SHOW NOTES: In Psalm 62, we find a declaration of trust that directs our attention to Elohim – the strong and mighty Creator God. David wrote many Psalms and shared his trust in God even during difficult circumstances. He says, “Truly, my heart rests in God.” David was chased before he was the king of Israel and through the years when he was the king. This psalm presents David’s boldest statement of trust and confidence in God. Rest in God even amid life’s struggles and hard times. David looked to God and God alone. Trust in Him at all times.
