Lauren Megan, an embodiment and leadership coach, speaker, conscious mother joined me on the podcast today. Her mission is to help women decondition from the beliefs and generational traumas that keep them from speaking their truth and enjoying all the pleasure they desire! 

This was such a beautiful conversation that revolved around surrender. We began our conversation by hearing Lauren’s difficult, yet beautiful birth story. In this magical story (spoiler, it had me in tears) Lauren describes how, after over a day of struggling with labor, she had to lean back and surrender in order for her baby to come into the world. This same act of needing to surrender is something that she shares is the path to everything we desire. Wise words from Lauren: “Reminder: Surrender can be simple. It's not a sprint, it's a journey we get to be on. Let your body guide you.”
