#219: If you’ve been listening to our podcast, then you’ve probably heard some of our guests talk about how real estate has turned them from ordinary 9 to 5 people, to earning 7-figures with passive income. They’ve shared multiple ways to start, even when you don't have money for capital. Today's guest shares how to ethically get other people's money to work for you and that you don't have to start HUGE; you just have to start. He started his first investment by buying a fourplex, living in one unit, and renting out the rest. Then continued to multiply what he had.

In this week's episode, Russ and Joey interview Keith Weinhold, Founder of Get Rich Education and host of the Get Rich Education podcast. Keith has been an active income property investor since 2002 and a member of Forbes Real Estate Council. In addition, he is the author of 7 Money Myths That Are Killing Your Wealth Potential (Amazon #1 Bestseller).
