The journey into motherhood and beyond is a time of huge transition in a woman's life. We want to feel some connection to the woman we were before we became a mum, but it's inevitable that we're going to change. For many of us, that can be a hard adjustment to make. 

Today I'm joined by Linsey Lally, the founder of The Happy Mum Coach. We will be talking about the ways you can have a healthy relationship with yourself, while also giving to everyone else around you.
