Who are ready to invest who want to work with you and who already
Speaker:need what you have to offer.
Speaker:Hello, fellow Earthlings. Welcome to the becoming the big
Speaker:me podcast. I'm your host,
Speaker:Djemilah, Birnie.
Speaker:And together,
Speaker:we will be stepping into our highest potential, exploring all
Speaker:things
Speaker:mind, body,
Speaker:and soul. With justice major business,
Speaker:you're a spiritual badass solopreneur and a warrior for
Speaker:change, you're ready to expand your impact and leave your old
Speaker:self behind in order to raise your vibration so that you can
Speaker:positively influence your business, your community, and
Speaker:ultimately, the world. Without further ado, let's dive right
Speaker:into it.
Speaker:This episode was originally recorded as an online training.
Speaker:So if you hear any clicks, or you hear me refer to homework,
Speaker:that is why don't worry, there's no homework that you miss. But
Speaker:the information is extremely powerful. So I decided to pop it
Speaker:on to the podcast, and I know that you will receive value from
Speaker:this episode. What is attraction marketing? Before I go into the
Speaker:details, I just have a quick question for you. What comes to
Speaker:your mind when you think of attraction marketing? What do
Speaker:you think it is? attraction marketing is a way of
Speaker:magnetizing inbound leads to your company or business. So
Speaker:just like I have this little cute little picture here, of the
Speaker:magnet pulling people in, that's what attraction marketing is.
Speaker:That's why we dove into our story crafting. Because your
Speaker:story, your personality is going to be the force that attracts
Speaker:people to you who already want or need what you have to offer,
Speaker:who are ready to invest, who are excited to invest, who just
Speaker:can't wait to invest in themselves in your product in
Speaker:your service, because they see that value.
Speaker:And they want to work with you. This is key. You want clients
Speaker:who want to work with you. attraction marketing is the key
Speaker:to getting those quantum clients who are ready to invest who want
Speaker:to work with you and who already need what you have to offer. Let
Speaker:me tell you a story about a client that I obtained through
Speaker:outbound methods through cold calling specifically. So there
Speaker:was this client, I cold called her sold her on the digital
Speaker:marketing service. And she signed up. Now, this was really
Speaker:what opened my eyes to how I didn't want to do those outbound
Speaker:messages any more. I wanted people coming to me, I wanted
Speaker:inbound leads. I wanted people that were already wanting to
Speaker:work with me. I don't like feeling that feeling that you
Speaker:get of life trying to be all sales, are you trying to be this
Speaker:slimy salesperson trying to get someone to talk to you on the
Speaker:phone trying to set a meeting. All of that stuff energetically
Speaker:was not aligned with me. So I was doing these activities, but
Speaker:I always just had this weird feeling in my gut. When I would
Speaker:do them. I just didn't feel I didn't like to do it. I just it
Speaker:didn't excite me. It didn't light me up with joy. And this
Speaker:particular client, I ended up signing her up. And really she
Speaker:was not in the best position to invest. She kind of invested in
Speaker:the digital marketing services, because she really, really
Speaker:needed to to save her business. And so she was in a very, very
Speaker:scarcity mindset, which made her extremely anxious about every
Speaker:single thing that being with paid traffic. Digital Marketing
Speaker:is there is a warmup period where it takes some time to
Speaker:build out your audience before you're going to start to get all
Speaker:of these leads coming in. And with, with our campaign, the
Speaker:first couple of days, she was messaging me about every dollar
Speaker:that was spent, because she was so in this scarcity mindset of I
Speaker:need this to work out that every single dollar that was spent was
Speaker:stressing her out, she was messaging me at 9pm at night,
Speaker:calling me just stressing out about every single thing. And
Speaker:this has been a common theme I have noticed, when we people
Speaker:sales, people in general are using sales tactics to get
Speaker:people to buy from them and convince them I experienced this
Speaker:when I was the manager of the large wireless retail store as
Speaker:well. We were constantly pushed to sell, sell, sell, use any
Speaker:tactic you can to get someone to buy a phone of gray to add a
Speaker:line to get a tablet. And some of these tactics that they
Speaker:taught,
Speaker:were not
Speaker:just did not make me feel good, I used to get in trouble all of
Speaker:the time, because I wouldn't sell products to people, if I
Speaker:couldn't see the need for it. There was a time when a woman an
Speaker:older couple came in, they were having problems with their basic
Speaker:phones, they couldn't figure out how to use them. And I was not
Speaker:the manager at this time, I was just a sales rep and I had my
Speaker:manager watching the cameras. And while I was in conversation
Speaker:with them, trying to add value to their life, trying to help
Speaker:them trying to get it so that they could be satisfied with our
Speaker:company's service, so that they continue doing business with us.
Speaker:My manager is texting me the entire time sell them a tablet,
Speaker:sell them a tablet, they have basic phones, they need a
Speaker:tablet. And in my head, I did not want to do that sales pitch.
Speaker:And we're taught, you know, when people we were taught when
Speaker:people had basic phones, that you could add a tablet for no
Speaker:additional costs monthly and yada, yada, yada. But at the end
Speaker:of the day with the taxes and fees, it did end up being more
Speaker:monthly. And I did not like that sales tactic. And so what I did
Speaker:instead is I helped them with their problem. My boss is
Speaker:blowing up my phone, watching me the cameras telling me to do all
Speaker:of this. I helped them with their problem. I mentioned a
Speaker:tablet very nonchalantly was not trying to be a soft, slimy
Speaker:salesperson, they declined, I did not push it anymore, because
Speaker:I knew that wasn't the solution for them. I knew that wasn't
Speaker:what they actually needed. And here's what happened. The next
Speaker:week, I sold five or six iPhone upgrades to a bunch of older
Speaker:women who happened to tell me I heard about you from this woman
Speaker:out my book club, she was telling me about how kind you
Speaker:were how you weren't trying to sell her on all of these things
Speaker:that she did not need. And you actually helped her with her
Speaker:problem. And so she recommended that I come to you. And the
Speaker:thing is, when these people came in, they asked for me
Speaker:specifically. That is the power of attraction marketing. Sure, I
Speaker:could have maybe sold them into a tablet and use different sales
Speaker:techniques to get them to purchase that tablet. But I knew
Speaker:that that was not the solution for them. I wouldn't be adding
Speaker:value to their life by doing that. And in so I helped them
Speaker:and then so I ended up selling
Speaker:way more
Speaker:off of just her recommendations because she knew that I wanted
Speaker:to help. I'm going to dive more into that concept later on. But
Speaker:this is the power of attraction marketing. Can you imagine
Speaker:having your ideal clients
Speaker:excuse me,
Speaker:reaching out to you every single day who are already interested
Speaker:in your product or service? What would your business to look like
Speaker:if that were true?
Speaker:No more cold calling convincing chasing excessive discounting.
Speaker:This is the path Of Attraction
Speaker:Marketing.
