Elder Andalusia Johnson, daughter of Gee's Bend quilter Mary Elizabeth and Houston Kennedy, joins host Tangular Irby. She was born and breed in Gee's Bend, Alabama. It was a joy to hear her speak about the my grandparents. Her mother's brother was my grandfather and her father's sister was my grandmother. She and my mom were double first cousins!
