Today's topic is fake milk and why I believe that real milk is healthier. I list several reasons why fake milk is not a good choice and highlight the benefits of consuming real milk, specifically mentioning whole milk as the preferred option.

Figured I'd give you a quick topic. Something really fun. Something to think about. Things. I like things that I find interesting. But just not super in depth. Just give you the basics right off the bat. Hope you enjoy these. This one will be a little bit more than a few minutes, because I'm telling you about the fact that I'm going to be doing these. Nut milks bean milks. Are they milk? No fills. Aren't milks. You should be drinking real milk, like camel milk. I'm kidding. I'm just kidding.
Real milk is so much better for you. So let's tell you why you shouldn't drink fake milk because it's fake.
The first reason is they're loaded with gums. These are. Fibrous type or gelatinous type gums. They add to it to give it body and texture. Acacia gum. Carrageenan. Locus bean or carob bean. Uh, Gellan gum. Guar gum. They cause gas and bloating.

You don't have those in normal milk. Uh, those. Cause all kinds of issues like.

Caused by those anti-nutrients, those anti-nutrients are real. Some people never feel them and that's fine. Other people feel them. And they feel them a lot. Could be one of your reasons for why you don't feel well, by the way, one of those was mine. That lightheadedness and dizziness fatigue. Heart issues and palpitations that I could get from my irregular heartbeat. Yeah. Once I quit all plants. All of that went away. Every single bit of it. Give you a quick example. [00:04:00] Let's just bring up the one that's probably the most prevalent that's phytic acid.
is a mineral inhibitor. It literally attaches to all the good minerals that you're trying to eat in your food from spinach to whatever it is. And binds to it. So you can't absorb those minerals. So for example, they did experiments with oysters. Okay. They had oysters with black beans. Or corn tortillas. And. They absorbed zero. Of the zinc that was in the oysters. Which we know oysters are really high in zinc. When they just ate the oysters massive quantities in the bloodstream.
When they had the foods with the phytic acid content, nothing. Nothing in the blood, almost nothing.
So here's the thing. Milk is. I know it's going to sound really weird. Milk is actually. Pretty much just blood minus the blood cells that make it red.

About. Milk. You get protein. Fat water. Vitamins minerals and Something called C L a conjugated linoleic acid. It's conjugated. Linoleic acid is not good for you, but when it's conjugated with fats, it's very healthy. And guess what it does make you lose weight. Look at that. Studies show. useful fat milk. Actually can lose weight. And the weight you lose is the bad kind, not the good kind.

If you can't get raw milk. Then regular, milk's fine too. I'm going to have an agricultural episode in the future that literally just talks about. Where our milk and meat comes from and all these myths surrounding it. Like organic and antibiotics and all this kind of stuff.
If you have a problem with lactose. Don't worry. Not a problem. Take some cream. It mix it with water. If you want a little sweeter. Couple drops of Stevia done. If you don't need the Stevia, don't worry about it. Cream plus water. If you don't need the excess water to make it like milk for something you need. Then just straight cream.
