Shownotes

Have you thought about using or experiencing outdoor adventure to shift how you view yourself, your team, and your leadership in general? Many leaders do not recognize the importance of outdoor adventures. They don’t get out of four walls which restrict them from reflecting on themselves, thinking creatively, and building connections.

Getting back to work after a pandemic and lockdown is challenging for any leader. To cope with a new situation and survive it without becoming burned out, you need to do certain things.

People are productive (creative and active) at different times of the day. So it’s important that leaders are very clear on those so that there's a space for teams to be able to work cohesively in a hybrid working arrangement.

With the Great Resignation, most of the leaders are worried about losing people. But, there are a couple of things that can make people stay.

Developing point of view and perspective, reflection and perspective on self, interrogating our thinking and becoming a reflective practitioner are some of the most important skills that leaders should have.

What is "People Stuff: Beyond Personality Problems" about?

The best part of leadership is the people. But, for most of the leaders, maintaining a good relationship with their team, dealing with the board and developing a good strategy are some of the biggest challenges.

That’s why we are pleased to have with us today Zoe Routh, one of Australia's leading leadership experts and Author. She helps leaders and teams overcome silos and turf wars to be able to work better together. We talk about outdoor adventure, how overview effects can help you recognize your thinking, as well as leadership skills.
