The lands of Prince Prospero are ravaged by a mysterious, incurable disease, as grotesque as it is lethal. As the world dies around him, the prince and his cohorts isolate themselves in a fortified palace, preoccupying themselves with debauched bacchanalia.

They thought the outside world couldn’t touch them.

But the sudden appearance of a ghastly stranger provides a forceful reminder: not even the powerful can escape…the Red Death!
