In this episode of THE TALENT DEVELOPMENT HOT SEAT, Andy is sharing a call he hosted inside of the Talent Development Think Tank community. The guest speaker was Larry McAlister, who is the head of Talent Enablement at NetApp. NetApp is a technology company with over 13,000 employees.
