In Scripture we are told not to worry about tomorrow or be anxious yet often we find ourselves doing exactly that- worrying about tomorrow's problems, or goals or number of social media interactions. So in other words we often sacrifice being present in the here and now and interacting with those around us and noticing God with our worry, distractions and comparison.

How do we get present and experience all the goodness and gifts GOd has for us today? We put everything into today- we pay attention and actively participate in the day.
