This week we got a chance to talk with our very own feisty operator, Ella Hnatyshyn! Ella competed alongside Haley this past weekend in Clash Miami, as her second professional long course race. In the interview she tells us about how she got into triathlon after competing as a synchronized swimmer, her preparation for this race (including a hot bath protocol), and so much more.
