As a thought leader, you’re going to get asked a lot of questions—some of them are going to be easy and others will be hard.

That’s just part of the gig. It’s up to you whether you want to answer those questions or not, but if you’re going to be honest about being a thought leader, then you have to be able to answer these questions with honesty and grace.
