In Luke 15 we read that the prodigal Son returned home from living a life rejecting the home of his father. He returned smelling of the pigs and looked like someone who was disqualified. The father instructed the servants to put on him, the best robe. Not just a robe but the best robe! We know that the robe represents new life, so the father covers the filth of the son in new life, this is what he has done for me, what about you?
