Hannah was diagnoses with PCOS when she was 17 and has been learning over the last 13 years how to manage her condition through physical and mental exercises and learning.
She has also become an ambassador for promoting awareness of the condition to help others. She is passionate about sharing her experiences with others due to the lack of information and support she was given when she was first diagnosed
