Her vast experience with multicultural systems and their language-related learning challenges has developed her into a favored go-to for training, coaching, goal establishment, results metrics analysis, and related systems program and project implementation. Dr. Turney lives and breathes educational and organizational leadership, coaching, and mentoring for school improvement. While positive outcomes for students are priority one, Dr. Turney knows well that empowering administrators and teachers to lead is what delivers job one: student-outcome continuous improvement.

Dr. Kristilynn Turney has served as an English teacher, School Improvement and Literacy Coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, and District Level Administrator. She has a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education- Communications, a Master’s in Educational Administration, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management.
