But how can we move away from this toxic idea of “remembering our why”?
Teachers are so often told to focus entirely on the students, on the school, on the community, on the difference they’re making, etc. The thing is, when you are focusing solely on everyone else and taking on more and more responsibilities, there is no room for taking care of us as individuals.
