With almost 2,000 franchises from coast to coast, Megan talks through her progression in to leadership. “I’ve had the benefit of growing up with the organisation as we’ve transitioned in to a larger company.”

She explains the cultural importance of servant leadership within Goosehead as well as her biggest achievements and her reaction to being overlooked.

“When I look back, it was always the right call. I’ve been passed up for a lot of things because I raise my hand a lot.”

Megan shares how Goosehead is empowering both consumers and agents through digital investment and the key to accomplishing business growth.

“It’s not going to happen without top talent to lead that charge. If you want to attract people with a track record of success, you yourself have to have a track-record of success”
