Paul Richmond leads The Gro Group which helps professional firms globally to drive culture, develop leaders and improve commercial performance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at KPMG. Over the last 20 years Paul has developed successful programmes for clients and been fortunate to work with some of the UKs leading organisations and enjoyed learning from Steven Covey, Tony Robbins, Meredith Belbin and Robert Diltz.
