Currently running two kitchens: an organic vegan bento box take-out cafe and TUSK in Roppongi Hills, Darius Harbin is establishing his culinary stylings as a "jack of all trades," from breakfast to gourmet meals. Darius has been in Japan since 1988 and is a military veteran, having served in the US Navy aboard the USS Midway. He has started a podcast with his cousin and produces content that brings awareness to societal issues. It was great to reconnect with Darius and to get to know him better!
