🌊 NEW EPISODE: Crystal Water Experience Podcast

What if everything you've been told about healing, intuition, and spiritual truth is being drowned out by noise — and you already know it?

This week, Dr Jo Whitaker sits down with the incredible Andrea Foulkes — past life regression expert, former ITV star of Have I Been Here Before?, and one of the most refreshingly no-nonsense voices in the spiritual world.

They go DEEP on:

✨ How to tell the difference between real spiritual wisdom and people who've just read a lot of books

✨ Why women are conditioned to override their own intuition — and how to stop

✨ The shocking stories of people who refused to heal — and what happened next

✨ Past lives, entities, trauma, and why your body is keeping score across lifetimes

✨ How to become the kind of person who feels the truth before they can explain it

This is the conversation the algorithm doesn't want you to have.

💧 Listen now and let us know — have you ever felt something was true before you had any proof?

We have. And it's a fascinating topic and we've keep going to and from each other on a few different topics that keep coming up, especially on spirituality, past lives, and things like that. And we're trying to dispel some real hardcore myths out there. And if anyone's been following my spiritual trap kind of things that I've been doing on social media, then I think we're gonna come up with a few of those today.

I think it's actually quite [:

And that is, when you're evolved enough to be able to feel the truth in what other people are saying, you can feel it in yourself. And I suppose in my journey, I've been exposed to this, 'cause I had a big awakening sort of 25 years ago when I lived in London, and I now live in Glastonbury, and my awakening led me very quickly...

hat time, but that was around:

If a spade, I'll say it's a spade. So I ended up doing past life regression, and I'd been in a development class very quickly, and from being, like the school of Hogwarts, I was top of the class instead of being bottom of the class in the 3D school. I was like top of the class here, and I was like, "Oh, it's so easy.

years. But in:

ou your own show?" And I did [:

It was more can we prove people have incarnated before? And then they made a big production out of it, and it became very distorted and a high... They needed a lot of money to do it, 'cause they were reenacting the past lives instead of focusing on the intrigue of what these people were saying about how it healed them, which is the healing aspect and really what we're gonna talk about, is how we heal ourselves, isn't it?

as then speaking as the main [:

There's a lot of repetition, and there's a lot of encouragement on social media and algorithms, a bit like as the TV was, to say sensational things rather than slightly more boring but really powerful, truthful things, right? Yeah. And I think there's then you've got the fine line between are they de- are those other people delusional or are they a fantasist or are they really a con man or a con woman?

ates that? What creates that [:

But sometimes if they believe their untruths you can be sucked into believing it. If the person speaking their untruth believes their own untruths, then y- you have to really develop, what you were talking about earlier, is really develop your own intuition because while the rest of the crowd are going, "Oh my God, I think they're wonderful, I think they're lovely," and you're going, "They're talking nonsense and lies and deception."

difference, and I think that [:

Why can they not see it? And then that gets us back into you have to evolve your own level of intuition and discernment, not fake intuition, true, real, soul-deep, it's painful to evolve that. And you have to stand alone, isn't it? You're gonna stand alone for your truth while everyone's going, "Oh, I think they're amazing.

distortion. And you have to [:

I love what you've just said, that there's a lot to unpack there, which we will go into. And this is why we called it the crystal water experience, because w- I can tell people things all day long, but until you experience it... And what you were saying about deception is you get a feeling from somebody, and then when they are proven to be your feeling, you then have to refer back to, oh, that's what that feeling was.

You got truth bumps, and then you've got the opposite. Whatever, however that shows up in your body. And if you don't pay attention to it, you're not gonna be paying attention to what's going on around you. So it's something you develop over time and with experience, right? Yeah. I th- I learnt the really painful hard way because when I had my awakening...

facet of the con man, and I [:

he other day, it's only since:

l anymore, isn't it? I think [:

It, there seems to be a lot of men in these kind of authoritative, influential positions compared with women doing the work. So when I go to workshops or events and see people doing healing practices, and the healing, they might be a healer, but they're still gonna go to a sound bath, they're still working on themselves.

trauma. It's a trauma. It's [:

I was with two other women and a guy who doesn't have any money for a start, right? So he's not a bad person, okay? But when I was listening to him, I was like, because I know more about the topic we were talking about, and I know that I know more than the whole other three of them, not in an arrogant way, I just do, right?

The wo- one of the women said to me, "Oh, you sound like you know what you're talking about." I said that's 'cause I do." I do know what I'm talking about. I, I'm very good at investing money, and I'm not in debt. I'm, I... all these things that would prove that I would be good with that.

like, "He doesn't even know [:

And I've seen it in workshops. And where we move on to now workshops, 'cause it's, a story's coming to mind. I've had guys come to my workshops, right? And they've read a lot of spiritual books. Like they've read every spiritual book going, and they've got a photographic memory, and they've remembered stuff, okay?

ause he's just pontificating [:

Now, I know because these guys are my clients, so I actually know what's going on in their inner world. I know they're not in harmony. I know they have health issues. I know they have financial issues. I even know that some of these guys who are pontificating watch porn or are even into terrible things that I think are lower vibrational, like swinging and stuff like that.

And it's like you're listening to this guy who is living the most unconscious life possible, and the reason he's at my workshop is 'cause he wants to evolve, but he's sabotaging it because he's got all these succubuses and incubuses from watching pornography, from doing this, acts of swinging and stuff like that.

g at somebody who holds this [:

Working with men," so predominantly men. And by the way, I do love, I absolutely love men. I love working with men, a lot. But I said, "Yeah, the way that I had to bring up information in a group or in a meeting or whatever, the way that I had to, get people to respect my authority," and I had a very senior director position in a technology company for a massive global brand.

ing on my own because it was [:

It's the programming. Their trauma. They're responding, just like the women are being programmed and respond to trauma. And I did an event this weekend, and I said, "Has anybody ever heard of me?" And everyone was like, "No." I said, "Have you heard of this guy, and this guy?" Famous people talking about, genetic injections.

And they went, "Oh yeah, we know him." I said, "Well- Do you know that they're not qualified. I am. I've been speaking about this for six years. Why don't you know my name? Why am I not in your consciousness? Think it's because I'm a woman. And they all went, "Oh my gosh, that's just a bit sexist."

he truth and what we need to [:

So I da- I... And I didn't pay attention at school, so I was in the idiot's class for maths, yet I ran the school tuckshop, so that doesn't add up. So I can add up, but not in a classroom situation. So I didn't... You obviously did very well academically at school. To be an engineer, you've got to have done academically well.

-plus, 'cause I was born in:

So I failed that. My parents were always arguing as well. My dad wasn't always there 'cause he was away at sea. So my programming was that I didn't academically do particularly well at school. So that may have served me in another way in the area I went into and that I was always doing things that were nothing to do with sitting still at a table and a desk, and that was not always my...

that was not really my skillset. But I was very good at communicating with people and talking to people and being personable. And everything I did- From leaving school, I did hairdressing for two years when I left school at college, and then I worked in a salon. And even when I worked in the salon this is funny because it will throw a bit of a spanner in the works into what you're saying, because I was busy working in this salon.

hairdressing for a ye- for a [:

And I went, "Oh, God, so you do." And and they went you don't." I said no because I'm wearing my Laura Ashley dresses." And- And so I didn't have to comply in that environment, and I was having the opposite experience than you. I was being allowed to be myself, but if I go back to my childhood to identify this, so I wonder if it's in your childhood, and it isn't necessarily a complete program that we're in.

it, I seem to have wormed my [:

do you remember the orange space hoppers? Oh, yeah. Everyone's lined up for the space hopper race, but no, I am on a pink lamb that's half- ... half the size, and I've gotta bounce twice as hard. And so again, my mum was making me different than the other people indirectly. I don't think she knew what she was doing, but she made me be different.

And then when we went to secondary school, there was you could wear a summer dress, and it was gingham and most people wore a blazer on their first day even though you would drift, your school uniform would drift as you went through the years. But my mum didn't make me wear that on the first day.

acket. And then when we came [:

And I've analyzed this in doing the inner child therapy. I've analyzed how my mum made me different and made me confident in my being different so I didn't have to fit in. And on the day when I first did my time on This Morning Paul McKenna was there, and they said to me something. And they said don't tell her.

Don't tell her." And they went... I said don't tell me what?" And they went, "Don't tell her. Don't tell her." And then I could see Paul McKenna looking at me like daggers, and it turned out that was my first time showing a past life regression on TV, on ITV, and Paul McKenna wasn't there to do past life regression.

a or me, and they gave it to [:

In some things they'll listen to me, but m- like, where I see a distortion is sometimes around money. They won't listen to me as someone who has any authority, let's say, or experience in- ... in dealing with money. And I would say in the past I wasn't particularly good at that, but something happened to me in

e I've got it, and I weirdly [:

Does that make sense? Without analyzing it. Without analyzing it. And I think that is a really great skill. And I would say a lot of people that are in whatever the field that they're in, has naturally seem to be able to pick things up. Kelly at the weekend, we, there was a guy juggling three balls, and Kelly had never juggled before, and she was watching and she said, "Can I have a go?"

And she juggled. She could juggle three balls. He goes, "Have you ever done it before?" She's just "No, I just thought that I could do it," right? But on the whole... all of that kind of scientific discipline and everything, I was deliberately placed there because I am capable of going through that.

g and scientific communities [:

Because people know when it's a man that's speaking about science and technology, something in them, especially if they've got kind of crazy hair and look a bit disheveled, that gives them the impression that this person needs to be listened to. Their idea of a scientific person is being created, and then once they see that imprint, they behave in a particular way.

a beautiful, she was either a:

dn't let her be credited- as [:

It is. They've got... People seem to have to put people in boxes. I've never sat well in boxes, and I really enjoy, I don't know about what you think, I really enjoy turning up to something and people pigeonhole me, 'cause I've gotta be, you gotta be one thing or another, and then me turn out to be totally different.

A lot of people don't realize that, like in my, between the ages of 40 and 45, I was semi-pro boxing, and every month- Oh, wow ... I would go away and fight for money. People don't know this about me, right? Wow. I'm a semi-pro boxer. Because I'm like, "I'm not gonna sit in a box," and I really enjoy, like, spinning people out.

nd when you're in the right, [:

It's almost like people, to feel safe and belong, they have to fit into these things. But you and I don't really like doing that. We like turning things on its head in whatever box we're in, right? Yes. I think, that's really interesting you done boxing, 'cause I think you've had a lot of incarnations as male in other lifetimes as well.

And so I sometimes see that with people. I'm thinking even though they're a beautiful, feminine woman in this lifetime, they're bringing this very masculine energy. Although I don't think I bring masculine energy, I do confuse men maybe in a relationship point. I think if I had any area where I feel men struggle with me, it would be in relationships.

ling as well. So I went from [:

I got such pleasure from earning my own money. So I was never, gonna be the little housewife or the little, arm candy, 'cause I've got too much to say for myself. Yeah. And even when I was modeling, I would, I would chip in, and I can remember a woman saying to me once, but it was a woman but we were showing some clothes to a man.

ally told me to shut up, and [:

I thought that I was talking to my daughter." And I said, "Ooh, you must feel very close to me." And and so I held my own, but it was like- I was triggering them, and I remember people saying, "Oh, I wanted to not like you, because you were the model and you were brought into our business to be the model, and I wanted to not like you, but actually I ended up liking you."

But it's because I would be, you could call it clever because I'm not trying to compete like you were trying to compete. I was trying to do my job, but also I would be very good at making people like me. Like also, if I could feel a woman was insecure, I would always talk to her, not the man, and I would address her and would say something complimentary to her.

ou can say should we have to [:

It's reading a room, reading a situation, reading the people in the room, and how best should I portray myself to get the best out of this situation. I... as you were speaking then- ... I was thinking, "This is exactly what you are brilliant at." It really is. And you were just saying... I was just like f- feeling the em- the emotions and the sensations I have when you speak, and you just really hit the nail on the head, right?

... which some people might- [:

I need to go work on myself," way. It's a really nurturing, developmental kind of feeling. It's really interesting, Andrea. I think it's once you know who you are, and people don't like you to know who you are. They don't want you to know who you are. But once you know who you are, you're not really interested in being liked or not liked.

But I am interested in sometimes ... I've done it in the past on social media. I've had people attacking me all day long. We've gone through that. We've gone through that period where, people would stalk you and say nasty things to you. And, I've had the police involved with some people, some stalkers in the past and everything.

ave to have a kind of cosmic [:

Because when you've gone through that background, it's really interesting because it's personal. Because when somebody doesn't book you for a job, it's because of what you look like. It's personal. It's things I can't really change. It's how I speak. It's what I look like. Yes, I could maybe work on becoming thinner, or I could change my hair color, but I can't fundamentally change certain things about myself, and I don't fit what you're looking for.

. I learnt that, that, [:

But then somehow I moved into the spiritual world, and I think it is the voice. I think we have to develop our voice, and a sound frequency out of our voice holds truth. And even if your voice holds truth, this is what I've come to think, see if you agree or not, even if your voice holds the absolute truth, right?

're operating on a different [:

And with what- ... was coming out. And it's really interesting, all the things you say. I only lasted in hairdressing as a kind of part-time job for a week, 'cause I was rubbish at it. And I used to get all the old ladies' heads, all the water ran down their backs.

So I was never cut out for that. And but and every time I hear you, I'm like, gosh, this woman's just so absolutely on it. But if you think about it, the, the book reading, it's particularly men, I'm not saying women don't do this as well, it's particularly academics. It is a way of brainwashing you into distortion.

And what I mean by that is, when you read something, and then you read another thing, and then you read another thing, and then you read another thing, or you see it, you'll start to see the patterns. We are built for pattern recognition and frequency pattern recognition. So as you're reading this stuff, because you're seeing the same thing written again and again, "Oh, it was in ancient Sumerian texts.

nd this text," so it must be [:

Yeah, and I think in past lives and like you're saying, it's like in the past lives you'll see repeated patterns of people believing distortions of truth. It's y- you have to diver- it, it is ba- it's always, it keeps going back to the intuition. Your intuition can feel that's not a truth.

h." But you need experiences [:

By, by my own interpretation, I would say it was a psychopathic con man. And I kn- I knew it. I knew it. And the first time I ever sp- spoke to him, my inner voice, that higher self, that authentic soul self, it's not higher, it's the authentic soul self, isn't it? Said, "You are..." It said these very words in my head to me, "Andrea, you are talking to the dark side.

You are talking to the devil here." I'm like no." And and I projected who I wanted this person to be in my ego narrative of what I was looking for in my life at that point in my, in time. So therefore, when I see all these women or men crying out, "Ugh, I hate that I've attracted this person into my reality."

Once you get [:

ationship point of view, but [:

And then you start looking at how you drew all these people into your reality, and where your consciousness was at on the day you met them. And if you can be honest and authentic with yourself, and then forgive yourself of where you were at in that place in your mind, then... And I learnt it early doors, 'cause I realized when I started dating and when I was doing this inner healing work on myself, I was, you know- My friends had abandoned me 'cause I started modeling and they were jealous of that and one of them had started m- modeling almost at the same time as me, but she obviously didn't believe in herself enough.

She could've been a model. She was probably prettier than me, but I was doing it from a different level of consciousness, so it worked out for me and it didn't for her. But then she be- then she had the green-eyed monster of jealousy, and then she didn't know how to deal with that.

[:

I'm not a diff- I'm not difficult. I'm an easy person to deal with. But then move it on to things like once I worked doing regression on TV, maybe I did become difficult 'cause I had morals and I had ethics, and I had things that I felt we had to do that were correct in the protocol of regressing somebody, that I couldn't make the time shorter because I had to use morals and ethics.

re, and I was just wondering [:

But they're not, it's not like their fault. There's no blame. It's because there is something within them the programming, however it is, and that, but they are responsible and accountable for removing it. They might not have put it there. It can be there, whatever they've gone through before or whatever, but nobody's gonna come and remove it.

You can't go, "Oh, snap it's all gone for you." You have to do it yourself, right? So are you finding more people are realizing that they are responsible for doing this now and coming forward? I think more people do inner work. You know when they do the first session and, they've got a truckload of stuff 'cause they may have never done any inner work with anybody and they may even know about entities, and they're like, "Can you just get rid of this entity?"

like it doesn't really work [:

I have to explore all these o- these potentials within you as the client to get to the origin of that, and we have to then... So you may go, "Oh, I just want you to get rid of this entity. I don't need to do inner child therapy." I'm like that might be a nice idea for you, but if you want me to really help you, you need to be open that we might have to go into inner child stuff.

eally serious ailments where [:

And I could be blunt with them. Sometimes you're nicer. You're not quite so blunt with clients. But you can go, "If you don't go back to that inner child stuff and heal that, you're not gonna heal." And they're like I don't believe that," yeah. And x weeks later, you're at their funeral, and you're like, "Okay."

Yeah. I even saw it with one lady once, and, desperately wanted to help her. She was only 23. And when we went back, and I knew her mother and everything, and when we went back, it was- her brother had been her brother in a past life. It was her brother in this lifetime, and she really hated him with a vengeance.

ee the origin of the trauma. [:

We've cleared the past life with this brother. That's why you incarnated into this family dynamic for the connection to him. That was why you came into this family dynamic. We've now healed that, but for you to truly heal, to stay in your physical body and stay here, we're gonna have to go back to the origin of why you hated him and reprogram that in this lifetime."

And she went, "No." I went, "Okay, do you understand the seriousness of your no? 'Cause you're seriously ill." And she's like, "Yes." And she didn't wanna heal that at 23, and she got it. And, then her mother did this big drama of flying over a guru from India. "Andrea, do you think if I fly over this guru from India to help my daughter, it's gonna help her heal?"

nd the mother needed the ego [:

I've done the local girl, who's been on TV. That's got some kudos. But l- let's try the Indian guru." And of course, I thought, "It's hardly gonna work 'cause she doesn't wanna heal this story with her brother." Yeah. I know why she's... and sadly, she passed away. Yeah. And that's the truth of it, and one of my other great stories, you'll love this story. So this guy comes to see me. He's an investment banker. Sort of thing, he's this intelligent man, he's in his 40s. He said, I've heard y- i- it- he'd got the big C word, and he said, I've heard you can heal that. I know people who've healed that by, doing emotional inner journey work."

we've not got to the bottom [:

And a- as we were doing it, I said, "I realize you've got..." I could intuitively see he had issues. I said, "So you've got issues with male authority figures." He went, "Oh my goodness. Woo. You're very g- yes, I have. Oh my God. Woo, it's really tri-" So he got triggered by that. That was before we started doing the regression.

So then we start doing the regression and of course I'm looking at why is this going here? Why is it not going to another part of his body? Why is this here? This is a weird place. Why has it gone there? So why is the weakened cell memory there? The weakened cell memory is there because he's on a slave ship in a past life, and they're whipping him on his wrist to row more.

acher who was attached as an [:

And I thought I've done the best I can in the time, and I've given him a bit extra time," but the session had to come to an end. And I printed off all this stuff about, surgeons and why you might not want to believe that until it's the last port of call and you must go down that path, 'cause nothing else has worked.

And he went yeah." I said, "So when are you gonna come back?" So he went, "Oh I'll come back next week." I said when are you seeing the surgeon?" He said, "The week after." I said, "So come back next week." So he goes home, thinks about it, but as ... Just before he turned to walk to leave, as he was just about to leave, and he'd booked this session for the next week.

nner child with Mummy, yeah? [:

So I let it go, and I thought, "Okay, just let it go." But then my intrigues got the better of me, and this was quite a few years ago, and I had to learn a lesson from this as well. So I was like, "Oh, I'm gonna just email him, see how he's getting on." So I write this email, and he says, "Oh, yeah.

Thanks, Andrea. I just decided after I'd had my appointment with the surgeon, I'd spoken to him on the phone. I decided to go with him and trust him. So it's no offense to you. I just decided to trust him." I said, "Yeah, but you said he couldn't remove the tumor, he went no, he can't remove the tumor, so I'm getting my arm amputated on Saturday."

. I'm like, wow, the fear of [:

I don't care if this man ever speaks to me again if I can trigger a healing in him. So I wrote back, 'cause I thought we've still got till Saturday, and he doesn't wanna see me, so I emailed back, "Do you think Mommy will be nice to a little boy with one arm?" Oh my gosh, did you? I did. I did. And I thought, "I don't care if that man hates me for the rest of his life if I might have triggered an emotional healing in him that he would

us frequency before Saturday [:

And but we're hearing more and more of these stories are we not? And what you're not saying is, "Oh, don't worry, I, I'll just cure everything for you, and you just come to me, and you don't need any doctors at all." What you're saying is in many, and for thousands of years actually, and in many parts of the world, they are using the kind of...

this understanding of our ancestral heritage, of memory, and all this kind of stuff, in order to support the body as energetically well as possible. And this kind of resorting to, pharmaceuticals and surgery is pretty much a Western thing, and we are the sickest on the planet. Yeah ... we have the lowest fertility rates.

nal programming that we have [:

No, and I... And I think the thing is, I would like people... and I'm sure you're the same, I'd like people to say you've got that option. You've always got that option. That option's there, but wouldn't it be good to try this? 'Cause you have got a window of time. Okay, you might be full of fear, and so helping you heal the fear is gonna be a good thing."

Yeah. Getting, getting rid of the fear. And if you look in the olden days, before allopathic medicine came into being, you'd have the homeopathy cart would come into the village, the homeopath. You've got Dr. Raymond Rife with sound frequency and healing there. That existed. You've got the herbalist.

But ultimately, it all depends on your soul changing your consciousness, changing your frequency, and the penny has to drop to change the frequency. Because, the frequency that you're holding that makes you sick and ill- cannot be continued into health and wellbeing. 'Cause if you hold onto that frequency, you're only gonna get the same of what you've already got.

entment, judgy judgment, and [:

It's not hurting the people who created it for you. They've moved on. They might not even be here anymore. They might not even be in a physical body, but you're still angry with them, and sometimes you're angry with people from other lifetimes. You're carrying this bitterness and resentment through many lifetimes, and when we see the origin of your bitterness and resentment, it comes from a lifetime, 100 lifetimes ago.

Or 1,000 years ago, and you're holding on to some stuff. I had a client the other day, and he was messing me around before we even had the first session, and I was very borderline, "This is not going to work. I cannot work with you because you are messing me around to even book a time for a session."

I speak to him, if he's not [:

Yeah. So within the first few minutes I said to him- I don't know how open you are to the concept of entities. He went, "Oh, yeah, I'm very open to that. That's why I've booked the session." I said you do realize you've got a huge amount of entities attached to you?" And in my head I'm thinking, "And they are ancient, back to Gilgamesh.

eople are becoming more able [:

And like you and I both say, it's like it doesn't matter whether you believe these stories or believe me when I tell you my things. What matters is your experience. And if you want to experience your life differently because you're unhappy with the life that you've got, whether it's your health, your wellbeing, your finances or whatever thing, then the last thing you really wanna do is carry on doing the stuff that isn't working for you, isn't it?

Because that's crazy. That is There is something wrong with that attitude. And the thing is those other people around you, when you make this choice, are gonna feel, "Wow, this person's now doing weird things." So what? Why do you need everybody else's approval? It's your life. You make this decision.

And the, the good thing [:

Yeah. And I fe- I think when you get to the point where you as a therapist are confident enough in yourself to say to somebody, you're... it depends if you're seeing them in person, 'cause you're doing regression in person, but if you're working with them online and reading the emotional Akashic records...

But if they start arguing with me- I'll go, "Listen, I don't think I can help you, so I'm just gonna give you your money back, and whatever time we've had, you can have that for free." Usually when you say that to someone, and you're neutral, you are neutral in you as the therapist- Yeah ... you, I think in all this work that I do with people, one thing I would say as a therapist, you have to be neutral.

utral to their story because [:

But I think even in yourself, as myself I've been through a lot in the last few years, i'm an only child. Both of my parents have died. I found it exceptionally difficult to be left, one, being the carer for these people. My mum had dementia. I couldn't help her fix that. She wasn't open to what I said or did, so I had to help my mum.

ve never been into before. I [:

She is beautiful. She's so beau- Is it a he? She, it's she. She. She's a Calico. Oh, my G- She's half Maine Coon. Oh, she's so beautiful. Yeah, she's beautiful. Carry on, sorry. Your trinkets. She's so cute. Yeah. So it's like I've never been in this facet of the diamond of my life before. You can be really evolved, like you can think you're this really evolved being, and you are in these facets- Yeah

but I've never gone through losing my parents in this lifetime. I've never gone through being left with a house full of furniture and trinkets that is neatly hoarded. I don't emotionally know how to process this. This is new for me. I am on the floor with how to deal with this. I really don't know the way forward.

ct that I don't know the way [:

And I would have people saying to me, "Oh, have you not done it yet?" I'm like, "No, because I care more about my cortisol and stress levels and my grief than I do clearing the house." Yes, it's gonna cost me more money to keep the house for the next year or two, but it, I can't my stress and anxiety and cortisol levels cannot afford to go into this project at this point in time.

k if everybody did that with [:

And I think what you've just said is just, is so important for people to hear. And as you're listening on this podcast, you are important. We're not just giving this information, me and Andrea today, we're not giving this information just to spout off and give you an interesting story.

We're hoping this triggers something in you, and the most important thing that we wanna trigger is that you are important. You are here listening to this for a reason. You're alive at this time for a reason, and we actually can't do with you when you are, You're not gonna be very helpful when you're on the floor and not coping and repeating cycles and getting caught into all the rabbit holes and all the trauma triggers that they keep releasing every lifetime, every cycle for you.

portant you are in this, and [:

And there's no such thing as failure, and I think especially, 'cause I've gone through the thing with the elderly parents thing, and, don't beat yourself up if you think, "You know what? I can't do this. They're gonna have to go in a home," and so be it, it's like you do the best you can to the level that you can, and don't beat yourself up because society says you should do this, or this.

he other thing is you can be [:

I've had a lot of new worries I've had to process come in about, oh my God, I don't have any frontline family now. By that, apparently that means a partner or children or a brother or a sister. I don't... So what would happen if I died? Oh, now I've gotta face what's gonna happen.

Oh, no, now I'm 90-ish years of age in my mind already. Now I've gotta process that's coming up. This is coming up in my mind. Now I'm gonna have to deal with this. Oh, this is so annoying, because this is the last thing I want to be dealing with now is worries about being 90. Oh, what if I die?

ll these... We've always got [:

and different points of view. Be like, "Oh, shit, now I've gotta deal with this. This is now coming up. Now I've gotta find a place to get okay with this, because this is gonna worry me," and it's an unnecessary worry, but it's what is, it's what is arising in me now. So this is what's arising in me now.

any better, so it's but then [:

And instead of you going, "Oh, darling, you must look left and right," instead you got so traumatized by your child running across the road, your knee-jerk reaction was to hit them. Or shout at them. And then they're confused, and now they're in therapy- ... for the confusion they experienced when they were three or four.

Yes. And that was probably a repeated cycle, 'cause that probably happened to them. And somebody's got to take the responsibility of breaking those cycles, and I think we're in an age of cycle breakers. There's a lot of cycle breakal- breaking happening. So well done to all of you that are doing all this cycle breaking.

Do you know what I find very [:

I al- and I realize it's 'cause I always have been. But what I f- very interesting is like I am not going... I'm not a trauma therapist. It's like it's not in my, it's not in my soul mission this lifetime, right? I'm not the right disposition. I am a, in this mode, right? And when somebody tries to tell me their trauma, and I'm very s- I'm empathetic and sympathetic even, right?

And, But I say to them, I said, "Look, I'm not the right person for you to be talking about, because I'm just gonna come with my typical kind of me, Jo energy, which is everybody's had trauma. You're not the only body. You've just described your trauma, and I've had the trauma, and they've had the trauma, and everybody has."

g to this now- ... everybody [:

It's not 'cause you have to. There's no "You must do this." It's like your life will be better and easier, and your relationships and your everyday living and health will be better if you deal with it. So that's one brilliant reason to do it. And whatever investment you make in going through that process is nothing compared with the financial even benefits you're gonna get as a result of it.

Instead of choosing shitty boyfriends that might not have any money and flees you of your money, or make stupid financial decisions because you're enamored with the man selling you the, the timeshare because you're still in that trauma, you can start thinking for yourself instead of from your programs.

's like we'll all go through [:

This'll be good, 'cause I'll be cutting hair and styling hair." And when I got there, they u- they gave me a can of Brasso and they had me chroming the chairs. Inwardly, as this little 17-year-old girl, I was crying inwardly, and when I got home I cried. And my mum said you don't have to go back." No, I have to go back the next day.

that I did want to go to the [:

But actually, these things that are, you know, destroying you inwardly, like as your little arrogant 17-year-old self, are actually the things that are- going to be the catalyst for you evolving the most in life. You need these experiences. You need to be shamed and humbled from your belief system that you had about what you thought you were gonna be doing, because you need to learn these things.

These are soul expansion opportunities, aren't they? All these things are allowing you a, an opportunity to evolve your soul. Every time somebody's mean to you or says something horrible to you, and you feel it like a dagger in your heart, you go, "Oh my God, this is a wonderful opportunity."

o process around this." The, [:

And, i- people say things, and you get to learn really subtle nuances of things. I'd see someone coming towards me, and I think, "I'm choosing not to tell that person my dad's died, because I know they won't be empathetic, and I don't want their judgy opinion." Even a woman down the road from me she...

'cause I am an empath. I saw her upset one day. I said, "Are you all right?" And she said, "No, my sister's just died." And I said, "Oh, my Go-", I think her sister was in her 70s. And and I said, "Oh, gosh that's very sad." And I was being very compassionate, and I said I can feel where you're at," I said, " 'cause my mom died last week."

"Yes it was her time to go." [:

Here is this woman down the road who has a husband, she has children, she has grandchildren. But yes, she's very sad her sister's died, but she's not showing compassion to the other lady. It's really interes- And then- feeling, as I'm gonna get, every- we can go into this rabbit hole all day long, can't we?

And then you're like- Yes ... why, ooh, why do I need to even have this conversation? And this is why some people withdraw, because they don't want to go through that. But also, pick your battles. There are things that you need there are things that you need to deal with, and there's things that you don't need to deal with at the end of the day.

And you don't have to, like [:

Why the hell? It's our story, we're the main character, we get to decide. Yeah. And I can see with you, Jo, 'cause, 'cause we recently... And that is the good thing about social media, isn't it? You can see somebody who's got a similar belief than y- Yes ... that you have. And I've noticed that we've aligned with certain global things that we don't care.

Where other people, even though they claim to be spiritual, are deeply enmeshed still in this story of picking a side, who's right, who's wrong. We're like, "We don't care," 'cause we've moved out of caring about that. And I can see that you are in that same belief structure as me of, all I care about is my own wellbeing and evolving out of this.

And our energy, attention goes, Energy flows. Energy flows, flows and flows. You want to ... I always get it the wrong way around. Flows. And just to say, by the way I'm gonna go back to a girly thing. Your hair looks absolutely amazing, and I've seen it looking over the last event, what you've done differently, I wonder if you could share.

Thank you. Share what you've done differently, 'cause I really love the cut, but it looks amazing. I cut it myself. Did you? I've been... Yeah, I've been cutting my... These are not right. I need to... I was actually going to- Yes ... cut it this morning. Normally I let it be normally curly, let it dry normally.

very day. And that's another [:

We're picking up things in the environment and I like to wash my hair every day to cleanse those things out of the environment. I feel much better if I wash my hair. And I use ones with no parabens in my, in- Yeah ... for my hair, and it's shiny. I, my hair's always been shiny.

e gonna say before, I did an [:

And I'd think, oh, yeah, I'll just put my name to that. Like some quote and put my name. No one would share it. So I would write the same quote and put some ascended master, and they'd share it.

We were speaking about this before, and it's, it is I... I don't know what the word is, but when people are outsourcing their wisdom, and don't feel confident enough to say, "This is coming from me, and therefore, it must be something." They outsource it to their higher self. Or it's a part of me, that isn't really here all the time, so thank you, higher self."

s in history that we portray [:

Why can't they look like that? It's all insane, and it's and it's not, it's not that you're a narcissist 'cause you're confident, it's just that you are meant to be an example to other people. Why can't we have living people as examples? Why d- why do we have to have ascended beings, like, why can't we listen to wise people who are still in a physical body? Exactly. Exactly. And I really wish people would listen to that advice, and stop outsourcing their power, and giving away their power, and see who the true they are. So if anybody wants to contact Andrea, then your website's andreafouls.com.

e your... they're not rants. [:

I do love YouTube, but I actu- there's something really likable about Facebook. I don't know. I've always loved Facebook. It's my favorite social- ... media of choice. It's, it... I don't know, there's something lovely about it. I know. I know. I know what you mean. It can be frustrating at times. I think it depends on who you are following and who's coming up in your feed, but you can easily change your algorithm.

whatever, so you can feed in [:

So that's another interesting aspect, isn't it? And I think we, we have to start doing things like this. We are the conscious creators and, or without getting... We're not gonna go into a big rabbit hole about what they're really doing with AI and how long it's been here, and why they really need 50 billion gallons of water per data center every day.

Yes, you said that. I don't really understand so much what... You told me about that, but I don't really understand what it's about in the water. Why do they need the water for that? E- apparently per data center they need 50 billion gallons of water per day to keep it cool. Now anybody that's got a fridge knows th- you don't need to keep putting fresh water all the time to cool it down.

heat pumps ground activated [:

It ca- is programmable. The fastest super computers in the world use water as software 'cause it's programmable. It's Dr. Emoto's work, Bader Austin's work as well. Just guys, just go onto look on patent.gov .uk, and the patent office website, which I forgot what it is off the top of my head, and go and look at plasma water or water computers, software, and you'll find this.

So- ... there's only one reason why they are using water in data centers, and that is to program water, release it- ... programmed with distortion informa- well, or natural synthetic information, right? Not from nature. Yes. And that's why I don't drink the tap water, 'cause I don't want- water.

India, they have these clay [:

It's a... this is amazing. This would definitely work here. And with, 'Cause I have clay pots because clay is natural- Oh, I love clay ... and it's got the right charge. It makes everything at the right frequency. 'Cause as soon as you've got dirty electricity, it's not the right frequency for us, so it's not in harmony, so your body has to resolve that.

But when you start looking at... I don't know if you've seen it as well, especially 'cause people are thinking survival mode, and what about if the apocalypse comes? But having an open fire, like cooking on a camp fire, is the worst way to use wood. If you cook, if you have the fire underneath, and then put clay bricks around it, they become hot.

most w- least efficient way [:

But I was even looking, Andrea, in Sweden, they're starting to bring some of these clay heaters, like home heaters. So you've got this clay boiler. You put it in. It heats up the stone, and it heats up the whole house. Like a... A little bit like an AGA, but more, way more efficient. Oh, yeah, I'd like that.

List- I saw it here, 'cause, we often get power failures where I live, and I've got a log burner and really thick granite walls. And so my neighbor's putting underfloor, underfloor heating, so anyway, day two of no electric, and they're like, "We can't take it anymore." And I said I've given you a th- a flask of hot water from my log burner," that I've been boiling up, and I can heat the whole house, and I can cook food on my log burner, and I'm getting into the groove of it.

hotel- ... 'cause they can't [:

We can- Yes ... we get credibility for that. Yes, and you know all about that, 'cause I can remember the first time I heard you speak was at the town hall in Glastonbury, and you were talking about the stone circles and the stones you'd been to, and, they hold frequency and, that's all to do with the sun and the frequency, and then we get into the ley lines and everything, isn't it?

It's like, it's never-ending infinite wisdom that's in us. This is the thing, the wisdom. And then I see in sessions, sometimes I see people and I say, "Oh, you need to go to the Stargate portal where your ancestors came in on. Not the past lives, the ancestral lineage. You need to go back to that where your motherland is, where your, you came in on."

ey're able to. Not everybody [:

I I think that's what was unlocked with me as I, be- became conscious, is that when I go to a land, I can pick up what the most prominent frequency of that land that needs harmonizing. So if I'll go somewhere, I'll often get a tune in my head, and I'll start singing this tune, then I'll start seeing the, what the people look like, and then some words will come to me and I'll go, "Okay, the most dominant kind of frequency that has been embedded in this layers is," whatever it is.

u mean. With people, I can I [:

And like me and Kelly were driving somewhere, and I was just looking around. We were going to this place, and I looked around to this field, and then I could see what was going on. There was these men with tall black hats, and they were literally w- genocide in the village is the best way to describe it, okay?

And all I heard was this word reformation. Now, I know nothing about history, but in that time for saying, "Oh, I do," I was like, "This word reformation, I wonder what it is." And then when I researched it, and this place is all to do with the reformation. They had these big, stupid hats and things like this.

So I pick up information from the land, e- especially historical information more than people. And it's- Yeah, and that's- Isn't it? I- I'm walking barefoot on the land. I read the land through the soles of my feet. So I like to... I look at people and I think, "My God, look at that. You've traveled halfway around the world, and you haven't taken your shoes off."

And I'm receiving codes and information from the sun, from the land. Everything is upgrading my DNA, is how I see it. So I'm receiving those upgrades. So I've gone to this place, wherever it is in the world, or even if it's in the UK, but I'm taking my shoes off, otherwise I'm not really getting the full benefit of going there.

r experience today, and, and [:

Obviously I love to encourage people to make sound and frequencies, but w- people have to get a bit more confident- Yeah ... I think, in themselves to, to feel comfortable to make sound. Which is odd, but it is how it is. But I think doing guided journeys is really the beginning point for people. And just observing yourself, and people go when am I observing myself?"

ty to observe- yourself as a [:

So you're constantly entertained. Instead of upset, you're entertained. Ooh, it's we're Agatha Christie or Miss Marple in our own reality. That's great. That is a really brilliant way of looking at it. And every time I've ever been around you in person something's gone on, you've always gone, "Ooh, isn't that interesting to observe?"

And you're generally curious about it. And you're right, it makes everything much, much more fun. Like I've been dealing with some government agencies today, and instead of going I've gotta do it," I'm like, let's... What little game am I gonna play? 'Cause I'm not gonna play their game.

m not stressed about it. I'm [:

End of the story. Yeah. And I think you just gotta s- I, i- if you wanna raise your frequency, you've gotta see it as a cosmic comedy. Cosmic comedy. Even the darkest aspects. Y- it's painful at the time, but n- I always think, and that's what I realize, this too shall pass. Even if you're in a dark space in that moment and you've got a lot of things that are obviously going to upset you, but it will pass.

It will always pass, you will never stay in that dark hole forever. Never Brilliant words. Wise words. Thank you so much for coming on the show today Thank you, Jo. Loved that. Loved it. Okay, everybody, so that's been

We're trying to really help you on your journey. You are important. You are really important. We're not gurus, we're just here to share our experiences and tell you what's worth investing your time in, and probably the stuff that isn't worth wasting your time in. So that's worth a lot in itself.

So thank you very much for listening to the Crystal Water Experience, where every week I bring on a subject matter expert to talk about things that aren't quite mainstream, but are probably things that you might want to have a little think about and see how they resonate with you, and move them forwards.

So take care everybody, and have a great day
