Jeff
- Be an active member of my school community.
- Engage with at least 60% of my teachers in the first month.
- Engage with at least 60% of the grade levels in the first month.
- Weekly Newsletters for both School Building and other Instructional Coaches
- More Engagement in the Tech Coaches Network and TeacherCast Newsletter
- Grow the Ask the Tech Coach / TeacherCast Social Media and YouTube channel
Susan
- Continue with the school year beginning goal of intentionality with buildings and teachers.
- Balance with school/home/other responsibilities
- Engagement within PLN, face-to-face conference presentations, etc.
- Continue to grow my YouTube Channel subscription base
