Amie Cunningham is the owner/creative director of Thief&Bandit (est. 2009) a sustainably made slow fashion brand of hand printed garments and accessories located in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia.

She received an MFA from Parsons School of Design in Painting and Sculpture in 2004 and began Thief&Bandit in 2009.

She resides in Bedford, Nova Scotia with her husband Johnston Foster and her three children, Wolfgang, Dutch and Viggo.
