and

Monica Ramirez:

like, Okay, show me a way, or else, I don't know what to do.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, been there that merciful plea, Please, God,

Monica Ramirez:

better show me the path. Otherwise, this is it, yes,

Monica Ramirez:

and that's when actually God opened me the

Monica Ramirez:

doors. And I find a post in facebook saying, looking for 12

Monica Ramirez:

magical women, and that's where I met one of my first teachers

Monica Ramirez:

that I adored today, the taking classes, in fact, right now with

Monica Ramirez:

her again, Karen in New Zealand, and she taught me about my own

Monica Ramirez:

magic, my own worth, and she taught me how to overcome all

Monica Ramirez:

those fears and start doing the shadow work, and I start

Monica Ramirez:

physically start getting better, wow, and learning how to become

Monica Ramirez:

the observer of my own thoughts and my own emotions, and how to

Monica Ramirez:

overcome my shame, my blame, My guilt, and start feeling that I

Monica Ramirez:

was worth it, yes, and that was a game changer for me.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Wow. And you know that shame spiral can be,

Monica Ramirez:

it can be so difficult to get out of, because the stories just

Monica Ramirez:

pile upon the stories, right? And again, you know this outer

Monica Ramirez:

evidence that we think we're seeing when someone's saying

Monica Ramirez:

we're worthless, or someone's abusing us, or when someone's,

Monica Ramirez:

you know, hurting us in some way, it's really easy to

Monica Ramirez:

validate. Oh yes, I am worthless, and I should feel

Monica Ramirez:

this shame, and it keeps us hostage. So it's so beautiful

Monica Ramirez:

that you were able to rewrite the stories in your mind. And I

Monica Ramirez:

think that's such a powerful thread of that, because I think

Monica Ramirez:

so many of us are telling us these stories that perhaps are

Monica Ramirez:

not so true after all.

Monica Ramirez:

Yes, and you know, you know about NLP, Neuro

Monica Ramirez:

Linguistic Programming, that it is such a game changer, that's

Monica Ramirez:

when you realize, oh, my God, I really can reprogram myself.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, we can this. We can we have this

Monica Ramirez:

incredible technology within us that we forget. We're just like

Monica Ramirez:

super computers, except even more advanced, we just have

Monica Ramirez:

forgotten.

Monica Ramirez:

And that is a big game changer, because that's

Monica Ramirez:

when you can say, okay, there's many modalities inside the same

Monica Ramirez:

model, in the same NLP, that teach you how you can change

Monica Ramirez:

that. Yeah, so that it is what I did to myself, and now I and the

Monica Ramirez:

people that knew me when I was sick, when I was with a victim

Monica Ramirez:

mentality, when I was feeling worthless and so forth, and

Monica Ramirez:

later on, saw me that I was not swollen anymore, I was not in

Monica Ramirez:

pain, that I have energy, that I do 1000s of things at the same

Monica Ramirez:

time I say, how do you did it? Yeah, and you're not suicidal

Monica Ramirez:

this time. Like, actually, you have hope for life, and you're

Monica Ramirez:

giving that back to the people. And like, how do you did it? I

Monica Ramirez:

even wrote a book about it, that transformation and

Monica Ramirez:

metamorphosis. I even wrote a book program inside of the first

Monica Ramirez:

level that is transformation and metamorphosis.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Wow. So you were able to heal yourself from

Monica Ramirez:

lupus. Yes, at least, have not had any outbreaks or anything.

Monica Ramirez:

You really feel healed in that.

Monica Ramirez:

Yes, I am. Don't get swollen anymore. I have the

Monica Ramirez:

energy I can continue going and going and going and going that

Monica Ramirez:

that was. That's my old self when I was in my 50s, in my 20s,

Monica Ramirez:

and I went back there and the depression, I could control it.

Monica Ramirez:

I stopped taking medications because I was not eating it

Monica Ramirez:

anymore. Wow, wow. Of course I'm not gonna say I'm never sad,

Monica Ramirez:

because then I will stop being human.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yes, But the depth of the Depression, in this

Monica Ramirez:

sense that you would have to take medication for it has has

Monica Ramirez:

gone away. Yeah, brilliant. And so you contribute that to Neuro

Monica Ramirez:

Linguistic Programming, to spiritual connection. What? What

Monica Ramirez:

do you think is the reason for all of that healing and that

Monica Ramirez:

understanding?

Monica Ramirez:

It was basically programming myself and

Monica Ramirez:

understanding that I was worthy. I was worthy. I was reframing

Monica Ramirez:

all my thoughts how I observe, because now that's what I teach

Monica Ramirez:

the people how to become, to be the observers of our thoughts.

Monica Ramirez:

Because we have intrusive thoughts. Everybody has that,

Monica Ramirez:

but can catch that. And I was like, Wait, this thought is not

Monica Ramirez:

even my where I'm getting this thought. So like that, you can

Monica Ramirez:

control it. I hear a long time ago, someone that described it

Monica Ramirez:

as like, who's the driver? Your ego yourself, when you become

Monica Ramirez:

the observer, you can catch that. Who's driving their own

Monica Ramirez:

vehicle,

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: yes, and then we can start driving our own

Monica Ramirez:

vehicle, right? Yes, or even allowing permission for divine

Monica Ramirez:

to drive the vehicle, instead of the ego. And I think that's a

Monica Ramirez:

really big piece of this world right now. We're so invested in

Monica Ramirez:

allowing the ego to drive the vessel, right to drive us, right

Monica Ramirez:

to make to allow for us to make certain decisions that are

Monica Ramirez:

actually maybe not in harmony and not in alignment for us. So

Monica Ramirez:

tell me what you would love for people to know based on your

Monica Ramirez:

experience and what you've learned. Like, what are the

Monica Ramirez:

three big things that you really know now that you didn't know

Monica Ramirez:

before that you want people to know.

Monica Ramirez:

Well, when you understand that for a reason,

Monica Ramirez:

for a big, big reason, you're sent this into this plane to

Monica Ramirez:

have a mission. We all have different missions, and we're

Monica Ramirez:

all different. We're not cookie cutters. What is the beauty of

Monica Ramirez:

human being when you understand that your light has a purpose of

Monica Ramirez:

actually to be here, that's when you have a motive to continue

Monica Ramirez:

going. And it's not only in a selfish way. It is to help

Monica Ramirez:

others at the same time, yes, and that will give you the same

Monica Ramirez:

motor to continue going and going and going to continue,

Monica Ramirez:

actually living a fulfilled life.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: I think it's so important for us to have this

Monica Ramirez:

bigger picture perspective right, to understand that

Monica Ramirez:

there's and maybe it's not. I think sometimes people get

Monica Ramirez:

caught up in this like, what's my purpose? What's my purpose?

Monica Ramirez:

And they want to find the thing that they're supposed to do, but

Monica Ramirez:

what if our purpose is in our being?

Monica Ramirez:

And not only that, the is if all the pains

Monica Ramirez:

that we pass everybody have passed through different kinds

Monica Ramirez:

of pains, but those are the pains that we have mastered to

Monica Ramirez:

become the person who you are that is exactly what is going to

Monica Ramirez:

be needed so you can help others pass into the same things that

Monica Ramirez:

you already pass.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yes, Earth school. We're in Earth school,

Monica Ramirez:

right? You know, this is one big Academy of evolution. And so

Monica Ramirez:

allowing us to look at it from that perspective, I think,

Monica Ramirez:

creates a lightness, right? If we understand that, like, Okay,

Monica Ramirez:

I'm just getting an education here, I'm learning, I'm growing

Monica Ramirez:

and evolving, and I get to receive the wisdom and the

Monica Ramirez:

value. You know, oftentimes, you know, those of you listening

Monica Ramirez:

have heard me talk about leveraging, leveraging the

Monica Ramirez:

opportunities that present themselves. It could be the

Monica Ramirez:

worst thing ever, but there's something in it for us. And I'll

Monica Ramirez:

use just a current example. I was hacked this week, and money

Monica Ramirez:

was taken out of my bank account. And at first I went

Monica Ramirez:

into my panic, oh, my God. You know, tears are falling. What's

Monica Ramirez:

happening? Panic, panic, panic. And then I took a breath, and I

Monica Ramirez:

thought, wait a sec. Let me be the observer here, right? Let me

Monica Ramirez:

get the ego panic out of the way. Let me be the observer, and

Monica Ramirez:

let me get really clear on what this is doing. One, it's

Monica Ramirez:

allowing me to get more secure in all of my accounts, right?

Monica Ramirez:

I'm adding extra security measures so something worse

Monica Ramirez:

doesn't happen. Two, it's allowing me to understand the

Monica Ramirez:

process and the feelings of what people go through when they are

Monica Ramirez:

defrauded, because it's a deep sense of violation, right? And

Monica Ramirez:

also it actually brought up old trauma from when I was defrauded

Monica Ramirez:

and lost a significant amount of money, and so I realized I still

Monica Ramirez:

had some wounds there to heal. So when I look at it from that

Monica Ramirez:

perspective, I think, thank goodness this person stole

Monica Ramirez:

money. From me, because now I have all this wisdom, and I know

Monica Ramirez:

that might sound a little bit silly, you know, but it's this

Monica Ramirez:

wonderful opportunity now for us to respond differently, for us

Monica Ramirez:

to choose a different perspective that will allow us

Monica Ramirez:

to suffer less. Because I think that's you know, suffering is

Monica Ramirez:

the discrepancy between what you think should be and what

Monica Ramirez:

actually is, isn't it right? If I if I think everything should

Monica Ramirez:

be over here and look like this, and then it's not, oh man,

Monica Ramirez:

there's a suffering that comes with it. So allowing us to

Monica Ramirez:

witness that there's so much information for us in all of the

Monica Ramirez:

experiences, there's value. And I feel like that's really what

Monica Ramirez:

you're saying here, is that there's value in all of it for

Monica Ramirez:

us, and it allows us to become the teachers and the people that

Monica Ramirez:

we are today,

Monica Ramirez:

and choosing at the same time, what experience

Monica Ramirez:

really do you want to have? What do I learn from these mistakes?

Monica Ramirez:

What do I learn from that emotion? What do I learn from

Monica Ramirez:

someone that hurt me, because at the same time, everybody we're

Monica Ramirez:

not victims, they're everybody's our teacher. Everybody's our

Monica Ramirez:

teacher. When we see it in that way and we learn and we observe

Monica Ramirez:

what we learn from different experience, then we're mastering

Monica Ramirez:

that. Yeah, so we can, first of ourselves so we can help others

Monica Ramirez:

at the same

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: time. Absolutely, absolutely okay.

Monica Ramirez:

What else? What else do you want to share with our audience? What

Monica Ramirez:

else do they need to know?

Monica Ramirez:

Well, I'm going to be starting again, because it

Monica Ramirez:

is a whole year program, but I divide it in three parts. I'm

Monica Ramirez:

going to be having transformation in metamorphosis,

Monica Ramirez:

my level one that it is about shadow work. It is precisely to

Monica Ramirez:

letting go the shame and the blame and the guilt and and

Monica Ramirez:

feeling victim mentality so like that, they can overcome all

Monica Ramirez:

those things and attract actually what I they really

Monica Ramirez:

want, and not from the pain.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yes, yes. So let's talk about this for a

Monica Ramirez:

minute, because you're going to offer this program, or it's

Monica Ramirez:

going to be running, when this airs, it'll be one weekend, so

Monica Ramirez:

people will still be able to join. But let's talk about what

Monica Ramirez:

the shadow work is. And we recently did have a guest that

Monica Ramirez:

spoke about it briefly, but I think that it's really important

Monica Ramirez:

for people to understand, because I know when I first

Monica Ramirez:

heard shadow work, I was like, oh, like, who wants to deal with

Monica Ramirez:

that? But I understand that that is such a beautiful part of me,

Monica Ramirez:

those darker, deeper parts of me that that are wreaking havoc,

Monica Ramirez:

that are causing me to suffer, that are causing, you know, me

Monica Ramirez:

to limit myself and my abilities. And so the power of

Monica Ramirez:

this work really allows us to get the messy stuff out of the

Monica Ramirez:

way, or to at least be able to receive the value in even those

Monica Ramirez:

things. You know, I say dark things, I say heavy things as

Monica Ramirez:

the shadow work, but really it's a part of the whole of us. And

Monica Ramirez:

the invitation, I believe, is to actually welcome that. And when

Monica Ramirez:

we welcome it, we receive the value, and then the heavier,

Monica Ramirez:

denser parts of that no longer are holding us hostage. Can you

Monica Ramirez:

expand on that? Or am I? Am I on track?

Monica Ramirez:

Everybody has shadows, everybody has or some

Monica Ramirez:

genes, or some blings and some guilt. That's another way to

Monica Ramirez:

call them shadows, because it is just a word use shadows from all

Monica Ramirez:

that pain, victim mentality, etc, all those kind of things.

Monica Ramirez:

So in the moment, we observe, like I was mentioning earlier,

Monica Ramirez:

that okay, what do I learn from this lesson? You're integrating

Monica Ramirez:

that in you, but now from the perspective as a teacher, not as

Monica Ramirez:

a student anymore, because you were the student when you were

Monica Ramirez:

passing through all those shadows, those pains, and in the

Monica Ramirez:

moment, you are overcoming that and learning from that. That's

Monica Ramirez:

how you overcome in your shadows and integrating in yourself. And

Monica Ramirez:

it says I would not be the person now if I did not leave

Monica Ramirez:

what I have lived before. So I love that parts of me, that,

Monica Ramirez:

yes, I had to pass through all that to be who I am now. I love

Monica Ramirez:

that part of myself, because now I can be the coach, the healer,

Monica Ramirez:

the whatever I am now, yes, what it to be. So it is loving each

Monica Ramirez:

part of us. Yes, it is loving each part of us, including the

Monica Ramirez:

shadows.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, beautiful. I think that this is such an

Monica Ramirez:

important piece for us right now, because it it definitely

Monica Ramirez:

feels like there's some shadowy parts of the world, and I notice

Monica Ramirez:

a lot of people are like, pushing away from that, like,

Monica Ramirez:

right, that divisiveness, right? We're dividing the world and and

Monica Ramirez:

saying, Well, they're dark and they're evil and they're bad and

Monica Ramirez:

and we keep pushing, and we keep pushing, and I think that the

Monica Ramirez:

solution is to welcome it all the. Solution is to welcome it

Monica Ramirez:

lovingly, and that's hard to do. So Monica, what are some things

Monica Ramirez:

that we can do to like, love those shadows, like, what? What

Monica Ramirez:

does that even look like? What does that even mean? Can you

Monica Ramirez:

give us, like, a little bit of an idea of what it would look

Monica Ramirez:

like?

Monica Ramirez:

What I would recommend, first of all is learn

Monica Ramirez:

to get to know yourself first. You don't know yourself first.

Monica Ramirez:

You're not going to even know that those aims, yes, or those

Monica Ramirez:

envys or competitions that you're doing and projecting to

Monica Ramirez:

others, yeah, because even coaches and hitters and so

Monica Ramirez:

forth, yes, they have now this a new modality, but they didn't be

Monica Ramirez:

the shadow. So they are going to be projecting themselves to

Monica Ramirez:

their own clients. So once that you get to know those parts of

Monica Ramirez:

you, oh, this is who I am. Okay, now I can put attention when I

Monica Ramirez:

am doing it to others or doing it to myself. So that's why it's

Monica Ramirez:

very important to get to know and I see you see this. A lot of

Monica Ramirez:

the people can see this, and people that are just left a job

Monica Ramirez:

that they have a lot of years, or they just divorce or become a

Monica Ramirez:

widow, and they don't know who they are. They don't know what

Monica Ramirez:

is the favorite color in reality, because they always

Monica Ramirez:

people please others, so they forgot who they were. So in the

Monica Ramirez:

moment they start learning who they are, they can say, okay, I

Monica Ramirez:

don't like when I'm competing, or I don't like when I am

Monica Ramirez:

ending, or I don't like those parts of myself, then that can

Monica Ramirez:

focus in stop myself when I'm doing it. It is easier to let go

Monica Ramirez:

vices like even cigarettes or tobacco or alcohol or drugs,

Monica Ramirez:

because those are external things, but it's more difficult

Monica Ramirez:

to let go. It is internal addictions that we have a

Monica Ramirez:

behavior,

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: right? Yes, indeed, those repetitive

Monica Ramirez:

patterns of behavior that we have is almost harder, right?

Monica Ramirez:

Because sometimes we can't see it, right? It's harder to see.

Monica Ramirez:

And one of the things that I know, that I love to do as part

Monica Ramirez:

of getting to know myself is journaling. What else do you do

Monica Ramirez:

to get to know yourself like? What does that even look like?

Monica Ramirez:

Like? I mean, of course, I would say some of us would take some

Monica Ramirez:

courses, or some of us would go to retreats or something as part

Monica Ramirez:

of that get to know ourselves. But is there something simple

Monica Ramirez:

that you do that really helped you in your getting to know

Monica Ramirez:

yourself? What did that look like to you, aside from becoming

Monica Ramirez:

more aware and becoming the observer? Was there a thing that

Monica Ramirez:

you did to get to know yourself?

Monica Ramirez:

You can create different prompts, like, Okay,

Monica Ramirez:

what is my favorite color, or what triggered me when someone

Monica Ramirez:

is talking to me, and it triggered me

Unknown:

ask the questions, okay.

Monica Ramirez:

Write it down. So like that, or else we will

Monica Ramirez:

forget write down, because we are gonna see a pattern at the

Monica Ramirez:

same time, repeating and repeating it with different

Monica Ramirez:

people in different situations, but it's the same pattern.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Isn't that interesting? How simple that is

Monica Ramirez:

to just question ourselves more like, that's what you're saying.

Monica Ramirez:

Just question yourself. Like, okay, what am I doing that for?

Monica Ramirez:

How was I feeling in that moment? You know, and to me,

Monica Ramirez:

that just seems so like simple, but yet so effective,

Monica Ramirez:

and something that one of the best teachers

Monica Ramirez:

for all of us is our own ego. Because ego is going to be is

Monica Ramirez:

the one that is going to be triggering you, it is going to

Monica Ramirez:

be bothering you, but precisely, listen to your ego, not for you

Monica Ramirez:

going with the ego like, yes, we're going to treat that this

Monica Ramirez:

person, because that's what you ego will say, No. It's like,

Monica Ramirez:

okay, why this is triggering? Yeah, this is really want to

Monica Ramirez:

joke somewhat, why this is a memory from my childhood, or

Monica Ramirez:

this is a memory from an ex husband, or this is where this

Monica Ramirez:

is coming from, because that's something that we haven't

Monica Ramirez:

healed, then that's something that we have to make put more

Monica Ramirez:

attention to actually work with ourselves. You really do not

Monica Ramirez:

have to do anything with a new experience that you're having.

Monica Ramirez:

It has to do with a past experience. And that's that the

Monica Ramirez:

ego can be your best tool with your knowledge,

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: yes, when we are using it in that way, you know.

Monica Ramirez:

And I think you and I both speak the language of befriending your

Monica Ramirez:

ego, you know, we've talked about that on the show a few

Monica Ramirez:

times where that, you know, if we can befriend the ego, even

Monica Ramirez:

giving the ego a name, you know, all of a sudden it's like, we

Monica Ramirez:

can catch it more easily, right? Like, oh, that trigger. Okay, I

Monica Ramirez:

just got triggered. Okay, what is this really about? And that

Monica Ramirez:

ego will actually give us more information. It's gonna say,

Monica Ramirez:

Well, remember the time that this happened. This is just the

Monica Ramirez:

same thing happening again. And then you can say, Well, wait a

Monica Ramirez:

second, is it? Is it really? Is that really true? And so that

Monica Ramirez:

questioning of the ego, and not in a in a cruel. A to ourselves,

Monica Ramirez:

but just to say, Hey, I'm not buying it today. I'm not I'm not

Monica Ramirez:

picking up what you're putting down. I don't have to believe

Monica Ramirez:

that story. And I think there's such power in just that in

Monica Ramirez:

itself. One of the other things that I want to bring to the

Monica Ramirez:

service Monica, because I know that you used to talk a lot

Monica Ramirez:

about belief, belief in our abilities, belief in ourselves.

Monica Ramirez:

And this is tied to belief, because the ego has a certain

Monica Ramirez:

set of beliefs, and then our divine mind, or our higher self,

Monica Ramirez:

has a whole nother set of beliefs. And our tendency,

Monica Ramirez:

again, is to listen to the the ego, because it's a little bit

Monica Ramirez:

louder, right? It's actually much louder, isn't it? And so I

Monica Ramirez:

want to just talk about belief, because I think there are some

Monica Ramirez:

people probably listening that are saying, well, I don't

Monica Ramirez:

believe that I can change my life that much simply by having

Monica Ramirez:

a relationship with my you I don't believe that I'm capable

Monica Ramirez:

of transformation. I don't believe that I'm capable of, you

Monica Ramirez:

know, healing some of the shadow parts or allowing them to be

Monica Ramirez:

part of me. And so for people that maybe don't believe in

Monica Ramirez:

themselves, what would you love to say to that?

Monica Ramirez:

Well, part of believing in ourselves is a game

Monica Ramirez:

changer for all of us. And remember the parts that is

Monica Ramirez:

making you not believe enough in you. It is the ego, precisely

Monica Ramirez:

that's the part that you have to ask and question, why don't

Monica Ramirez:

believe in myself? Why don't think this is possible? Because

Monica Ramirez:

in reality, many of us, we have done it. So if one can do it,

Monica Ramirez:

that means that collective can do it at the same time. Yes. So

Monica Ramirez:

it is, do you want to believe in your ego? You're gonna get stuck

Monica Ramirez:

and you're going to be there as a victim mentality, or you're

Monica Ramirez:

going to never believe in yourself. But that is choice.

Monica Ramirez:

Just change your choice. I want to believe in myself. Maybe in

Monica Ramirez:

this moment, you don't, but ask yourself, why don't believe in

Monica Ramirez:

myself? Because you heard your childhood that you were not good

Monica Ramirez:

enough. Because, remember, is this not about guilting the

Monica Ramirez:

parrots your parents also were programmed at the same time and

Monica Ramirez:

not believing in themselves, so they just pass it on. This is

Monica Ramirez:

epigenetics talks about this, and we hear it their own, the

Monica Ramirez:

fears of our great recurrent parents. And we inherit that,

Monica Ramirez:

yeah, and we inherit all those parts, we inherit that it's up

Monica Ramirez:

to us and say, You know what, I don't want this anymore, and I

Monica Ramirez:

don't want to pass it on to my kids future innovations.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: This is the power of free will. We have a

Monica Ramirez:

choice. We can believe or we cannot believe. We have the

Monica Ramirez:

power to choose that. And I think that's your your message

Monica Ramirez:

here is really empowering us to know that we can choose. You

Monica Ramirez:

know, I often tell my clients, it's a choose your own

Monica Ramirez:

adventure. And if you want to choose from ego, you can. But

Monica Ramirez:

oh, is it so much better if you can choose from the place of

Monica Ramirez:

your divine mind or your higher self. And I think when we see

Monica Ramirez:

other people making the changes to really allow ourselves to use

Monica Ramirez:

us. That is evidence. You know, I've healed myself from

Monica Ramirez:

fibromyalgia. You've healed yourself from lupus. Look at us.

Monica Ramirez:

Go and that was all based on our belief system. That was all

Monica Ramirez:

based on the stories that we told ourselves and what we were

Monica Ramirez:

choosing to believe. If I believe, I'm going to be sick.

Monica Ramirez:

I'm going to be sick if I believe I'm my body is

Monica Ramirez:

resilient. My body is resilient, and I really believe there's

Monica Ramirez:

power in that, and we know this through science the placebo

Monica Ramirez:

effect and how powerful that belief is. And are you believing

Monica Ramirez:

the things that are serving you? Are you believing the things

Monica Ramirez:

that are making you feel good? And to really challenge that,

Monica Ramirez:

and to really question that, I think I mentioned this actually

Monica Ramirez:

on a previous podcast, but it bears repeating as well. Dr Zach

Monica Ramirez:

Bush talks about studies that they did on people who are in

Monica Ramirez:

hospice. And I don't know if you know this, but 10% of hospice

Monica Ramirez:

patients actually get out of hospice. And when people are in

Monica Ramirez:

hospice, they're on their like, last legs, like they're this is

Monica Ramirez:

their exit, right? But 10% of those patients end up getting

Monica Ramirez:

out of hospice and leading on to live a number of years longer

Monica Ramirez:

and good quality of life. And so they wanted to know, like, what

Monica Ramirez:

separated the 90% with that 10% and you know, what they

Monica Ramirez:

uncovered? It was the stories that they told themselves. It

Monica Ramirez:

was the stories they told themselves. And so bringing that

Monica Ramirez:

to the surface again and reminding all of you that are

Monica Ramirez:

listening, what stories are you telling yourself? What are you

Monica Ramirez:

believing that maybe needs to be challenged? What are you

Monica Ramirez:

believing that is serving you? And really start questioning

Monica Ramirez:

that,

Monica Ramirez:

and something that I would like to also bring

Monica Ramirez:

up, if anybody encountered the same problem and the same

Monica Ramirez:

problem and the same problem that they reinforce that you're

Monica Ramirez:

worthless or you're guilty, you're shame or whatever, or the

Monica Ramirez:

same kind of people, the bullies that you have from kindergarten.

Monica Ramirez:

And then you find bullies now as an adult, and it's like, okay,

Monica Ramirez:

my everybody, the world is full of bullies to prove yourself.

Monica Ramirez:

No, you're not proving yourself. You're attracting the same

Monica Ramirez:

experience because you haven't healed the bullies from

Monica Ramirez:

kindergarten. And the moment you heal the bullies from

Monica Ramirez:

kindergarten, you're not going to encounter so many bullies,

Monica Ramirez:

and I was an adult,

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: yes, yes. And also, at the same time, a lot of

Monica Ramirez:

times there's people that are like, oh, man, I thought I

Monica Ramirez:

healed this part, but there's different layers, and I think

Monica Ramirez:

it's important for people to know that. Like, yeah, you might

Monica Ramirez:

have healed an aspect of that, but maybe there's something else

Monica Ramirez:

there for us. And it doesn't mean we haven't done the work,

Monica Ramirez:

and it doesn't mean, you know, we're not making progress. And I

Monica Ramirez:

think that's really important for people to know as well,

Monica Ramirez:

because I think sometimes people get down on themselves and say,

Monica Ramirez:

Oh, why is this coming up again? I thought I hadn't done all this

Monica Ramirez:

work on it, you know? And yeah, you did. And yeah, it's made

Monica Ramirez:

progress. And here's an opportunity now to see that you

Monica Ramirez:

are so aware now that of the pattern, that you actually can

Monica Ramirez:

recognize that, oh, wait a second, there is a pattern here,

Monica Ramirez:

and an opportunity to go even deeper on that. So I think that

Monica Ramirez:

that's a wonderful opportunity, an invitation to all of us, to

Monica Ramirez:

all of us to to challenge that and to recognize that you know

Monica Ramirez:

that this healing process comes in layers. We're probably going

Monica Ramirez:

to be doing it the rest of our lives and beyond. But that's

Monica Ramirez:

part of the schooling, that's part of the learning. Yeah,

Monica Ramirez:

we're becoming masters of that. So when talking

Monica Ramirez:

Okay, is like the new master, the part of not feeling victim,

Monica Ramirez:

right? I even if I have worked for in this for years, once in a

Monica Ramirez:

while catch myself, Oh, my God, I am acting like a victim

Monica Ramirez:

mentality. I am not a victim. Let me empower myself in that

Monica Ramirez:

mentality, emotion at the same time changing that so I can

Monica Ramirez:

empower myself again and don't because feeling guilt leaving

Monica Ramirez:

the victim mentality is taking your power away and giving it to

Monica Ramirez:

someone else. So let me bring my power back so we can change it

Monica Ramirez:

in the moment. We choose different. Yes, then this is our

Monica Ramirez:

life. This is our choice, what we want to live?

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: Yeah, we have the power to choose. And I think

Monica Ramirez:

that's such a beautiful message for each and every one of us. So

Monica Ramirez:

that being said, you mentioned your program that is underway

Monica Ramirez:

that people can still hop into if they wish to. Everything is

Monica Ramirez:

recorded, so you can catch replays as well. But what else

Monica Ramirez:

is in store for our people, if they if they're feeling like,

Monica Ramirez:

oh, Monica's, you know, she's the right one for me to teach me

Monica Ramirez:

or to guide me in any way. What do you have to offer?

Monica Ramirez:

Well, I have, I would like to give them some

Monica Ramirez:

something free, so they can test a little bit about these beliefs

Monica Ramirez:

and so forth with an intervention of NLP, for 30

Monica Ramirez:

minutes. Oh, yay. And, and, yes, a little bit of Akashic records

Monica Ramirez:

that I learned from Dee.

Monica Ramirez:

Rev. Rose Hope: That's so good. So Akashic blended with neuro

Monica Ramirez:

linguistic programming to really help with reprogramming. And

Monica Ramirez:

that's a gift for everyone listening. So if you feel the
