The discourse engages profoundly with the enigmatic celestial body known as Chiron, elucidating its implications within astrological frameworks. The speakers meticulously dissect the notion of Chiron's rulership, with one speaker referencing the skepticism of esteemed astrologers regarding Chiron's capacity to govern a zodiac sign. This skepticism leads to a more nuanced examination of Chiron's role, particularly in the context of personal astrological charts. Through the lens of personal experience, one speaker reveals the significant presence of Chiron within their own chart, positioning it as a focal point and a catalyst for introspection and self-discovery. The exploration extends to the interplay between Chiron, Saturn, and Uranus, underscoring the complex relationships these celestial bodies can have within an individual’s astrological narrative. Ultimately, the discussion encapsulates the multifaceted nature of Chiron, urging listeners to consider its unique influence in their own lives and the broader astrological landscape.

Okay, so that was her logic.
Speaker A:But I'd heard other reasons too.
Speaker A:Which brings up something else.
Speaker B:But the.
Speaker B:But the simple answer would be Sagittarius is a Centaurian, and so is.
Speaker B:Yeah, Chiron.
Speaker A:Yeah, that's simple.
Speaker A:And also that it's within Saturn's orbit, so it's closer to us.
Speaker A:All right, all right, it's closer.
Speaker A:It's more like within our known solar system at that point in time.
Speaker B:All right.
Speaker A:Yeah, all right.
Speaker A:Melanie does not say Chiron rules a sign, but there are some astrologers who claim that Chiron is the rule ruler of Virgo.
Speaker A:I sort of laughed because another astrologer who studied chiron for like 40 years, Zane Stein, laughed and said he didn't think a dirty ball of ice was adequate to rule a sign.
Speaker A:You know, that he thought Chiron was important, but he wouldn't give it rulership.
Speaker A:So this is my chart that I promised.
Speaker A:And for those of you that aren't seeing it, what you find is that Chiron is 100% a focal planet.
Speaker A:In my chart, I have Chiron in the first degree of Aries card, and it is in a very close square to my moon, which is at one degree, Capricorn, and also opposite Uranus for me, which is at 0 degrees 0 minutes Libra.
Speaker A:It's also opposite my son at 5 degrees and 45 minutes Libra.
Speaker A:It's also conjunct by 9 degrees to my north node in Aries.
Speaker A:So it's a focal point as part of a T square as well as the fact that it is near the Aphelion in Aries and it's in close tight orb to several personal planets, but particularly the sun and the Moon.
Speaker A:If you use aspects that are not traditional Ptolemaic aspects, like if you use the quincunx, then Chiron would be a quincunx to my Mars, my Mercury and my Venus.
Speaker A:So, yeah, I was like, okay, I get why Chiron's been yelling at me, like, why he said, you know, come learn about me.
Speaker A:You know, it's.
Speaker A:And I just had what I'll call my Chiron return, which I'll talk more about in a little bit.
Speaker A:A couple years ago.
Speaker A:So it's still kind of in the fading away part of my chart.
Speaker A:Where's your Chiron at, Paul?
Speaker A:Or do you mind saying yes, in
Speaker B:aries in the 11th.
Speaker A:In the 11th.
Speaker A:What degree of Aries?
Speaker B:I want to say 13.
Speaker A:13.
Speaker A:So you're really having your Chiron return now?
Speaker A:More.
Speaker B:Yes.
Speaker B:Well, yes, I might.
Speaker B:Let me answer Your question real quick.
Speaker B:I had a. I had a.
Speaker B:It's at 12 degrees, I believe.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:12 degrees Aries, and I have Uranus at 13 degrees Libra.
Speaker B:So.
Speaker B:But I did have a question for you.
Speaker B:And.
Speaker B:Well, this is just because I know someone who has this the same as you.
Speaker B:How do you think Chiron in that four has shown up for you?
Speaker A:You know what?
Speaker A:Let me dive into that when I kind of take you through some life.
Speaker B:All right.
Speaker A:I have that coming.
Speaker B:All right.
Speaker B:All right.
Speaker B:Thank you.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:I wanted to.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker B:All right.
Speaker A:Because at first I was like, I don't know.
Speaker A:But then as I looked at the patterns, it became clear to me.
Speaker A:And so I want to kind of talk through how to.
Speaker A:How to do that for yourself.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:So interpreting Chiron in a chart, I mean, you can start off by just doing it the way you would any other planet.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:So you can delineate by signature by the house and by aspects through other planets.
Speaker A:And then you might also think about what your Saturn is like and what your Uranus is like and how Chiron might connect those things.
Speaker B:Wait, wait, wait, wait.
Speaker B:Let me stop you there.
Speaker B:Are you saying that when looking at the chart, when you're trying to look at Chiron, it's also important to look at your Saturn and Uranus?
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Because if Chiron's important for you, there may be some ways in which Chiron either brings together your own sort of Saturn meanings and issues with your Uranian meanings and issues or kind of inflames the difference between those two.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker A:Depending on where Chiron is and how it's working.
Speaker A:But I think as I kind of walk through.
Speaker A:So for me, you know, I understood what Aries means and what the fourth house means, but I wanted to really go back in history and see what's really happened when Chiron has been an important point.
Speaker A:And so that's kind of what I want to walk through to get you to how I came to, what it means for me.
Speaker B:Let me ask you this, though.
Speaker B:So is.
Speaker B:Is Saturn and Uranus in some type of interplay that Chiron is trying to intermingle with?
Speaker A:I.
Speaker A:Well, theoretically, yes.
Speaker B:All right.
Speaker A:Right.
Speaker B:That's kind of.
Speaker B:That's kind of what I heard.
Speaker B:Yeah.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:And that some people have chirons which are more saturnian, some people might have chirons which are more Uranian.
Speaker A:And for some people, Chiron might not be an important, important asteroid in their life, you know?
Speaker B:All right.
