Hello! I'm Lauren Hernandez (she/her) in Austin, Texas.

I encompass 20 years of full time industry experience, working at a variety of Fortune 500 companies. I began working full time the day after my 16th birthday, and with that, I have gained a wide variety of skills & expertise.

What makes me happiest at work is solving problems, being able to help & grow others, sharing knowledge, and feeling like I've made a positive difference in someone's life.

When I'm not working, I enjoy teaching financial literacy & providing career & resume coaching, volunteering at Austin Animal Center, watching true crime and reading, and going to live music shows here in Austin.
