The United States citizenship test has changed again. For the second time in four months.

The changes reflect our nation’s political confusion towards immigrants and immigration issues. 

And perhaps worse, the first set of changes demonstrate how government policies can manipulate and hinder the ability of immigrants to legally win lawful status.

Are we a nation that cares whether the public has confidence in country's immigration system?

Are we a nation that wants to foster an atmosphere of integration and inclusion towards new Americans?
