I don't know about you, but I have seen an increasing number of people who are struggling with a lack of self confidence and who struggle to keep themselves out of depression. Just as I've thought a great deal about pride and humility, so also confidence, being related has long been a topic of interest to me. In this episode, we'll be discussing three types or tiers of confidence and where they come from.
