Welcome back, improvisers! Season 2 of the Neurodiversity and Improv podcast is coming your way. Every two weeks you can expect a new episode about the intersection of neurotypes and learning/performing improv.

We’ll be starting with a three part series on getting Notes as a neurodivergent improviser. This is a very common request from improvisers I’ve spoken with regarding this podcast. And the first three episodes of the new season will be all about this topic.

Welcome to season two of the Neurodiversity and Improv Podcast.

I'm Janda Hahn, and I'm a Neurodivergent Improvisor who likes, evidently, to info dump all over you about the intersection of improv and neurodivergence.

These episodes are intended to help all improvisers of all neuro types.

You have one, it covers yours as well.

Since we're all on teams and in classes and performing together.

So for this season, season two, I have some goals.

I want to make sure to cover both the useful and the challenging parts of neurodivergence when learning and performing.

And of course, I'll add in some ideas of things to try when adjustments need to be made.

These episodes will cover the various aspects of working together on projects and in scenes and in classes.

And as always, I'm a sample size of one.

So I'm going to be releasing regular surveys this season to hear your experiences as well.

If you have something you'd like to add to this series.

Through these surveys, you will inform the show and improvisers listening to it.

You can opt to be quoted directly.

Or you can have your input worked into the content.

And you can choose how you'd like to be credited.

Or if you'd like to remain anonymous.

So I'll start with one of those surveys today, which you'll be able to find in the show notes description and the newsletter if you access this podcast from the website.

And on that note, the podcast now has a new domain at neurodiversityimprov.com, which I hope will be a little bit easier to remember and spell than the old one.

The first three episodes will be on getting and giving notes in practice sessions, classes and rehearsals.

Yes, three full episodes on that one topic.

This was a requested and very challenging topic to cover.

So that's what our survey topic is for this week.

And I plan to do an episode later in the season, because these first three episodes are already finished, or maybe next season, whatever.

Depends on what y'all share.

Episodes will come at you every second week, and afterwards, I will provide written articles.
