Shownotes

Ruling Judah over 50 years, Uzziah—also known as Azariah—was a godly king, a brilliant military strategist, and a ruler whose fame reached Egypt. But his final resting place was a mystery… until 1931, when Professor E.L. Sukenik discovered a burial plaque at the Russian Convent of the Ascension on Jerusalem’s Mount of Olives. Undocumented and astonishing, the inscription offers a rare glimpse into the life—and death—of one of Judah’s greatest kings.

My goal is that their hearts, having been knit together in love, may be encouraged, and that they may have all the riches that assurance brings in their understanding of the knowledge of the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. - Colossians 2:2-3
