Shownotes

Do you struggle with consistency? Or maybe your mind wanders into the abyss that takes you far away from the moment and into the consuming future...you're not alone! Being present and showing up is a battle for most of us. But having a creative practice and a single step you can take in the moment, as simple as it sounds, can change everything.

My guest today, Albert Flynn DeSilver says “we are all creative geniuses and inherently creative & wise. Being creative is as essential as air and water”.

Albert  is an award-winning internationally published writer, speaker, and workshop leader known for merging the art of creative writing with the evolutionary practice of mindfulness meditation. Albert is the author of the memoir “Beamish Boy: A Memoir of Recovery & Awakening” and also served as Marin County California’s very first Poet Laureate from 2008-2010.
