Take Away: A simple act of kindness toward another individual might be just what they needed that day. Let us be aware of the great need that is out there in this world.

Ron:

How aware are you of the people throughout your day that God wants you to minister too? Are you so caught up in your own life that you are missing those golden opportunities to touch someone and love them? I am Ron your host and today we are bringing back to our awareness that lives are not our own. But we are here to love and minister to those who we come in contact with throughout our day.

Dale:

I was in a doctor’s office this morning and a lady and a man came in, she was in a wheelchair. And of all things they had the news playing in the doctor’s office on the TV on the wall. And it was chaos, after chaos, after chaos. I looked at these two people and I says, what hope do they have? Where can they turn? What can they do? That’s when it came to me; I do all things as unto the Lord. Immediately like a wave passed over the chaos is gone. The discouragement, the futility is gone because we set our spirit, we set our focus to do all things as unto Him. I think what that does is it gives out a big shout. God, here I am, I am going to serve you today, I am going to worship you today. You are my today.

Somebody where you would least expect it bears the greatest blessing. Will you be aware? I’ll make you a way in the wilderness a river in the desert. Do not remember the former things. Do not remember the past. Will you be aware. God, I don’t think runs out and says, today I am going to go down here and I’m going to set up this situation. I going to set up that situation. I think it is us who have to catch up to Him.

Ron:

As we are talking I am thinking. Lord you know lead my day and let there be circumstances and people out there that I can touch. Do you realize how needy this world is? There are probably billions of circumstances that God wants to touch. Millions and billions of people that He wants to touch, so, I don’t even think it is an issue looking for the leading of the Lord. The leading of the Lord is just ministering His presence and blessing people and loving people where ever you are at. You can’t go wrong loving people, you can’t go wrong being kind to them. You can’t go wrong saying hi, you can’t go wrong reaching out creating a conversation with somebody, just cause. I don’t even think you have to feel led. There is so much need out there and God wants you to touch people. Plain wants to touch people and He needs people to touch people. I think there is just a heart of love and kindness, I have a feeling that if we just walk in the heart of kindness and love towards everybody you are going to be more led than you can even imagine. The things that will happen around you and through you just because you care, just because you see some lady and a cane and she walks by you and you say, Hi. How’s your day, can I help you with your groceries? That simple act of kindness in reaching out, who knows what could happen.
