In this episode of THE TALENT DEVELOPMENT HOT SEAT, Andy’s guest is Rob Kjar. Rob Kjar has over 20 years of experience in leadership consulting and coaching inside organizations and across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, B2B marketing, oil and gas, high tech, and manufacturing. He’s led talent development and organizational development teams in North America and globally. Having lived and worked in several other countries, he brings a broad perspective to his clients looking for help with leaders of all levels, especially with high potentials and executive leaders.

Rob Kjar is currently the senior managing consultant with Vaya Group, a consulting firm that works with organizations of all sizes to connect people strategy with business strategy and accelerate the success of both. He earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedectine University and has written articles for and has spoken at the National Academy of Management Conferences in the areas of global mindset change and organizational development.
