It’s incredibly powerful when we learn to show up for our kids by being present with them in their good times and their more difficult times. Parental presence shapes who our kids become and how their brains get wired.
- Attuning to emotions
- Building connection
- Providing security
Dr. Tina Payne Bryson is the co-author (with Dan Siegel) of two New York Times Best Sellers—The Whole-Brain Child and No-Drama Discipline—each of which has been translated into dozens of languages, as well as The Yes Brain and The Power of Showing Up and the forthcoming Bottom Line for Baby.
